Actuele ontwikkeling van resultaten en inkomens in de land- en tuinbouw in 2009

Dit rapport geeft zicht op het economisch resultaat van agrarische bedrijfstypen en van de gehele land- en tuinbouw. Voor diverse typen worden ramingen van de resultaten in 2009 gepresenteerd. Daarnaast wordt een analyse gegeven van de uitkomsten van groepen bedrijven uit het Bedrijven-Informatienet tot 2008. Zo worden van bedrijven in de veehouderij, akkerbouw en tuinbouw de opbrengsten, kosten, rentabiliteit en inkomen gepresenteerd. Ook wordt van enkele bedrijfstypen de spreiding in de inkomens en de ontwikkeling van vermogen en investeringen uiteengezet. Voor de gehele land- en tuinbouw wordt voor 2009 de productiewaarde, de netto toegevoegde waarde en het inkomen geraamd

Ontkoppelen of koppelen, de juiste keuze? : monitoring nationale keuzes hervormd landbouwbeleid

Sinds 2006 wordt door Nederland het hervormde Gemeenschappelijk Landbouwbeleid (GLB) toegepast. Naast Europees vastgestelde richtlijnen mochten nationale keuzes worden gemaakt. De invloed van deze keuzes op: inkomen producenten, toeleverende- en verwerkende industrie, marktgerichtheid en duurzaamheid zijn geanalyseerd voor de sectoren : akkerbouw, melkvee- en vleesveehouderij. The Netherlands is applying the reformed Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) with effect from 2006. Besides directives adopted at European level, national choices could be made. The impact of these choices on: producers' income, supplying and processing industries, market orientation and sustainability are analyzed for the sectors: arable farming, dairy farming and livestock farming for meat

Combining extremum seeking control and tracking control for high-performance CVT operation

The control design for the variator in a pushbelt continuously variable transmission (CVT) is investigated. The variator enables a stepless variation of the transmission ratio within a finite range. A conventional variator control design is typically obtained by the use of a variator model, which incorporates large uncertainties and, therefore, limits the variator efficiency. In this paper, a variator control design is proposed, which simultaneously satisfies the variator control objectives: 1) tracking a transmission ratio reference, 2) optimizing the variator efficiency. Furthermore, the variator control design, which consists of a combination of extremum seeking control (ESC) and tracking control (TC), only uses measurements from sensors that are standard. Experiments illustrate that the variator control design achieves the variator control objectives and show that a conventional variator control design is outperformed
