    A company usually has to make a decision from variety of investment proposal. The challenge is how to get the right option in order to get the highest benefit. Most of them consist of types of investment, expenses and how much income would we get. Certainly, cost and income are the most important thing. Based on the given problem I would like to assembly a software to determine a investment portfolio from some investment proposal. The goal is the best result computed by computer through that software, consider getting the highest advantage but spending the lowest cost. Forward Dynamic Programming is a method in The Operation Research which is suitable to solve the investment problem. The method would calculated variables through stages, how many stages would depend on number of the proposal and how many types of investment’s cost and income.     Corn is one of the important food ingredients for Indonesian people, to maximize the important role of corn as a staple food for the community, it can be done by improving the psychology about their decision to manage and consume the corn. This research aims to find out the effect of farmers’ psychological factors on the application of fermentation bose corn technology in Setetes Madu Fatuleu farmer group association. This research was held in Camplong village II Fatuleu District Kupang Regency of East Nusa Tenggara using quantitative research as an explanation survey research method and the participants of all Setetes Madu Fatuleu Farmer Group Association that cultivate the corn is amount 55 participants. Data analysis in this research using multiple linear regression analysis. The result showed: (1) psychological factors consisting of knowledge, motivation and attitudes together had a significant effect of 53,8% on the application of fermented bose corn technology in Setetes Madu Fatuleu Farmers Group Association, (2) psychological factors consisting of knowledge and each motivation has a significant effect of 46,6% for knowledge and 27,2% for the motivation factor of participant Setetes Madu Fatuleu Farmers Group Association on the application of fermented bose corn technology, while the attitude factor of the Setetes Madu Fatuleu Farmers has no effect on the application of fermentation bose corn technology

    Potential degradation of mamar functions in ecosystem services Production: the cases of Benlutu Village, West Timor

    Mamar is a traditional agroforestry in West Timor which has many benefits for the people of this region. This paper aims to identify the potential degradation of Mamar functions in the production of ecosystem services in Benlutu Village which is one of the oldest Mamars in West Timor. This paper was compiled from the results of research at the end of 2020 and the results of a desk review of relevant writings in 2022. The method in this research was in-depth interviews and field observations covering changes in land cover in Benlutu Village. in 2000, 2010, 2020; identify soil damage for biomass production; and Significant Value Index. The results of the study indicate that there is a conflict of interest in the management of Benlutu Mamar which has the potential to reduce the production of ecosystem services on a large scale; For soil damage, one parameter was found that was classified as damaged, namely electrical conductivity. Based on IVI calculation data, Areca catechu as a plant with cultural characteristics is still dominant with a poles rate of 61.35%. It was concluded that there is a potential for degradation of Mamar's function in the production of large ecosystem services
