It is well known that an important positive result of attracting foreign direct investment for the country's economy can be the receipt and subsequent distribution of more advanced production and management technologies. That is why the injection of foreign capital is necessary not only for direct financing but also for the general development of the invested country. The purpose of this article is to consider the theoretical, methodological and practical aspects of ensuring the level of security of investment attractiveness of the world's economies in the polystructural space of foreign direct investment and to highlight the aggregated factors of the investment attractiveness index that characterize the investment climate, investment activity and the state of economic development of the country. To determine the synergistic impact of foreign direct investment on the indicator of the country's investment attractiveness the methods of analysis, synthesis, comparison and mental modelling were used. As a result, it was found that the EU countries are one of the largest investors (the share 65-90% of all investments) in the polystructural space of international investment. It was concluded that in the context of deepening cooperation and realizing the unique capabilities of the states in shaping the global investment climate, it is necessary to ensure a high level of employment of the population by creating new jobs, updating the transfer and introducing the latest technologies, solving social problems at the general level; to carry out an investment modernization of the economy to increase the fixed assets of enterprises; to implement a more effective investment policy

The methodical aspects of tests’ making questions for modern testing systems are considered and the requirements for their compilation are described. Various types of test tasks are given, which are used in the educational process for conducting current and final control of knowledge and skills of the students of specialty “Information, library and archival case”. An example of the possibilities of the OpenTEST 2 system for analyzing test tasks is given in this article. The dynamics of students’ progress from the academic discipline of special training ‘Information systems, banks and databases’ is shown during the conduct of modular control in the form of computer testing. The results of the student survey on the advantages and disadvantages of computer testing are analyzed

The article considers the process of modeling of systemic factors of financial security of agricultural enterprises of Ukraine. The methodology of complex, systematic assessment of fiscal security and mathematical tools in the deterministic space of the financial system of enterprises are substantiated. A systematic approach is used, which determines the quantitative and qualitative parameters of external and internal threats, identifies the threshold interval of stable financial condition and stable development of agricultural enterprises. Systemic factors of stimulating and disincentive character for an estimation of financial safety of the agricultural enterprises are developed. A set of indicators for the analysis of the state of the functional components of financial security, provided by the process of neutralization of real and potential threats to the stable potential of financial security of enterprises is determined. The expediency of normalization of indicators is substantiated, their threshold values, weights and capital structure are taken into account when calculating the integrated level of financial security. It is proved that the introduction of systemic factors in the general level of financial security allows increasing the level of financial stability and reliability of agricultural enterprises

The article deals with the imperatives of the development of the tourist services market, which determines the parameters of the aggregate value of the sub-indices of the meso- and local levels in the spatial polarization of the regional tourist system. The methodology of spatial polarization of the regional tourist system, which provides convergence of the infra-structural space of tourist services, formation of an innovative nucleus, minimization of manifestation of destructive factors, balancing of interests of regions and the country as a whole is substantiated. It has been proposed the scientific-methodical approach to the definition of the target landmarks for the development of the tourist services market, which implements polarized tourist space in terms of quantitative and qualitative parameters, makes it possible to analyze the destructive determinants of the periphery and determinants-producers of the tourist center of activity, evaluation and forecasting of the safe level of the hierarchy of the regional tourist system, determination of clear impulses for the development of the tourist services market and density of interaction of the periphery with the center. Revenues from the sale of tourist services of local level enterprises have been analyzed. A comprehensive approach to the assessment of the concentration of the aggregate value of the security index of the regional tourist system, which is differentiated by the components of the regional security potential and threats, guarantees the development of the tourist services market and modifies the tourist system on the meso-level as a whole

The article deals with the theoretical, methodological and practical aspects of ensuring a safety level the investment attractiveness of the world countries economy in the polystructural space of foreign direct investments. In the context of the implementation of investment policy and factors in the field of international investment, an optimization model of the investment attractiveness of the national economy has been developed. The aggregate factors of the investment attractiveness index, which characterize the investment climate, investment activity and the state of economic development of the country, are highlighted. A methodical approach is presented to determine the synergistic impact of foreign direct investment on the country's investment attractiveness indicator. The criteria of normalization of investment attractiveness of the economy of the country by indicators of macroeconomic, monetary and currency status, which are formalized by indicators-stimulators, destimulators and interaction of bilateral boundary constraints are proposed. The criteria of identification of risks and threats of safe and dangerous state of development of the economy of the countries by the methods of prognostic extrapolation of foreign direct investment are taken into account. A comparative assessment of global foreign direct investment flows and global GDP, the value of net sales of cross-border mergers and acquisitions was made. The structure of foreign direct investment by regions of the countries of the world is considered, taking into account their external reserves of investment potential. The indicators of investment attractiveness of the Ukrainian economy and its cooperation with EU countries in terms of the volume of inflow and direct investments are presented. The scenarios for the growth of foreign direct investments in the polystructural space of the world and developing countries are proposed

A Case Study on Improving Defense Behavior in Soccer Simulation 2D: The NeuroHassle Approach

Abstract. While a lot of papers on RoboCup’s robotic 2D soccer simulation have focused on the players ’ offensive behavior, there are only a few papers that specifically address a team’s defense strategy. In this paper, we consider a defense scenario of crucial importance: We focus on situations where one of our players must interfere and disturb an opponent ball leading player in order to scotch the opponent team’s attack at an early stage and, even better, to eventually conquer the ball initiating a counter attack. We employ a reinforcement learning methodology that enables our players to autonomously acquire such an aggressive duel behavior, and we have embedded it into our soccer simulation team’s defensive strategy. Employing the learned NeuroHassle policy in our competition team, we were able to clearly improve the capabilities of our defense and, thus, to increase the performance of our team as a whole.
