Detached house, Lavičky

Bakalářská práce se zabývá projektovou dokumentací rodinného domu pro čtyřčlennou rodinu. Novostavba je situována v okrese Žďár nad Sázavou, v katastrálním území Lavičky. Je použita zděná technologie a podélný nosný systém se dvěma nadzemními podlažími. Objekt je zastřešen sedlovou střechou a dvěma plochými vegetačními střechami.This thesis deals with the design documentation house for a family of four. The new building is located in the district Žďár nad Sázavou in the cadastral Lavičky. It used brick technology and longitudinal support system with two floors. The building is covered with a saddle roof and two flat vegetation roof.

Development of the construction of residential properties in Brno-Pisárky

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá vývojem výstavby rezidenčních nemovitostí v lokalitě Brno – Pisárky od jejího počátku na konci 19. století až po současnost. Součástí je i popis historie dané oblasti a předpokládaný budoucí vývoj. Práce je rozdělena do jednotlivých období a zahrnuje přehled významných rezidenčních staveb včetně obrázků a fotodokumentace. Největší rozvoj výstavby byl na tomto území zaznamenán v meziválečném období s nástupem funkcionalismu. V 70. letech je tato lokalita téměř zcela zastavěná pouze s občasnými novými stavbami nebo nástavbami či rekonstrukcemi stávajících budov. Práce obsahuje také historické mapy, kde je možné sledovat rozrůstání a vývoj tohoto území.This Diploma thesis is dealing with development construction of residential real estates in the area of Brno – Pisárky from the beginning of development in the end of 19th centuries till present. It is includes the history of this area and development of this location in the future. This thesis is divided into few construction periods, where are described in detail survey of significant residential buildings including pictures and photographs. The highest quality development was during inter-war period with beginning of functionalism. Development of this area is almost finished in the seventies of 19th century and from this time it is built just a few of new buildings or building attics or reconstruction. This thesis also contains historical maps, where we can see how was the area amplify and development.
