Based on a case study by Lemhannas RI, this work attempts to discuss the relation of professionalismof human resources and corporate culture. The change and growth of corporate culture in anorganization requires strong commitment from those involved in it. Corporate culture should becontinually developed through a persistent socialization, partnership and supervision programs. Theright management of human resources, which follows the basis of management, will give a greatcontribution when applied well. In addition, policy evaluation on corporate culture should includestructural and cultural aspects and be conducted in several steps, including identification of goals andways of completing them, measurement of relevant information activities, analysis of data for aconclusion and recommendation. The recommendation is a crucial step that needs a special attentionfor the restructurization of culture for better results. This study concludes that interaction betweenstructure and culture is a key and pre-condition for the growth of a better and conducive corporateculture for accomplishing the goals of organization

Background: Community service was carried out to increase household income in the Serdang village, Curug district, Tangerang regency, by breeding and rearing Peking ducks. Contribution: Peking duck breeding and rearing farming is considered relatively low in maintenance, attainable ducklings, and affordable feed; while the problem of Peking duck breeding and rearing farming is the lack of capital. Method: The implementation methods consist of: the planning stage, the implementation stage, and the evaluation stage. Results: The result of this community service is the achievement of total 2,597.9 Kg of ready-to-sell Peking ducks, with the sales profit of Rp 17.950.750 per month. From the total of 1,100 heads initial ducklings reared the mortality rate of 91 occurred at the vulnerable age (5-15 days). Conclusion: By the end of the second season of community service, 3 (three) participants become self-suffcient Peking duck breeder

Adaptive neural fuzzy model Simulated annealing algorithm A B S T R A C T In the present study, the waste polyethylene (PE) pyrolysis under different non-isothermal conditions was investigated to estimate the optimal conversions and pyrolysis rates. The pyrolysis study was carried out using Thermogravimetry (TG) of the virgin and the waste PE under different heating rates of 5, 10, 15 and 20 C/min. The TG experiments indicated that the virgin and the waste PE pyrolysis processes mainly underwent in the temperature range of 390-510 C. Subsequently, the adaptive neural fuzzy model was adopted to predict the conversions and the pyrolysis rates of the virgin and the waste PE. The optimal operating conditions in different temperature ranges were optimized by the simulated annealing algorithm (SA). Moreover, the R-squared values of the virgin PE conversions (~1) and pyrolysis rates (> 0.999), and the waste PE conversions (~1) and pyrolysis rates (> 0.999) revealed the high accuracy of the adaptive neural fuzzy model predicted results
