FEATURES OF FATAL INJURIES WHEN SHOOTING FROM CONVERTED AND REACTIVATED WEAPONS (TWO CASES FROM EXPERT PRACTICE)

Relevance. Gunshot injuries from converted and re-activated (remanufactured) weapons are increasingly common in expert practice. This is due to the free circulation of such weapons, which are not controlled by authorized bodies, no documents or registration are required for their acquisition, and their transfer to a combat state is a technologically simple and fast process. Objective: analysis of the nature and characteristics of injuries caused by shots from converted and reactivated weapons, based on data obtained in forensic medical expert practice in the study of corpses of victims with gunshot wounds to the head, as well as on the results of forensic ballistic examinations of firearms and ammunition for them. Materials and methods. Cases of forensic medical examination of gunshot wounds to the head when fired from converted and reactivated (recovered) hand-held firearms, resulting in the death of the victims. Results. The study found that the use of signal weapons (pistol "Stalker-M906" converted for firing pistol cartridges of 9 mm RA caliber) and recovered neutralized weapons (mass-dimensional model of a 7.62 mm Nagant revolver equipped with non-standard ammunition) when fired at point-blank and at close range led to fatal penetrating gunshot wounds, accompanied by perforated fractures of the skull bones, destruction of the brain substance and intracranial hemorrhages. Conclusions. The analyzed cases of gunshot wounds when fired from converted and reactivated weapons indicate the potential danger of causing fatal injuries to a person. Consequently, an important issue is to strengthen control over the circulation, use and storage of signal and neutralized weapons

Принципы реализации шаблонов в семантическом веб-приложении для медицинского учреждения

Popularity of RDF data has recently increased. It assumes information description using RDF-triplets. Users’ interaction with such data requires studying principles of working with triple stores. The complexity of dynamic querying is the main difficulty faced by contemporary scientists. A decision support system for medical institution has been created to deal with such a difficulty. It is a semantic web application that eases querying by pattern implementation. Visual queries are automatically converted into SPARQL query language for further accessing triple stores. Users obtain context with triplets according to constraints they set. A unified search interface has been developed for visual querying the triple stores.Останнім часом спостерігається зріст популярності використання RDF-даних. Використання цих даних передбачає опис інформації за допомогою RDF-триплетів. Взаємодія користувачів із такими даними потребує від них вивчення принципів роботи зі сховищами триплетів. Складність динамічних запитів є основною перешкодою, з якою зіштовхуються сучасні вчені. Для подолання цієї перешкоди розроблено систему підтримки прийняття рішень для медичного закладу. Система представляє собою семантичний веб-додаток, котрий полегшує формування запитів за допомогою реалізації шаблонів. Візуальні запити автоматично конвертуються до мови запитів SPARQL для подальшого доступу до сховищ триплетів. Користувачі отримують контекст з триплетами з урахуванням заданих ними обмежень. Для формування візуальних запитів до сховища триплетів створено уніфікований пошуковий інтерфейс.В последнее время наблюдается рост популярности использования RDF-данных. Их использование предполагает описание информации с помощью RDF-триплетов. Взаимодействие пользователей с такими данными требует от них изучения принципов работы с хранилищами триплетов. Сложность динамических запросов является основным препятствием, с которым сталкиваются современные ученые. Для преодоления этого препятствия, разработана система поддержки принятия решений для медицинского учреждения. Система представляет собой семантическое веб-приложение, которое облегчает формирование запросов путем реализации шаблонов. Визуальные запросы автоматически конвертируются в язык запросов SPARQL для дальнейшего доступа к хранилищам триплетов. Пользователи получают контекст с триплетами с учетом заданных ими ограничений. Для формирования визуальных запросов к хранилищу триплетов создан унифицированный поисковый интерфейс

Common informational space on linked data for manufacturing enterprises

В статье разработана математическая модель единого информационного пространства производственного предприятия на основе связанных данных, получила дальнейшее развитие математическая модель распределенной информационной системы производственного предприятия, которая обеспечивает эффективное выполнение задач оперативного управления, а также предложена модель взаимодействия пользователя с информационным пространством.В статті розроблена математична модель єдиного інформаційного простору виробничого підприємства на основі зв’язаних даних, отримала подальший розвиток математична модель розподіленої інформаційної системи виробничого підприємства, яка забезпечує ефективне виконання задач оперативного управління, а також запропонована модель взаємодії користувача з інформаційним простором.The article describes mathematical model of a common informational space designed for manufacturing enterprises. This common informational space is based on linked data. Also, the mathematical model of distributed information system has been extended. Such a system has been designed for a manufacturing enterprise which effectively solves operational control tasks. The model for users’ interaction with informational space is also proposed
