Hasil cek similarity " Antioxidant Potency of Cassumunin A-C Compounds From Bangle Rhizome ( Zingiber cassumunar) By Molecular Docking on Human Ros-1 Kinase Receptors"

Antioxidants play an  role in human health by fighting oxidative stress and preventing chronic disease. Nowadays, molecular docking is used  Bangle rhizome (Zingiber cassumunar) has  a derivative of curcuminoid, cassumunin A, cassumunin B, and cassumunin C. This study was designed to determine the value of binding affinities between cassumunins ligands on human ROS1 kinase receptors, related to their antioxidant activity with ascorbic acid and tocopherol. One set of computational programs is Autodock Tools, Biovia Discovery Studio, and Command Prompt has prepared. These docking results presented the binding affinity values of cassumunin A, cassumunin B, cassumunin C, ascorbic acid, and tocopherol were -9.4 kcal/mol, -9.7 kcal/mol, -9.0 kcal/mol, -5.2 kcal/mol, and -8.1 kcal/mol respectively. RMSD value for the five ligands was ≤ 2Å, showed the validity of the docking results. Cassumunin A-C compound  higher affinity compared to ascorbic acid and tocopherol. Based on this computational study, cassumunin A-C the potential compounds to be developed as potent antioxidant agents from natural resources

Analisis Komunikasi Pemasaran Pada Hotel Salak The Heritage Bogor

This research is related to marketing communication services. The service product that is the case study of this study is Hotel Salak The Heritage. This study uses the concept of marketing communication and its mix as a blade analysis. The paradigm of this research is postpositivist with qualitative approach. Informants who are the subject of research is representative of Hotel Salak, especially in the field of marketing communications. The research results show Hotel Salak The Heritage tries to combine elements of marketing communication mix by optimizing the potential of ICT (Information and Communication Technology). Elements of marketing communication mix one of them is advertising. The ads are done in various media such as Kompas newspaper, Radio Lesmana FM Bogor, billboards, banners, brochures, websites, social media which includes facebook @, twitter, and instagram. The advertising marketing communication mix is ​​also conducted in conjunction with public relations and sales promotion.Penelitian ini terkait komunikasi pemasaran jasa. Adapun produk jasa yang menjadi studi kasus kajian ini adalah Hotel Salak The Heritage. Penelitian ini menggunakan konsep komunikasi pemasaran dan baurannya sebagai pisau analisisnya. ANALISIS FAKTOR PENYEBAB UTAMA KERUSAKAN BERKAS REKAM MEDIS PADA RUANG FILING DI RSUP Dr. SOERADJI TIRTONEGORO KLATEN

Hospital is a complete individual health service institution including promotive, preventive, curative and rehabilitative that provides inpatient, outpatient and emergency services with the aim of improving the quality of service and maintaining hospital standards. The results of a preliminary study conducted at RSUP dr. Soeradji Tirtonegoro is known that there are medical record documents that have been damaged. This study aims to analyze the main factors causing damage to medical record files in the filing room at dr. Soeradji Tirtonegoro Klaten. This type of research uses qualitative and data collection uses observation, interviews using elemental analysis of 5M management (Man, Material, Method, Machine, Money), while determining problem priorities using the USG method (Urgency, Seriousness, Growth) and problem solving using techniques brainstorm. Subjects in this study were medical record officers in the filing room as many as 7 people. The results obtained are that there is a lack of medical record officers in the filing room, the roll o'pack is full, there is no training in activities in the filing department, the filing officer lacks discipline, there is no SPO related to the protection and maintenance of medical records from damage. By using the USG method and brainstorming techniques, it can be seen that the main cause of damage to medical record files and the agreed solution is related to the lack of human resources in the filing room, the score obtained is 89. Suggestions made by researchers are the addition of officers in the room. filing using the method of calculating ABK Cases, adding file storage racks, the existence of SOP for protection and maintenance of medical records from damageRumah sakit adalah institusi pelayanan kesehatan perorangan secara paripurna meliputi promotif, preventif, kuratif dan rehabilitatif yang menyediakan pelayanan rawat inap, rawat jalan dan gawat darurat yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan mutu pelayanan dan mempertahankan standart rumah sakit. Hasil studi pendahuluan yang dilakukan di RSUP dr. Soeradji Tirtonegoro diketahui bahwa terdapat dokumen rekam medis yang telah mengalami kerusakan. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor penyebab utama kerusakan berkas rekam medis pada ruang filing di RSUP dr. Soeradji Tirtonegoro Klaten. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan kualitatif dan pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dengan menggunakan analisis unsur manajemen 5M (Man, Material, Method, Machine, Money), sedangkan menentukan prioritas masalah dengan menggunkan metode USG (Urgency, Seriousness, Growth) dan pemecahan masalah menggunakan teknik brainstorming. Subjek yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini yaitu petugas rekam medis di ruang filing sebanyak 7 orang. Hasil yang didapatkan bahwa kurangnya petugas rekam medis pada bagian ruang filing, roll o’pack yang sudah penuh, tidak adanya pelatihan kegiatan di bagian filing, kurang disiplinnya petugas filing, tidak terdapat SPO terkait perlindungan dan pemeliharaan rekam medis dari kerusakan. Dengan menggunakan metode USG dan teknik brainstorming, maka dapat diketahui bahwa penyebab utama kerusakan berkas rekam medis dan solusi yang telah disepakati yaitu terkait SDM bagian ruang filing masih kurang, skor yang di dapatkan yaitu 89. Saran yang dilakukan oleh peneliti yaitu adanya penambahan petugas bagian ruang filing menggunakan cara perhitungan ABK Kes, penambahan rak penyimpanan berkas, adanya SPO perlindungan dan pemeliharaan rekam medis dari kerusakan
