Commercially available diagnostic device use in educational process: Experience and innovation
The publication material discloses the use of the methodology of psychopedagogical diagnostics in working with children and students of different age groups, organized under the leadership of the school psychologist, social educator, school or university teacher or students in Elabuga educational institutions of the Republic of Tatarstan. Here an analysis of the experience of the diagnostic and commercially available device use by the teachers and students of Elabuga Institute of Kazan Federal University (EI KFU) is described, in particular: "Activation meter - AC-9k", "Comfort LOGO", "Personality factor questionnaire (diagnosis of personality traits according to the procedure designed by P. Cattell)". Particular attention is paid to the organization of work with children in the mode of "a fairy-tale therapy": - "Lord of Wonderland", "Island of Childhood" and some other activities. A technology of modified diagnostic children's games (children's game kits) development is proposed as an innovative direction in commercially available diagnostic device use in school and university educational work. The article describes ways to design children's game kits, the techniques and methodology of their use in working with students in schools, additional educational institutions, as well as in the classroom at the children's camp "Intel Summer" and teenage associations "Junior Programmer" and "Young Physicist". According to the authors, the development of commercially available diagnostic children's game kits, as well as their use contribute to professional and creative development of all the members of educational process
Optimization of the financial and budgetary mechanism for the functioning of educational institutions of higher education in the conditions of innovative economy development in the Russian Federation

The management of higher education institutions’ system should be based on an understanding of their tasks and their role in the structural component of the entire social and economic state system. The article shows that currently the system of higher education in the Russian Federation is basically on state support. With all the possibilities for investing and distributing public funds to higher education institutions’, most of them are not capable to integrate quickly into the modern market operating conditions. Unfortunately, most higher education institutions’ graduates are reducing the learning process to the need only to gain the diploma which confirms qualification, but does not guarantee the existence of theoretical knowledge and practical skills. So it confirms the qualification without a sufficiently qualitative test of knowledge and practical skills. The financial and economic activity of higher education institutions’ is based on observance of formal matters according to accreditation indicators and participation of employers in the teaching process. In conditions when any knowledge becomes international and commercially integrates with production complexes, the functioning of higher education institutions should become the reason and basis for the increment of practical knowledge and occur in close cooperation with industrial structures. The subject of the research is the system of the state order for training the specialists functioning in the conditions of reforming system of higher education in the Russian Federation. The purpose of the article is the development of recommendations about the improvement of the financial budgetary mechanism of functioning the educational organizations of the higher education in the conditions of innovative economy development in the Russian Federation. Scientific novelty of work is defined in the use of new principles of educational organizations management of the higher education in the financial and economic spheres and outlines the perspectives for further integration into the world educational and economic space
Christian values in spiritual and moral upbringing of students

The article substantiates the necessity of spiritual and moral upbringing of the young generation on the basis of Christian values, and highlights as well as the gained experience in the implementation of the Christian values into education system of higher educational institutions. The purpose of the present study is to establish psychological patterns and mechanisms of spiritual and moral upbringing of the student‟s personality through inclusion and acceptance of Christian values. The objective of the research involves the solution of the following tasks: carrying out psychological, theoretical and methodological analysis of the problem on spiritual and moral upbringing of the personality; providing a system of psychological and pedagogical practices designed to promote spiritual and moral upbringing of the student‟s personality; and developing and testing a training program of spiritual formation of the student‟ personality. The authors have proposed the formation mechanisms of spiritual values of the student‟s personality, and developed psychological training program to form spirituality in the student‟s personality

This article lists didactic, psycho-pedagogical, organizational and pedagogical conditions that are necessary to improve the level of information technology training of future specialists.
