    Penelitian ini mencoba mengangkat pola interaksi masyarakat beda agama di Desa Talang Benuang Kecamatan Air Periukan Kabupaten Seluma Provinsi Bengkulu. Paradigma dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan sosiologi dan interaksionisme simbolik. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kerukunan hidup masyarakat beda agama di Desa Talang Benuang Kecamatan Air Periukan Kabupaten Seluma Provinsi Bengkulu terbangun melalui interaksi dan komunikasi harmoni yang saling menghargai, saling menghormati, saling memberikan toleransi dan tidak menyinggung masalah agama dalam kehidupan masyarakat. Faktor lain yang mendukung adalah: pertama, adanya kesadaran tinggi dari masyarakat akan pentingnya kerukunan hidup beragama yang ditanamkan sejak kecil secara turun temurun oleh pendahulunya; kedua, tumbuhnya jiwa nasionalisme dalam kehidupan masyarakat; dan ketiga, adanya ikatan kekerabatan yang dihasilkan dari pernikahan yang sebelumnya beda agama

    Transformasi IAIN Bandung menjadi UIN pada tahun 2005 merupakan suatu Perubahan mendasar. Perubahan tersebut tidak sekedar berubah nama atau status kelembagaan, tetapi juga menuntut adanya Perubahan struktur, kultur dan sumberdaya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: wujud Perubahan yang dicita-citakan UIN Bandung, program-program pengembangan dan efektivitas pencapaian sasaran, serta kendala-kendala dalam mencapai sasaran Perubahan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif-naturalistik dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode triangulasi melalui teknik-teknik wawancara, observasi partisipatif, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian adalah sebagai berikut, bahwa Perubahan IAIN menjadi UIN dimaksudkan untuk mengubah image masyarakat dan meningkatkan minat mereka terhadap perguruan tinggi Islam tersebut. Upaya itu dilakukan melalui strategi pengembangan produk dengan menawarkan pendidikan yang mampu memadukan kemampuan etis dan moral dengan kemampuan secara teknologis, fungsional, individual, informatif, dan terbuka bagi masyarakat. Program-program pengembangan UIN Bandung dinilai berhasil dalam meningkatkan minat masyarakat, namun belum didukung peningkatan mutu dan budaya akademik secara optimal. Adapun kendala-kendala dalam pencapaian sasaran Perubahan meliputi hambatan visi, hambatan sumberdaya, hambatan budaya, dan hambatan manajemen.Transformation of IAIN Bandung to UIN in 2005 was a fundamental change. These changes are not just changing the name or institutional status, but also requires a change in structure, culture and resources. This study aims to determine: a form of creating the desired change in UIN Bandung, development programs and the effectiveness of achieving objectives, and constraints in achieving change. The research method used is qualitative-naturalistic method with case study approach. The data was collected through a triangulation method of interviewing techniques, participant observation, and study documentation. The results were as follows, that the changes intended to alter the public image and increase their interest in the Islamic universities. Efforts were made through a strategy of product development by offering education that can integrate ethical and moral capabilities with the ability technologically, functionally, individualized, and informative. Development programs UIN Bandung was considered successful in improving the public interest, but have not supported increasing the quality and academic culture optimally.     This research was conducted in the study program of economic education STKIP PGRI West Sumatra, on the effect of student creativity and interpersonal communication with faculty on student achievement education department of economics. The purpose of this study were (1) To determine the effect of creativity of students on student achievement education department of economics STKIP PGRI West Sumatra. (2) To determine the effect of interpersonal communication with faculty on student learning achievement of the education department of economics STKIP PGRI West Sumatra. (3) To determine the effect of students creativity and interpersonal communication with faculty on student learning achievement of the education department of economics STKIP PGRI West Sumatra.The results of data analysis showed that (1) There is a positive and significant impact of student creativity on student achievement education department of economics STKIP PGRI West Sumatra, this is evidenced by the regression coefficient of 0.560, with a value of 4,927 t count> t table 1.6622 seen from sig 0.000 t table 0.000 1.6622 seen from the sig F table value of 3.10 and a significant of 0.002.     Adolescent Moral Development in Families

    This study aimed to investigate parents' goals and objectives in fostering the moral values to their adolescents, parents' moral values instilled toward their teenagers, parents' approach and methods in instilling moral values, and parents' guidance development in nurturing moral values toward adolescent. This research used descriptive-analytic method, and qualitative-naturalistic approach. It applied observation, interview and documentation. It investigated three families with a different education background. Findings show that family with undergraduate education background is relatively very good in fostering the values of Akhlak Karimah to their teenagers. Their success was supported by clear goals and objectives, consistent and continuous delivery of materials, the use of appropriate approaches and methods, and good and harmonious family. These factors contributed to excellent moral education for their teenager. Family with a high school education background applied moral education using the formulation of objectives, materials, and the arrangement of a family atmosphere but the result was less optimal because they used less precise methods and approaches. Family with a junior high school education background had not achieved a satisfactory result in moral education for their teenagers because they did not formulate well objectives, materials, methods, approaches and the arrangement of a family atmospher

    Pengelolaan perguruan tinggi swasta dewasa ini dihadapkan pada berbagai hambatan dan tantangan dalam upayameningkatkan kualitas, citra, daya tarik dan menghasilkan lulusan yang memiliki daya saing global. Masalah yangselalu muncul adalah adanya kesenjangan antara jumlah pendaftar/calon peminat dan jumlah yang diharapkan dapatditerima di perguruan tinggi swasta (PTS).Hal ini mungkin merupakan dampak dari strategi bersaing, kualifikasi SDMatau pergeseran aspirasi para calon mahasiswa dan faktor-faktor lain yang berperan dalam mempersepsi danmendeterminasi keputusan para calon peminat. Pengelolaan perguruan tinggi swasta semakin komplek manakala dihadapkan pada variabel-variabel eksternal seperti PTN dan publik lainnya yang dapat menjadi peluang dan sekaligusmenjadi ancaman. Tiap PTS memiliki kiat tersendiri memperlakukan variabel-variabel tersebut, agar mereka dapatmengubah ancaman menjadi peluang sebagai strategi jangka pendek maupun jangka panjang. Untuk mengkajipermasalahan di atas penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan marketing mix 7 P yaitu, Product, Place, Process, People,Promotion, Phisycal Evidence, Price. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memengetahui pengaruh bauran pemasaran(marketing mix) jasa pendidikanterhadap keputusan para calon mahasiswa dalam memilih perguruan tinggi swasta dijawa barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian adalah mahasiswa dari 15perguruan tinggi swasta di Jawa Barat yang diambil secara random. Pengolahan data menggunakan metode statistikkorelasional. Penelitian ini menghasilkan temuan-temuan sebagai berikut ; tidak seluruh variabel marketing mixmemiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keputusan calon mahasiswa untuk memilih perguruan tinggi swasta di jawabarat. Variabel yang tidak berpengaruh signifikan adalah harga (price), promosi (promotion), dan orang (people),sedangkan yang berpengaruh secara signifikan yaituproduk (product), lokasi (place), proses (process) dan bukti fisik(physical evidence)
