МІЖНАРОДНІ СТАНДАРТИ ТА КРИТЕРІЇ ЕКОНОМІЧНОЇ БЕЗПЕКИ ЯК ОСНОВА ЇЇ МОНІТОРИНГУ
The article examines the existing international standards and criteria of economic security as a basis for its monitoring. It shows that the processes of guaranteeing economic security are urgent in the modern world and include a significant number of procedures. The vast majority of national security strategies implement economic security through radical economic reforms, integration into world security systems, accession to economic unions and organizations. The study proved that the approaches to the criteria of economic security, the use of standards that determine the level of implementation of economic security, indicates the lack of uniform approaches to the tools for monitoring key indicators of resilience to crises and risks of the economic sphere. The author concluded that macroeconomic indicators are considered as indicators that determine the achievement of economic security; indicators of socio-economic status, functional and sectoral level; indicators of international indices that reflect the economic activity of countries. Along with this, it is advisable to improve the methodology for monitoring the implementation of economic security on the basis of an integrated combination of a set of standards and criteria of economic orientation, which will form a system of effective response to economic risks and crises. The article examines the existing international standards and criteria of economic security as a basis for its monitoring. Physics Beyond SM at RHIC with Polarized Protons
The capabilities of RHIC with polarized protons to test the Lorentz structure
of electroweak interactions and also the properties of MSSM Higgs, should it be
discovered, are discussed.Comment: Report to the 14th International Symposium on Spin Physics, October

Not So Many Non-Disjoint Translations
We show that, consistently, there is a Borel set which has uncountably many pairwise very non-disjoint translations, but does not allow a perfect set of such translations
On Critical Relative Distance of DNA Codes for Additive Stem Similarity
We consider DNA codes based on the nearest-neighbor (stem) similarity model
which adequately reflects the "hybridization potential" of two DNA sequences.
Our aim is to present a survey of bounds on the rate of DNA codes with respect
to a thermodynamically motivated similarity measure called an additive stem
similarity. These results yield a method to analyze and compare known samples
of the nearest neighbor "thermodynamic weights" associated to stacked pairs
that occurred in DNA secondary structures.Comment: 5 or 6 pages (compiler-dependable), 0 figures, submitted to 2010 IEEE

Formation of the Russian Bank Deposit Insurance Scheme
The paper presents the outcomes of research that reveals the main objective of formation of the Russian deposit insurance scheme (DIS) is protection of rights and legally protected interests of depositors in banks of the Russian Federation, confidence-building measures to the banking system and attraction of personal savings to banks. The paper has noted that over the last five years private deposits were one of the main sources of funding and growth of the Russian banking system. It was largely proved by the fact that the market of private deposits was the only competitive market of passives available to all banks. But now private deposits do not encourage growth of the Russian banking system. Considering the extent of protection, the Russian insurance scheme refers to the DIS that guarantees depositors limited coverage. The paper has also offered to compute premium accounts due to the deposit base risk adjustment.
