ARRANGEMENT OF HIGH-TECH CARE FOR PATIENTS WITH MALIGNANT NEOPLASMS OF THE ORGAN OF VISION AT THE EXAMPLE OF CHELYABINSK REGION
The articles raises the issues that occur in the course of diagnostics of malignant neoplasms of the organ of vision. Description of structural units and personnel of the formed oncological ophthalmology center is provided. Research, therapeutic, and diagnostic activities of each structural unit of the center is described. Characteristics of the ultrasonic and computed tomography method of examination are provided. Peculiarities of the ultrasonic and computed tomography examination results are described regarding patients with malignant neoplasms of the organ of vision of the periorbital, intraocular, and orbital localization. Results of reorganization of the oncological ophthalmology service are assessed (detailed description of management of patients with malignant neoplasms of the organ of vision at different stages before and after formation of the specialized oncological ophthalmology center is provided with illustrative diagrams that demostrate the need for integration of ophthalmic services in oncology, scientifically grounded and statistically proven results of quality of specialized care at the prehospital and the hospital stage, as well as changes in the structure of stages of patients with malignant neoplasms of the organ of vision). Werefore, we analysed how new organisations enter the market of companies and old enterprises leave it after losing their viability, noting the specific features of these processes. We examined the market of companies in Russia in general and in the Federal Districts of the Russian Federation in particular. We used the data from 1 January 2001 to 1 January 2020 published in the Statistical Register of Organisations of Federal State Statistics Service (Rosstat). ΠΡ research methodology includes synthesis, analysis, comparison methods, and systemic-structural approach. We obtained results showed that, since 2016, the share of officially liquidated companies in the Russian Federation and most of its regions exceeds the birth rate of organisations. Wis is inextricably linked to the worsening economic situation in Russia, including the business environment. We noted that privately owned companies and organisations with joint Russian and foreign ownership have the highest turnover. We average annual turnover of organisations in Russia amounted to 16.8 % in the period 2001-2019. Among the federal districts of the Russian Federation, organisations of the Siberian and Ural Federal Districts have demonstrated the greatest dynamics of the market of companies over the 19-year period (18.1 % and 17.4 %, respectively). Corresponding changes have taken place in the structure of organisations in the market of Russian companies. We share of companies providing various services has sharply increased, including transport and communication companies, and real estate organisations. New organisations with an established business reputation are mostly registered in the regions with higher competitive immunity, characterised by a favourable business environment for small- and medium-sized enterprises. Advanced Characterization of FeNi-Based Films for the Development of Magnetic Field Sensors with Tailored Functional Parameters
Magnetometry and ferromagnetic resonance are used to quantitatively study magnetic anisotropy with an easy axis both in the film plane and perpendicular to it. In the study of single-layer and multilayer permalloy films, it is demonstrated that these methods make it possible not only to investigate the average field of perpendicular and in-plane anisotropy, but also to characterize their inhomogeneity. It is shown that the quantitative data from direct integral and local measurements of magnetic anisotropy are consistent with the direct and indirect estimates based on processing of the magnetization curves. The possibility of estimating the perpendicular magnetic anisotropy constant from the width of stripe domains in a film in the transcritical state is demonstrated. The average in-plane magnetic anisotropy field of permalloy films prepared by magnetron sputtering onto a Corning glass is almost unchanged with the thickness of a single-layer film. The inhomogeneity of the perpendicular anisotropy field for a 500 nm film is greater than that for a 100 nm film, and for a multilayer film with a total permalloy thickness of 500 nm, it is greater than that for a homogeneous film of the same thickness. Magnetic Properties of FeNi/Cu-Based Lithographic Rectangular Multilayered Elements for Magnetoimpedance Applications
The rectangular elements in magnetoimpedance (MI) configuration with a specific nanocomposite laminated structure based on FeNi and Cu layers were prepared by lift-off lithographic process. The properties of such elements are controlled by their shape, the anisotropy induced during the deposition, and by effects associated with the composite structure. The characterizations of static and dynamic properties, including MI measurements, show that these elements are promising for sensor applications. We have shown that competition between the shape anisotropy and the in-plane induced anisotropy of the element material is worth taking into account in order to understand the magnetic behavior of multilayered rectangular stripes. A possibility of the dynamic methods (ferromagnetic and spin-wave resonance) to describe laminated planar elements having a non-periodic modulation of both structure and magnetic parameters of a system is demonstrated. We show that the multilayered structure, which was originally designed to prevent the development of a βtranscriticalβ state in magnetic layers and to reach the required thickness, also induces the effects that hinder the achievement of the goal, namely an increase in the perpendicular magnetic anisotropy energy. Dynamics of optical density of bone tissue in the mandibles in oncopatients during zolendronic acid therapy
The article deals with the problem of diagnosing bisphosphonate osteonecrosis of the jaws. In Russia, the prevalence of bisphosphonate osteonecrosis of the jaws in cancer patients is about 10% and has been growing in recent years. The development of a method for early diagnosis of bisphosphonate osteonecrosis of the jaws is urgent. Study the dynamics of the optical density of bone tissue in the mandibles in patients during therapy with zoledronic acid. A retrospective analysis of the case histories of 7 cancer patients with bone metastases for the period 2018-2020 was carried out. We analyzed the data of two PET tomograms with a study interval of 4-9 months. The optical density in the mandible was determined: the initial values and after 4-8 months of therapy with zoledronic acid in the area of the mandible at a level of 5 mm below the mental foramen and at the level of the apex of the roots of the lower incisors. By age and sex, the patients were distributed as follows: 57.14% women (n = 4) and 42.85% men (n = 3). The average age of the patients was 63 years, 64.5 Β± 16.5 years. In all patients, when analyzing the tomograms in dynamics, there was an increase in the optical density of bone tissue in the frontal region by 50 - 174 HU, an average increase of + 84 HU. When analyzing tomograms, there was an increase in the optical density of bone tissue in the lateral region on the right by 22.52 - 143.8 HU, the average increase was + 83 HU. In the lateral section on the left, the optical density increased by 17.2 - 183.85 HU, the average increase was + 108 HU.
