    This study aims to find out the meaning of pornography on the big screen movie producer Indonesia, and to know the motives and experiences of pornography in the film. The research question posed is: What meaning producers of pornography in the film? What was the motive for producers include aspects of pornography in movies? How does the experience of producers of pornography?This is a qualitative research method with the tradition of phenomenology. The subject of his research is the producer of feature films Indonesia in Jakarta. The object of research is the construction of meaning, motives and experiences. The collection of data obtained through observation, in-depth interviews carried out on the big screen movie producer Indonesia in Jakarta as an informant. Data were obtained through library research and documentation of various media, both print and online.The results widescreen film producer Indonesia over the meanings of pornography different from each other depending on experience and cognitive complexity of each individual. Also because of information about itself or pornographic pornography in the film. Motif also affected the internal and external factors produse itself. Experience more supportive if the producers will continue to provide aspects of pornography in his movie or not . The conclusion of this study is the construction of meaning widescreen film producer Indonesia to pornography vary. Motive incorporate different aspects of pornography. Pengalamannyapun different.     Uji Coba Larvisida Spherifix (Bacillus Sphaericus Vcrc B 42) Terhadap Larva Anopheles Sundaicus Di Gerumbul Klaces, Ujung Alang - Kabupaten Cilacap

    A biological larvicide spherifix containing Bacillus sphaericus VCRC B 42 was investigated against Anopheles sundaicus in Klaces hamlet, Cilacap regency. This study was conducted to determine the effectivity of spherifix on An. sundaicus larvae at a dosage of 2.5 kg/Ha. Observations were conducted one day before application of the larvicide, 24, 36, 48 hours, day 4, 7, and 14 after application. The larval reduction rates were calculated using the formula of Mulia et al, 1971, and a reduction of the results were 16.69 % after 24 hours, 20.95 % after 36 hours, 34.07 % after 48 hours, 65.08 % after 4 days, 85.98 % after 7 days, and 90.81 % after 14 days. B. sphaericus has capabilities to function as a biological larvicide

    Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional Dan Iklim Organisasi Terhadap Komitmen Organisasi

    This study aimed to determine the effect of transformational leadership style and organizational climate on organizational commitment. Subjects were employees and lecturers at the University of Setia Budi Surakarta as many as 65 people. Data analysis used regression analysis techniques. Analisisis results showed a correlation coefficient (R) of 0.760 with F of 42.386 p = 0.000 (p <0.01) which means that there was a highly significant correlation between transformational leadership and organizational climate on organizational commitment. Determinant coefficient (R2) of 57.8%, this indicates that the variables of transformational leadership and organizational commitment affected organizational climate by 57.8% and 42.2% were influenced by other variables

    Kemampuan Makan Mesocyclops Aspericornis Terhadap Jentik Aedes Aegypti Pada Medium Rendaman Seresah Salvinia Dan Rendaman Tinja Kambing Dilaboratorium

    A study was conducted to determine the feeding capacity of Mesocyclops aspericornis on Aedes aegypti larvae in the Salvinia and goat dropping infusion media in the laboratory. Five concentration of media were used in this study with ratio of (media : well water) 7 : 3, 5 : 5, 3:7,1 : 9, and 0 : 10 (Control). First instar larvae of Ae. aegypti were used in each concentration of the media mentioned above during 4 days observations. The results showed that feeding capacity ofM. aspericornis on Ae. aegypti larvae were 20.69 (82.76%) and 15.44 (61.76%) at the lowest concentration of Salvinia and goat dropping infusion media respectively. There was no significant difference in the feeding capacity of M. aspericornis on Ae. aegypti larvae between the two media (P > 0.05). A significant difference was revealed among concentrations in each media (P < 0.05)

    Keragaman Genetik Kelapa Sawit (Elaeis Guineensis Jacq.) Asal Angola Menggunakan Marka SSR

    Effort to increase productivity and other elite characters in Indonesia oil palm breeding program is facing a problem because of the narrow genetic diversity. To broaden the genetic diversity, germplasm exploration has been done in Angola, Central Africa. The objective of this research was to assess the genetic diversity and population structure of Angola originated oil palm germplasm based on 20 SSR markers. The plant materials used were 27 accessions consisted of 136 palms planted in Riau, Sumatera. The DNA was isolated and amplified using PCR. Phylogeny analysis was constructed using Unrooted Neighbor-Joining by DARwin software 6.0.8. The result showed that polymorphic information content (PIC) value is 0.55 (0.17 to 0.75 for each locus) with 102 total number of alleles. Genetic diversity between individuals was higher compared to the genetic diversity within accessions or regions and between accessions or regions. Phylogenetic analysis of 27 accessions showed that accessions were divided into three main groups. Every group containing individuals originated from 5 spatial distribution regions. Principal coordinates analysis (PCoA) showed that accessions were distributed in one structure. Using more primers and samples to get more representative data is recommended for the following research

    Isolasi Dan Karakterisasi Gen Sitrat Sintase Bakteri Pseudomonas Aeruginosa Dari Filosfer Hevea Brasiliensis Muell. Arg.

    Pseudomonas aeruginosa merupakan bakteri utama di dalam rizosfer yang mempunyai sifat-sifat yang dapat dimanfaatkan di dalam pertanian dan lingkungan. Bakteri tersebut mensekresikan asam organik yang dapat melepaskan fosfor dan melindungi akar dari keracunan aluminium. Sitrat merupakan asam organik yang dominan disekresikan oleh Pseudomonas di dalam tanah. Sitrat menujukkan afinitas terhadap aluminium dan menyediakan fosfor yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan asam organik lainnya. Asam organik ini disintesis dai sebuah reaksi antara aksaloasetat dan asetil KoA, dikatalisis oleh sitrat sintase (CS) di dalam siklus Kreb. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengisolasi dan mengkarakterisasi sitrat sintase dari Pseudomonas aeruginosa yang telah diisolasi dari permukaan daun tanaman karet. Primer spesifik untuk gen CCS didesain berdasarkan sekuen gen sitrat sintase beberapa bakteri yang disimpan di Genbank. Primer tersebut digunakan untuk mengamplifikasi gen CS dengan menggunakan mesin PCR. Gen CS telah berhasil diisolasi dari bakteri filosfere Pseudomonas aerugunosa. Gen CS Pseudomonas aeruginosa (PaCS) tersebut terdiri dari 1287 pb dan menyandikan 428 asam amino. PaCS mempunyai kesamaan asam amino yang tinggi dan hidrofobisitas dengan CS bakteri lainnya dan diduga mempunyai persamaan aktivitas enzim.
