Fundraising plan for the selected non-profit organization
Bakalářská práce se zabĂ˝vá problematikou tvorby fundraisingovĂ©ho plánu pro neziskovou organizaci. V teoretickĂ© části jsou vysvÄ›tleny pojmy, kterĂ© se danĂ© problematiky tĂ˝kajĂ. KonkrĂ©tnÄ› je vysvÄ›tlena definice, vĂ˝znam a druhy neziskovĂ˝ch organizacĂ spolu se strategickĂ˝m Ĺ™ĂzenĂm. Následuje definice fundraisingu, seznámenĂ s fundraisingovĂ˝m plánem, zĂskávánĂm finanÄŤnĂch zdrojĹŻ, zásady fundraisingu a vysvÄ›tlenĂ crowdfundingu. V praktickĂ© části je pĹ™edstavena nezisková organizace Hospic Sv. Jiřà spolu s jejĂ historiĂ, nabĂdkou sluĹľeb, cĂlovĂ˝mi skupinami a procesem poskytovánĂ hospicovĂ© pĂ©ÄŤe. NáslednÄ› jsou zanalyzovány finanÄŤnĂ zdroje organizace a navrhnut fundraisingovĂ˝ plán ve 3 moĹľnĂ˝ch variantách spolu s dalšĂmi moĹľnĂ˝mi navrhovanĂ˝mi doporuÄŤenĂmi.ObhájenoThe bachelor thesis deals with the issue of creating a fundraising plan for a non-profit organization. The theoretical part explains the concepts that relate to the issue. Specifically, the definition, importance and types of non-profit organizations are explained, along with strategic management. The following is a definition of fundraising, an introduction to the fundraising plan, obtaining financial resources, the principles of fundraising and an explanation of crowdfunding. In the practical part there is introduced non-profit organisation Hospic Sv. Jiřà with its history, offer of services, target groups and the whole process of providing hospice care. Subsequently, the financial resources of the organization are analysed, and a fundraising plan is proposed in 3 possible variants together with other possible proposed recommendations
