Determination of the Administration Routes, Doses and Appropriate Age to Vaccinate With Ornitin Triple Vaccine For Cross-breed Colored Broilers in Vietnam

The study was to determine the appropriate dose and administration route of Ornitin Triple vaccine in cross-breed coloured broilers in Vietnam by evaluating the antibody titer against Ornithobacterium rhinotracheale (ORT) and local reactions at injection sites on chickens after vaccination. The study was divided into 2 trials. Both trials were designed with 3 vaccine dose groups: 0.0ml (control group), 0.25ml and 0.5ml and 2 different administration routes: subcutaneous at neck (SC) and intramuscular at breast (IM) injection. The result showed that, no statistically significant difference was found between antibody titer of two administration routes as well as 2 vaccine doses until 13-week-old. Local reactions at the injection sites of IM route was less severe than SC at neck and in higher dose would produce a more severe swelling reaction. Daily weight gain was found to have a slight decrease in the vaccinated groups within 2 weeks after vaccination, however, no statistically significant difference was found in later stage (P > 0.05). In conclusion, Ornitin Triple can be used to vaccinate by IM with the dose of 0.25ml for coloured broilers at early age (3-week-old), or 0.5ml for older birds and should be careful for some reactions at the injection sites

Julkisen verkkopalvelun kehittäminen : CASE: Yrityshakemisto Keravan kaupungille

Opinnäytetyö käsittelee julkisen palvelun kehittämistä verkkoon siirrettävien palveluiden kannalta. Opinnäytetyö on kehittämistyö, jonka kehittämisosiossa kuvataan Keravan kaupungille tehdyn sähköisen verkossa toimivan yrityshakemiston suunnittelu- ja tekovaiheet sekä kerrotaan tarkemmin työn tekoon käytetystä ohjelmasta, ESRIstä. Opinnäytetyö tehtiin yhteistyössä Keravan kaupungin kanssa. Sähköinen yritysrekisteri pohjautuu karttaan, jossa yritykset ovat merkitty omilla kyseiseen alaan sopivilla ”täpillä”, joten se toimii samalla karttana. Opinnäytetyön kirjallisuuskatsauksessa tarkastellaan tämän hetkisiä vastaavia verkossa toimivia palveluita, joiden tarkoitus on helpottaa kuluttajien asiointia esimerkiksi valtion virastoissa. Tässä opinnäytetyössä perehdytään siihen, minkälaisia palveluita julkisen sektorin edustajat ovat jo siirtäneet verkkoon ja minkä takia. Kirjallisuuskatsauksessa käsitellään myös paikkatietoa. Tietoa kirjallisuus- ja kehittämisosioon kerättiin lähes samoilla tutkimusmenetelmillä. Tutkimusmenetelminä työssä käytettiin haastatteluja, havainnointia sekä lomakepohjalla tehtyä kyselyä. Työ on siis kvalitatiivinen tutkimus. Yrityshakemisto sai erittäin positiivista palautetta sen esittelytilaisuudessa. Keravalaiset yrittäjät olivat todella mielissään saadessaan näkyvyyttä ilmaiseksi ja he arvostivat kovasti sitä, että Keravan kaupungin työntekijöillä on yrityshakemiston ansiosta helpompi saada yrityksien yhteystiedot ja lähettää tietoa esimerkiksi kaupungin uusista hankkeista.The development of the public online service CASE: The business directory for the city of Kerava This thesis is about developing public services to network. Thesis is a development task to Keravan kaupunki. It describes the planning and work phase of the network index. The network index serves citizens, companies and Kerava city. The literature review deals with same kind of e-services at the moment whose purpose is to facilitate consumer’s transactions, geo system information and ESRI program. In the last 20 years all over the world especially in the west countries public services had been transferred to network. Internet is expected to make consumers life easier. With e-services it is faster and easier way to find information from government’s services. Research methods were interview, perception and questionnaire form. The work was qualitative research. With the interview we collected all the material for the network index and the questionnaire form was for companies who wanted to join the network index. Network index got a lot positive feedback at the revealing day. Entrepreneurs were thrilled with free marketing. They appreciate that now Kerava city’s employees can find companies contact’s easier from the network index and send them by e-mail the latest news about upcoming projects
