STRATEGY ANALYSIS OF SAGO BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT IN WAELAWI VILLAGE, MALANGKE BARAT DISTRICT, LUWU UTARA REGENCY

This study aims to determine how the strategy of developing sago business in waelawi village kec. West Malangke Regency. North Luwu. This study uses a qualitative method using data collection techniques through observation and interviews, then the data obtained is processed using data reduction methods, data presentation and drawing conclusions (verification). The strategy used to develop sago business through marketing mix in Waelawi Village, West Malangke District, North Luwu Regency, namely: Product strategy to improve product quality. Price strategy, namely sago farmers adjust prices to competitors and adjust according to the quality of their products. The place strategy, namely sago farmers using their own private land, aims to make it easier for farmers to supervise processing and make it easier for consumers to make transactions. GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN DAN MOTIVASI, PENGARUHNYA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gaya kepemimpian dan motivasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai Bank BTPN Cabang Sungguminasa Kabupaten Gowa. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan membagi kuesioner kepada 32 responden pegawai Bank BTPN Cabang Sungguminasa Kabupaten Gowa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, berdasarkan uji statistik t, nilai t hitung untuk variabel gaya kepemimpinan 3.233 > t tabel 1,695 dan nilai signifikan 0,002 < 0,05. Sedangkan variabel Motivasi 5,637> t tabel 1,695 dan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawa

The role of venture capital and business assistance for savings and loan cooperatives thanks to the increase in micro and small business in herlang subdistrict, Bulukumba Regency. Employee Development Analysis In Increasing Work Productivity at PT. Bank BTPN Sungguminasa Branch, Gowa Regency

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of employee development on work productivity at PT. Bank BTPN Sungguminasa Branch, Gowa Regency. Employee development is one of several factors that can affect the level of work productivity. Development is an additional basic salary that is not expected by employees, but only part of it can be given only having certain achievements or certain skills and do not bother when asked to complete as soon as possible, such as reports or receipts that must be reported. This research was conducted using a simple linear regression analysis tool, R2 test and t test to analyze the close relationship of 1 variable, and the results of the discussion that the value of the variable regression coefficient (X) or employee development is 0.458 so it can be said that the employee development variable (X) positive effect on work productivity by 45.8%. The Impact of Promotional Strategies on Consumer Interest in Purchasing Toyota Innova Brand Cars at PT. Hadji Kalla, Sumoharjo Branch, Makassar City

This study aims to ascertain whether there exists a positive and significant impact of the Promotion Strategy on Consumer Interest in purchasing Toyota Innova cars at PT. Hadji Kalla's Sumoharjo Branch in Makassar City. The study encompasses two variables: the Promotion Strategy as the independent variable and Consumer Interest in purchasing a Toyota Innova as the dependent variable. The outcomes of the study reveal a simple linear regression equation as Y = 15.635 + 0.763X. The test results also yield a coefficient of determination (r) of 0.632, indicating that the Promotion Strategy influences Consumer Interest in Purchasing a Toyota Innova by 40%, while the remaining 60% is attributed to other factors not considered in this study. Moreover, the calculated t-value of 5.654 surpasses the t-critical value of 0.2353. This study aims to determine the efforts of the village government in improving the welfare of the community in Ulujangang Village, Bontolempangan Subdistrict, Gowa Regency by using a qualitative descriptive approach by conducting data analysis inductively and descriptively by revealing the facts in the field to provide an overview of the problems that occur in the field. GERAKAN BANK SAMPAH SEKOLAH TINGKAT PENDIDIKAN ANAK USIA DINI DI PAUD TIGA BAHASA NAILUN NABHAN

Paud Tiga Bahasa Nailun Nabhan, located at Griya Rezeki Abadi Housing, SmbaOpu Subdistrict, Mawang Village, Gowa Regency. Human behavior that is not disciplined in managing waste needs to be changed. This should be instilled from an early age, that is, since children are kindergarten. So that the formation of clean and healthy living behavior can be formed from an early age, the waste bank movement was launched at Nailun Nabhan Three language Early Childhood Education, then parents transmit the education they have received to their children, assisted by teachears at Paud Tiga Bahasa Nailun Nabhan. The education delivered to parents is about the dangers of littering and the benefits of waste management. The method used is qualitative by providing socialization and providing guidance to parents in the Paud Tiga Bahasa Nailun Nabhan. The results of the waste bank movement are 1) environmental values; 2) social values; 3) economiv value.  

Dealing with incomplete data in questionnaires of food and alcohol consumption

Missing data feature in most large-scale surveys of human populations, especially when extensive questionnaires are administered. We describe the established single-imputation procedures and explore multiple-imputation procedures for the missing values in the blocks of questions related to alcohol consumption in the UK Women’s Cohort Study. We demonstrate how multiple imputation can be developed by adapting the established single-imputation procedures, ridding them of some of their weaknesses
