Peculiarities of formation of socially oriented strategy of economic growth of national economy
Effective development of national economy of Russia, as of any other country, is possible only under the conditions of clever use of strategic planning tools. Therefore, the authors of the article deem it expedient to characterize peculiarities of socially oriented strategy of economic growth of national economy. Thus, the article views stages of development of national economy, conducts analysis of reasons of change of economic growth rates, characterizes problems which hinder economic growth, and views variants of economic growth strategies.peer-reviewe
Coherent control of nuclear spin isomers of molecules: The role of molecular motion
Molecular center-of-mass motion is taken into account in the theory of
coherent control of nuclear spin isomers of molecules. It is shown that
infrared radiation resonant to the molecular rovibrational transition can
substantially enrich nuclear spin isomers and speed up their conversion rate.Comment: REVTEX, 13 pages + 3 eps figure
The selection pressure on the neuraminidase gene of influenza viruses isolated in Ukraine from 2009 to 2015
A broad range of naturally occurring antigenic variants of the influenza virus is caused by its rapid evolutionary variability. The survival of viable influenza virus variants occurs through natural selection. The treatment of influenza infection with modern antiviral drugs β neuraminidase (NA) inhibitors β leads to the occurrence of mutations in the NA gene, which thereby result in the emergence of virus resistance to these drugs. The goal of this study was to determine the selection pressure on the NA protein of influenza viruses isolated in Ukraine from 2009 to 2015. The main method for assessing the selection pressure on proteins is to quantify the ratio of substitution rates at nonsynonymous (dN) and synonymous (dS) sites. With the help of this method, we showed that only a few codons in the NA gene were under positive selection resulting in mutations at the following sites: for influenza A viruses of the A(H1N1)pdm09 subtype β site 40, for viruses of the A(H3N2) subtype β sites 93 and 402, for Influenza B viruses of the B/Yamagata lineage β sites 74, 99, and 268, and for the viruses of the B/Victoria lineage β sites 358, 288, and 455. These sites are not associated with the NA active site, transmembrane domain, or the antigenic sites of this protein. We concluded that NA inhibitors are not a significant factor in the process of selection of the influenza viruses in Ukraine because the sites associated with the resistance of influenza viruses to NA inhibitors were not affected by positive selection. This finding could be explained by the limited use of NA inhibitors for the treatment of influenza infections in Ukraine.Β A broad range of naturally occurring antigenic variants of the influenza virus is caused by its rapid evolutionary variability. The purpose of the research is to study the cumulative properties of the long-acting preparation "Flyblock insecticidal tag". Materials and methods. The cumulative properties of the "Flyblock insecticidal tag" preparation were studied by the subchronic toxicity method on 20 male guinea pigs, which were divided into experimental and control groups of 10 animals each. A solution for impregnating a polymer plate of the preparation "Flyblock insecticidal tag" was applied to the skin, on a previously trimmed area of the coat 4 Γ 4 cm in size in the spinal column using a disposable syringe for injection in doses from 0.1 to 1.12 LD50. To animals of the experimental group, the drug was applied at a dose of 187.40 mg/kg, equal to 1/10 of the previously established single lethal dose of LD50, then every subsequent 4 days the dose was increased 1.5 times. The control group of animals received 0.9 % saline solution at a dose of 2 ml. For 27 days, the physiological state of the animals, the nature and degree of activity and coordination of movements, the presence of tremors, seizures, paresis, paralysis were assessed; took into account the condition of the hair and mucous membranes, studied the symptoms of intoxication and recorded the death of animals. Dead guinea pigs were subjected to autopsy, detailed examination of the thoracic and abdominal cavities, and macroscopic examination of parenchymal organs and tissues. Results and discussion. When studying the cumulative properties of the preparation "Flyblock insecticidal tag", the value of the cumulation coefficient was set equal to 11.6. In accordance with the classification of chemicals, including pesticides, a prolonged-release drug belongs to the group of substances with a weakly expressed degree of cumulation.Π¦Π΅Π»Ρ ΠΈΡΡΠ»Π΅Π΄ΠΎΠ²Π°Π½ΠΈΠΉ β ΠΈΠ·ΡΡΠΈΡΡ ΠΊΡΠΌΡΠ»ΡΡΠΈΠ²Π½ΡΠ΅ ΡΠ²ΠΎΠΉΡΡΠ²Π° ΠΏΡΠ΅ΠΏΠ°ΡΠ°ΡΠ° ΠΏΡΠΎΠ»ΠΎΠ½Π³ΠΈΡΠΎΠ²Π°Π½Π½ΠΎΠ³ΠΎ Π΄Π΅ΠΉΡΡΠ²ΠΈΡ Β«Π€Π»Π°ΠΉΠ±Π»ΠΎΠΊ ΠΈΠ½ΡΠ΅ΠΊΡΠΈΡΠΈΠ΄Π½Π°Ρ Π±ΠΈΡΠΊΠ°Β». EXPERIENCE OF SANITARY EPIDEMIOLOGICAL SERVICE WORK OF JEWISH AUTONOMOUS REGION IN PREVENTION OF SEVERE ACUTE RESPIRATORY SYNDROME (SARS) IMPORTATION AND DISSEMINATION
Major activities of sanitary epidemiological service of Jewish Autonomous Region on organization andΒ prevention of SARS importation and dissemination are described. Early measures include preparation of regional normativepractical documents based on analogous papers from Ministry of Public Health of RussianΒ Federation and its introduction to the concerned services and departments. Subsequently, medical personnelΒ training was performed to detection of SARS suspected patients and realization of primary anti-epidemicΒ measures, informing inhabitants about preventive measures. Preparedness of hospital basis and frontierΒ passing points was ensured
