New Rules on Confiscation of Electronics and Copying Information (Article 1641 of the Code of Criminal Procedure Law): The Advantages and Disadvantages of the Novel
The article is devoted to the detailed analysis of the novel of the criminal procedural legislation defining the order of withdrawal of electronic media and copying of information from them. In December 2018, the Criminal Procedure Code of the Russian Federation was supplemented by article 1641 established “features of withdrawal of electronic data carriers and copying of information from them in the course of investigative actions”. At the moment, it is forbidden to withdraw electronic media in the investigation of cases in the field of business, except in cases established by law. The investigator has the right to copy information from electronic media. The requirement for the mandatory participation of a specialist in the seizure of electronic media, the legislator left unchanged. Assessing the legislative amendments, the authors substantiate the need to recognize as invalid the mandatory requirement for the mandatory participation of a specialist in the removal of electronic media
Practice of a complex approach in treatment of patients with anal fissures
Purpose: In order to improve the follow-up results of the treatment of patients with anal fissures a complex therapeutic approach was suggested and a number of criteria defining the choice of management methods were worked out.Materials and Methods: 387 clinical cases with acute and chronic anal fissures were examined, treated and analyzed in retrospect. Results: Fissures were healed in 93,3% of patients. It proved that a differential approach to the choice of the method of treatment of patients with anal fissures allows to improve the functional results. A calibrated sphincterotomy is a necessary component of the surgical management of anal fissures in case of the sphincter hypertone. The original method of modified sphincterotomy (Patent RF #2293529) ensures the necessary conditions for a speedy recovery of operative wounds and an early rehabilitation of patients
Synthesis and hydrophosphorylation of π-complexes of dibenzylideneacetone and cyclic conjugated dienones with homocarbonyl and carbonylcyclopentadienyl molybdenum compounds
© 2016, Pleiades Publishing, Ltd.Reactions of dibenzylideneacetone and cyclic cross-conjugated dienones with hexacarbonylmolybdenum(0) and bis[tricarbonyl(cyclopentadienyl)molybdenum(0)] afforded the corresponding complexes with η2-(C=C),η2-(C=O) coordination of the diketone to metal center, regardless of the ligand structure and initial molybdenum compound. The reactivity of the multidentate ligands may change as a result of coordination
In vitro conservation of Piper aduncum and Piper hispidinervum under slow-growth conditions
The objective of this work was to evaluate in vitro storage of Piper aduncum and P. hispidinervum under slow-growth conditions. Shoots were stored at low temperatures (10, 20 and 25°C), and the culture medium was supplemented with osmotic agents (sucrose and mannitol – at 1, 2 and 3%) and abiscisic acid – ABA (0, 0.5, 1.0, 2.0 and 3.0 mg L-1). After six-months of storage, shoots were evaluated for survival and regrowth. Low temperature at 20°C was effective for the in vitro conservation of P. aduncum and P. hispidinervum shoots. In vitro cultures maintained at 20°C on MS medium showed 100% survival with slow-growth shoots. The presence of mannitol or ABA, in the culture medium, negatively affected shoot growth, which is evidenced by the low rate of recovered shoots
Liquid extraction of noble metal ions with an α-amino phosphonate
The extraction of Au(III), Pt(IV), and Pd(II) ions from aqueous hydrochloric acid solutions with solutions of bis(2-ethylhexyl) N-butyl-N-octylaminomethylphosphonate in chloroform and xylene was studied. The recovery of the noble metal ions is the most efficient at low acidities of the aqueous solution, with a high selectivity of separation from the concomitant Fe(III), Cu(II), Ni(II), and Co(II) ions. © 2005 Pleiades Publishing, Inc
The Original Method of Preventing Septic Complications in Laparoscopic Appendectomy
Purpose: Clinical and pathogenetic justification of the original method prevention septic complications in laparoscopic appendectomy.Materials and Methods: The method was tested with laparoscopic appendectomy in 12 patients with the presence of marked destructive changes of the appendix and in patients with diffuse or delimited peritonitis. Results: Using an original technique prevention of septic complications in patients with destructive appendicitis allowed to avoid the development of postoperative intraabdominal septic complications in all patients of study group.Summary: The original way to prevent septic complications can improve outcomes in patients with destructive forms of acute appendicitis and expand indications for laparoscopic appendectomy
Three-dimensional structure of phosphorus-containing heterocycles - II. Dipole moments and Kerr constants of some 2-thiono-1,3,2-dioxaphosphorinanes
The three-dimensional structure of a number of 2-thiono-1,3,2-dioxaphosphorinanes was studied by means of dipole moments, the Kerr effect, and theoretical conformational analysis with P31 NMR data. 2,4-Dimethyl- and 2-chloro-2-thiono-1,3,2-dioxaphosphorinanes have the chair conformation with an equatorial thionophosphoryl group; the 2-methyl derivative exist as an equilibrium mixture of the axial and equatorial conformers with predominance of the former. The participation of the boat form in the conformational equilibrium was established for 2-chloro-4-methyl derivative. © 1974 Consultants Bureau
Synthesis and acid-base properties of α-aminophosphoryl compounds
α-Aminophosphoryl compounds of the phosphonate, phosphine oxide, and α,ω-bis(phosphine oxide) series and some of their thiophosphoryl analogs were synthesized. Potentiometric measurements of the pK a of the conjugate acids revealed an insignificant effect of variation of substituents on the phosphorus, nitrogen, and α-carbon atoms on the basicity of the phosphorylated amines. The latter are weak bases. Organophosphorus groups decrease the basicity of the amines by almost 5 pK a units. The role of the hydrophobic effect and intramolecular H-bonding in the obtained substances was discussed
Synthesis and complexing properties of N-(thio)phosphorylated bis(thio)ureas
New phosphorus-containing podands, N-(thio)phosphorylated bis(thio)ureas, were prepared by reactions of α,ω-diamines with (thio)phosphoryl iso(thio)cyanates. Chelates of these compounds with some metal ions were isolated
Experience in Genome Analysis Use in SAET Mobile Complex Facilities
Described is the first-ever experience in genome analysis use in SAET mobile complex facilities, obtained during the XXVII World-wide Summer Universiade in Kazan, 2013. Carried out was 16S rRNA sequencing of Salmonella enteric strain isolated from an infected. For that matter, employed was “MicroSEQ 500 16S rDNA Bacterial Identification Kits” (Applied Biosystems, USA), which allows for sequencing of DNA fragments (500 bp) of 16S rRNA gene in the bacteria under investigation
