Berkas Mlaku Dhewe (BMW) untuk Peningkatan Pelayanan Publik di Kabupaten Sidoarjo

This study aimed to describe effectiveness of Berkas Mlaku Dhewe (BMW) as well as analyzed factors supporters and obstacle Berkas Mlaku Dhewe (BMW) in Sukodono District Sidoarjo Regency. The research used descriptive qualitative. The result of research showed that supporters factors that influence the effectiveness of service intranet Berkas Mlaku Dhewe (BMW) in Sukodono who viewed from criterion effectiveness, among others: product was already good because the service administration of population more easy and quickly with system online; efficiency of the speed service was either because the service quite processed in village and file finished with a matter of hours; satisfaction was good because it had supported by the attitude of the manners employees; adaptation had been reviewed from the number of employees and means inadequate infrastructure already according to standards; the development was success that was seen from the innovation of the service online up to the village. In addition, from size of the criterion effectiveness also cause obstacle factor that influence the service intranet in Sukodono Subdistrict include: efficiency reviewed from the settlement kind of the service residence indentification card (KTP) because delay blanko from centre; adaptation of human resources was less spirit in learning information technology because factors elderly; development reviewed from the structure of working menchanism in system of tissue who experience problems network

The institution in charge of accommodating and channeling the aspirations of the village community is the Village Consultative Body (BPD). It can be seen that the BPD is a partner of the Village Government who is solid in aiming to prosper the village community. the aim is to describe and analyze the Implementation of the Duties and Functions of the Village Consultative Body (BPD) in Kejapanan Village, Gempol District, Pasuruan Regency. The problem in this research is the lack of optimal communication between the Kejapanan Village BPD and the community in carrying out their main tasks and functions in accommodating and channeling community aspirations. Lack of facilities and infrastructure to support the work of the village government. There was miscommunication between the BPD and the community and the village head. In this study aimed to analyze the Implementation of the SIPRAJA Application Program in Population Administration Services in Bluru Kidul Village, researchers used descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques by conducting interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis model namely, 1) data collection. 2) data reduction 3) data presentation or data display 4) drawing conclusions. There are three indicators in Merille S. Grindle's theory, 1. Power, interest, and strategy of actor 2. institution an regime characteristic 3. Compliance and responsiveness. The results of these three indicators are that the program has been running with the goals set by the Population and Civil Registration Service because this public service is intended to facilitate services to the community in managing population administration

Kemampuan Aparatur Desa Dalam Pemahaman Teknologi Informasi Dan Komunikasi Menuju Electronic Desa (e- Desa) Pada Kantor Desa Kedungbocok Kecamatan Tarik Kabupaten Sidoarjo

The study aims to analyze and describe the ability of village officials in understanding information and communication technology towards (e-Desa) in the Village Government. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews with the Kedungbocok Village Apparatus supported by literature studies related to village apparatus ability. The research location at the Kedungbocok Vil- lage Office in Tarik District, Sidoarjo Regency, with consideration that the physical devel- opment in the Kedungbocok village office was fairly good in this case it was shown in the completeness of the facilities and facilities that the technology in the field was good enough. One of the interesting things to study is the ability of the village apparatus in understanding information and communication technology to the (e-Desa). The results of this study indicate that intellectual ability is still in the learning stage in understanding technology, physical ability is still in the stages of training held continuously to get the intended results, and the last cognitive abilities are still less than optimal due to the age factor of the Village Apparatu
