Because of X-ray amorphous character of GeO and B2O3 for study of interaction between them methods of IR transmission spectroscopy and spectroscopy of diffuse reflectance are applied. Essential change of positionand intensity of bands of absorption in system GeO-B2O3 (H3BO3) at heating and thermal evaporation in vacuum is established. It is observed essential gypsochromic shift of short-wave border and bathochromic shift of long wave border of domain of an optical transparency of a coating compared with initial GeO that testifies in favour of change of the nature of a material. A coating from Germanium (ІІ) oxide exhibits high optical and operational parameters and are perspective for interference optics of an IR range of a spectrum.
Using methods of IR transparency spectroscopy in a range of 1200 – 200 cm-1 and diffuse reflectance spectroscopy in a range of 200 – 2500 nm the character of interaction in the systems Ge-In2O3, Ge-In2SnO5, Ge-LnInO3 (Ln - La, Sm, Eu) is investigated. Essential change in spectral characteristics of systems with the appearance of new bands and disappearance of previous ones is established at annealing of composites of Germanium - metal oxide composition which confirms the fact of oxidation-reduction interaction between components with formation of volatile products, mainly In2O and GeO. Thermodynamic calculations well coincide with experimentally established values of conditional temperatures of evaporation. Systems are perspective for obtaining thin-film coatings interference optics of a IR range of a spectrum.
Open Science as a major enterprise to enable a citizen science and AI technologies that can provide for the vast amounts of information to be digested by each human persons are argued to be connected to each other by revealing the possibility of the personalization of knowledge and the human dimension of science. The development of the IT sphere is shown to be the history of its personalization, which presents the challenges for handling the present-day AI technologies so that they would augment human labourers, and not replace them.

Euclid preparation: XXVIII. Modelling of the weak lensing angular power spectrum
International audienceThis work considers which higher-order effects in modelling the cosmic shear angular power spectra must be taken into account for Euclid. We identify which terms are of concern, and quantify their individual and cumulative impact on cosmological parameter inference from Euclid. We compute the values of these higher-order effects using analytic expressions, and calculate the impact on cosmological parameter estimation using the Fisher matrix formalism. We review 24 effects and find the following potentially need to be accounted for: the reduced shear approximation, magnification bias, source-lens clustering, source obscuration, local Universe effects, and the flat Universe assumption. Upon computing these explicitly, and calculating their cosmological parameter biases, using a maximum multipole of , we find that the magnification bias, source-lens clustering, source obscuration, and local Universe terms individually produce significant () cosmological biases in one or more parameters, and accordingly must be accounted for. In total, over all effects, we find biases in , , , and of , , , and , respectively, for flat CDM. For the CDM case, we find biases in , , , , , and of , , , , , and , respectively; which are increased relative to the CDM due to additional degeneracies as a function of redshift and scale
