Topochemical differences in the amount of RNA in the motoneurons of the spinal chord in hypoxia and hypokinesia
Reactions to hypoxia and hypoknesia were compared by measuring charges in the amount of ribonucleic acid (RNA) in the cytoplasm of neurons of the intumescentia cervicalis and lumbalis. Animals were subjected to hypoxia, hypokinesia and both combined and a control group to neither. A total of two groups of motoneurons were compared, one innervating the respiratory musculature, the other the musculature of the lower extremities, so that hypoxic hypoxia would probably affect the first group primarily and hypokinesia the second. Results indicate that neither affect the amount of RNA in the neurons of the first group but a significant increase is noted in neurons of the second group. Other significant results are reported

The development of electrolytes for intermediate temperature solid oxide fuel cells
This report describes a number of experimental studies on the solid state electrolytes for intermediate temperature solid oxide fuel cells (IT-SOFCs): Ce1-xLnxO2-δ (Ln = La, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd, Dy, Ho, Er, Yb), some multicomponent systems Ce1-xLnx/2Ln x/2O2-δ (x = 0 - 0.20; Ln = Sm, La, Gd and L'n = Dy, Nd, Y), some systems with simultaneous doping by rare earth and alkali earth elements Ce0.8(Sm1-xMx)0.2O2-δ (M = Ca, Sr; x = 0.0 - 1.0) and Ce0.8(Sm1-x-yBayMx)0.2O2-δ (M = Ca, Sr; x = 0, 0.15, 0.20; y = 0.05, 0.1). Two important aspects are emphasized: the effect of different dopants' ionic radius and concentration on the electrical properties of CeO2 based solid solutions and the influence of the method of preparation on the structural properties of ceria ceramics and the electrochemical performance of single SOFCs on their base. To describe the electrolytic properties of solid electrolytes the notation of the electrolytic domain boundary (EDB) - the critical oxygen partial pressure P*O2 at which the values of the electronic and ionic components of conductivity are equal, were calculated and presented. An algorithm of the wildfire classification by its acoustic emission spectrum using Wireless Sensor Networks
Crown fires are extremely dangerous as the speed of their distribution is dozen times higher compared to surface fires. Therefore, it is important to classify the fire type as early as possible. A method for forest fires classification exploits their computed acoustic emission spectrum compared with a set of samples of the typical fire acoustic emission spectrum stored in the database. This method implies acquisition acoustic data using Wireless Sensors Networks (WSNs) and their analysis in a central processing and a control center. The paper deals with an algorithm which can be directly implemented on a sensor network node that will allow reducing considerably the network traffic and increasing its efficiency. It is hereby suggested to use the sum of the squares ratio, with regard to amplitudes of low and high frequencies of the wildfire acoustic emission spectrum, as the indicator of a forest fire type. It is shown that the value of the crown fires indicator is several times higher than that of the surface ones. This allows classifying the fire types (crown, surface) in a short time interval and transmitting a fire type indicator code alongside with an alarm signal through the network

ABOUT AN OPTIMIZATION OF SURGICAL TACTICS OF PANCREATONECROSIS
An. analysis of treatment of 174 patients with acute pancreatonecrosis with use of low-invasive surgical interventions (laparoscopic and puncture-draining surgery) was realized. It is shown that the efficiency of low-invasive surgery for pancreatonecrosis depends on the spread of pathological process. The use of step-by-step approach with use of low-invasive technologies as a start method greatly improves the results of treatment of patients with pancreatonecrosis. For limited forms of pancreatonecrosis low-invasive surgery is the method of choice, and. this surgical approach plays one of the leading roles in improving of treatment outcomes in the population of patients with pancreatonecrosis
Search for the Radiative Capture d+d->^4He+\gamma Reaction from the dd\mu Muonic Molecule State
A search for the muon catalyzed fusion reaction dd --> ^4He +\gamma in the
dd\mu muonic molecule was performed using the experimental \mu CF installation
TRITON and NaI(Tl) detectors for \gamma-quanta. The high pressure target filled
with deuterium at temperatures from 85 K to 800 K was exposed to the negative
muon beam of the JINR phasotron to detect \gamma-quanta with energy 23.8 MeV.
The first experimental estimation for the yield of the radiative deuteron
capture from the dd\mu state J=1 was obtained at the level n_{\gamma}\leq

Specific heat and magnetocaloric effect in Pr1-xAgxMnO3 manganites
The magnetocaloric effect in alternating magnetic fields has been
investigated in Pr1-xAgxMnO3 manganites with x=0.05-0.25. The stepwise reversal
of the sign of the magnetocaloric effect has been revealed in a weakly doped
sample (x=0.05) at low temperatures (~80 K). This reversal is attributed to the
coexistence of the ferromagnetic and canted antiferromagnetic phases with
