Средство это – массаж (Бирюков А.А., 1977).Массаж – это метод дозированного механического воздействия на ткани и органы больного с помощью рук массажиста в виде определенных приемов или специальных аппаратов.Вопросы, связанные с назначением массажа, требуют соблюдения медицинской этики, такта.При назначении массажа врач должен указать, в каком сочетании с другими процедурами следует применять его разновидности, должен постоянно наблюдать за больным, а массажист должен сообщать врачу обо всех отклонениях. Такой подход к применению массажа делает этот метод наиболее эффективным при лечении различных заболеваний и повреждений. abstract There is a tool that brings people for many centuries, strengthens their health benefits, raises a vitality that makes the muscles strong and supple. one it prolongs youth, the other gets the vivacity and good mood. this tool-massage (Biryukov A., 1977).Massage is a method of measured mechanical impact on the patient's tissues and organs through the hands of the masseur in the form of certain techniques or special apparatus.Issues relating to the appointment of massage require adherence to medical ethics, quantum.When a massage therapist should indicate in which combined with other procedures should apply its variety, must constantly monitor the patient and the therapist should inform your doctor about all deviations. Development and Prospects of National Intelligent System for Testing General Language Competencies Deployed Through Neural Network Solutions

The article presents the results of approbation of the intellectual system for testing general language competences (ISTOK) developed by testologists, linguists, specialists in methodology of teaching foreign languages and in artificial intelligence. This system includes a range of tests assessing language ability at levels from A2 to C1 of the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR), as well as an adaptive placement test. All test materials are calibrated according to the CEFR. ISTOK is an adaptive testing system deployed through neural network solutions and providing assessment of receptive and productive language skills (reading, listening, speaking and writing) by using artificial intelligence and/or neurolinguistic models. The process of ISTOK development implied, apart from writing test items, putting together databases of writing and speaking assignments marked by professional assessors and assessment criteria for productive skills, as well as algorithms to identify various types of mistakes with the help of artificial intelligence. The results of various testing cohorts with the total number of test takers exceeding 5,000 demonstrated high reliability and objectified test validity. The new approach to language skills testing can be used for various purposes in higher education institutions, as well and to identify and/or confirm language proficiency of personnel in different organisations and businesses, while the principles of training and practical use of neurolinguistic models will find wide application in various fields of applied research

Condition and prospects of technical reconstruction of pig husbandry branches in Belarus and Russia with provision for ecological requirements

Entering of Russia and Belarus in Worldwide trade organization (the WTO) brings forth the new hard requirements to production of the competitive products in pig husbandry branch of both states. Shaping the united system of the machines for mechanization of swine production in Belarus and Russia is offered to realize with provision for identity previous development technology, equipment, buildings and powers of pig complexes. In Belarus are intensively developing new technologies and equipment for reconstruction and technological modernization of so far acting pig units, as well as for construction of breeding reproductional farms, with provision for requirements for protection of environment
