The work presents clarification of some pathological changes and development of diagnostic techniques for craniovertebral anomalies, as well as creation of an algorithm for identification of physiological norm and pathology of craniovertebral area in miniature dog breeds. As a result an algorithm for evaluation of the extent of pathology in craniovertebral area based on cranio- and encephalometric method was developed. The problem of trauma of productive animals often is not registered in books and recommendations for veterinary sanitary examinations, and the amount of trauma is always increasing. In this case veterinary sanitary analysis of products which undergoes traumatic influence is very actual and is a part of the real research. The general reaction of the organism arises after the infliction of a heavy mechanical trauma and is followed by nervous-humeral changes, a decrease in the feeding regulation of exchange processes. Under examination of the carcass of slaughtered animals, hidden mechanical traumas are seen, intramuscular masses and hemorrhages also are observed. The morpho-chemical changes of traumatic muscles act on the processes of autolysis of muscle tissues of the carcasses, especially under large trauma of living animals. The article presents the results of a study of the etiological structure and differential diag-nostic signs of avian salmonellosis. When identifying bacteria isolated from 128 blood samples of chickens with the use of rapid test "Salmonella latex kit" established the dominance of cultures of the microorganisms Salmonella spp. β of 10.94% (14 samples); 10 strains (71,43%) were attributed to Salmonella gallinarum, 4 (of 28.57%) to Salmonella pullorum. The overall level of resistance of Salmonella to ampicillin β 57,58%; tetracycline β 60,61%; streptomycin β 66,67%; had to 57,58%; 60,61% and 66,67% are sensitivity to norfloxacin amounted to 69,70%, to ceftazidime β 78,79%, enrofloxacin β 57,58%, ciprofloxacin β 69,70% of the tested strains. At postmortem examination the most frequently detected signs of pericarditis, hemorrhagic pneumonia, aeroscout, catarrhal-hemorrhagic enteritis, perihepatitis, hyperplasia of the spleen. Revealed signs of congestive hyperemia, macrophage reaction, hyperplasia and plasmocytomas of lymphocyte transformation, increase the permeability of microcirculatory vessels, lymphoid-cellular infil-tration of loose fibrous connective tissue, perivascular oedema, disseminated thrombosis, proliferation of lymphocytes from lymph nodes, spleen, liver, and pancreas. Entre los pocos maestros inolvidables del autor figura don Agustin Nieto Caballero, un ilustre educador bogotano que, a partir de las teorias psicologicas, pedagogicas y filosoficas de Jhon Dewey, Ovide Decroly, Maria Montesori y Henri Bergson, instituyo en Colombia la Escuela Nueva, y fundo con otros colombianos no menos notables, en 1914, el Gimnasio Moderno que tanta influencia ha tenido en el desarrollo edeucativo del pais y de America Latina. EQUINE INFECTIOUS ANEMIA: LATEST METHODS OF DIAGNOSTIC
Anemia occurs in horses of any age, it is not surprising that the list of possible causes, which may include an increase in red blood cell destruction, is quite high: infections, immune-mediated conditions, blood clots as well as a decrease in red blood cell production, which may be due to bone marrow diseases, kidney disease, etc. Equine infectious anemia (EIA) is a viral disease of members of the horse family, caused by an RNA-containing virus from the Lentivirus subfamily Retroviridae. It is accompanied by lesions of the blood-forming organs and is manifested by recurrent or persistent fever, anemia, and a disorder in the cardiovascular system. EIA still stands among the most important theoretical and practical problems of veterinary virology. Over the past few years, epizootic cases have been observed in the territory of the European Union (Germany, Poland, France 2015; Greece, Slovakia 2016; Germany 2017), the Russian Federation (Kemerovo Oblast, Pushkinsky District of St. Petersburg 2018), etc. Modern diagnostics EIA, represented by various serological and molecular genetic methods the only reliable way to control the disease
ENDOGENOUS INTOXICATION SYNDROME IN CANINE CHRONIC HEPATITIS
Chronic hepatitis is a heterogeneous group of inflammatory processes in the liver followed by cirrhosis. Cytolysis of hepatocytes causes the process of necrobiosis, liver cells and the formation of pronounced endogenous intoxication. With the progression of chronic hepatitis, there is a gradual destruction of the liver parenchyma, a change in the metabolism of hepatocytes and their destruction, resulting in an endogenous intoxication syndrome. One of the indicators characterizing the intoxication severity are considered leukocyte indices, in which indicators of leukocyte formula are used. These indices allow to evaluate the workings of the immune system, as well as the level of immunological reactivity, which determines the formation of the observed adaptive response. Taking into account other hematological parameters, we can judge the severity of the pathological process and the effectiveness of the therapy
