    Agreement is a legal relationship that is often done in the social life in the community.Agreement pursuant to Article 1313 of the Civil Code is an act in which one or more bind themselves to one or more other persons.Unwittingly, oral agreements are often done in people\u27s lives. The purpose of this journal is to know how the legal power of oral agreement to claim someone do breach of contract.The intent of this legal power oral agreement in there is whether oral agreements have the legal power to be the primary consideration of the judge in deciding the case of breach of contract. This research is descriptive normative law. The data used is secondary data in the form of primary legal materials and secondary law. The data collection technique used is the study of documents and literature studies, research instrument is the Yogyakarta District Court Decision Number: 44/Pdt.G/2015/PN.Yyk. The analysis technique used is the deductive syllogism. That decision is about case breach of contract , which is between Subagyo as Plaintiff and Ary Kalista as Defendants. Ary Kalista has been sued by reason do breach of contract on oral agreements made by Subagyo and Ary Kalista. Ary Kalista pleaded by postulating that never made any oral agreement.But the judge ruled that Ary Kalista violates the agreement/breaches the contract. Oral agreements have the legal power to claim someone breach the contact, as long as the oral agreement proved to have been made by the parties, and has been in accordance with requirements validity of the agreement in Article 1320 of the Civil Code

    KREDIBILITAS PEMBERITAAN MEDIA VICE INDONESIA

    Pentingnya nilai kredibilitas diterapkan oleh media online dalam setiap pemberitaannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kredibilitas pemberitaan media Vice Indonesia dalam dimensi accuracy, dimensi believability, dimensi bias dan dimensi completeness. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif menggunakan analisis isi berita dengan pendekatan teknik filling system. Untuk teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi dan dokumentasi. Objek dari penelitian ini berfokus pada enam pemberitaan pada media vice.com/id selama periode 12 Januari – 28 Maret 2023. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberitaan pada media vice.com/id dalam dimensi acuraccy, pada berita pertama, ketiga dan keempat terdapat kesalahan penulisan berita sehingga tidak memenuhi unsur dimensi accuracy. Sedangkan berita kedua, kelima dan keenam sudah memehuni unsur dimensi accuracy. Pemberitaan media vice.com/id pada keenam berita yang dianalisis sudah memenuhi dimensi believability, dengan mencantumkan kutipan hasil wawancara serta sumber informasi dari informan expert, juga tidak ditemukan unsur-unsur opinionative dalam berita. Pemberitaan pada media vice.com/id dalam dimensi bias, pada berita pertama, ketiga, keempat, kelima dan keenam tidak memenuhi dimensi bias karena hanya memberitakan dari satu sudut pandang berita. Sedangkan pada berita kedua dalam pemberitaannya mengambil dari dua sudut pandang berbeda. Pemberitaan pada media vice.com/id dalam dimensi completeness, dari keenam berita yang dianalisis secara keseluruhan telah memenuhi unsur-unsur kelengkapan berita yakni 5W+1H

    This article aims to determine civil liability for flight delays that disadvantageous to the passengers and compensation given by the Carrier to passengers in case of delay consequence their negligence. Type of research used include normative research. Approach used legislation approach. Law materials used primary law material and secondary law material. Primary law material include Legislation and secondary law material such as all the publicity on the law. Based on results of research and discussion that the carrier fully responsible for flight delays that cause harm to the passenger if such delay caused damage to the plane, then the Carrier obliged to give compensation to passengers. Except for Airlines can prove that the delay was due to weather factors and the technical operational subsequently the Carrier not obligated to compensate the passengers in accordance with Article 146 of Law Number 1 Year Of 2009 On Aviation. Compensation indemnification further stipulated in Liaison Ministerial Regulation Number 77 Year Of 2011 with compensation amounted to Rp.300.000,00 (three hundred thousand Rupiahs) after suffering a delay over 4 hours

    Persoalan utama ketika orang berbicara di depan umum adalah rasa takut dan tidak percaya diri. Hal ini bisa terjadi pada siapa saja terutama siswa dalam proses belajar di sekolah. Analisis situasi tim PKM pada siswa SMA Mercusuar menemukan adanya masalah ketika siswa berbicara di depan umum. Tujuan pelatihan ini untuk melatih siswa berbicara di depan umum. Public speaking merupakan komunikasi lisan berupa ceramah, presentasi, pidato, mempimpin sebuah acara, pembawa acara, moderator, presenter, penyiar, host, dan sebagainya. Dalam melaksanakan kegiatan ini tim PKM melakukan tahap perencanaan dan pelaksanaan. Tahap perencanaan meliputi survei, wawancara, dan observasi pada sekolah. Sedangkan tahap pelaksanaan meliputi pelatihan, pemberian materi, praktek dan post test. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa siswa Mercusuar dapat mempraktekkan teknik dasar public speaking mulai dari perkenalan dan ice breaking, experiential learning, merangkai kata penuh makna, melatih performance dalam public speaking, sum-up session dan closing. Hasil pelatihan juga menunjukkan siswa yang mempunyai pengetahuan baik tentang public speaking sebanyak 18 orang (80%). Sedangkan siswa yang mempunyai pengetahuan cukup sebanyak 2 orang (20%).     MAKSIMALISASI FITUR APLIKASI KULIAH ONLINE BAGI MAHASISWA

    Abstrak Pandemi Covid – 19 yang masih terus berlangsung hingga kini membuat pertemuan secara online menjadi pilihan untuk berbagai aktifitas termasuk perkuliahan. Untuk mempermudah tatap maya maka beberapa aplikasi pun digunakan agar bisa memperlancar proses pembelajaran. Aplikasi online yang paling sering digunakan adalah Zoom, Google Meet dan E-Learning. Aplikasi – aplikasi ini juga digunakan oleh kedua mitra kegiatan PkM ini yakni mahasiswa baru prodi ilmu komunikasi dan prodi ilmu politik. Peserta yang terlibat dalam kegiatan ini berjumlah 30 orang yang berasal dari tujuh kelas semester satu pada kedua prodi diatas. Adapun materi yang disampaikan oleh para narasumber berfokus fitur – fitur yang paling sering dipakai mahasiswa saat kuliah online berlangsung, disertai dengan contoh menu dan tujuan penggunaannya. Para peserta yang terlibat diharapkan bisa memperoleh pengetahuan dan memanfaatkannya saat perkuliahan online. Para dosen tentunya akan terbantu jika teknis pemanfaatan fitur aplikasi bisa di kuasai oleh mahasiswa. Para peserta pun nantinya bisa menjadi katalisator teknis dalam kelas untuk membantu mahasiswa lain saat penggunaan aplikasi – aplikasi tersebut   Abstract The pandemic of Covid-19, which is still ongoing until now, has made online meetings become an option for various activities, including lectures. In order to facilitate virtual face-to-face, several applications were being used to facilitate the learning process. The most frequently online applications for lectures that have been applied are Zoom, Google Meet and E-Learning. These applications are also used by the two community dedication partners, namely new students from the communication science and the political science study programs. The participants involved in this activity were 30 people from seven first semester classes in the two study programs above. The materials presented by the speakers were focused on the features that most often used by the students when online lectures, completed by the examples of the menus and their intended use. The participants involved were expected to be able to gain knowledge and finally use it for the online lectures. The lecturers will certainly be helped if the technical use of application features can be mastered by students.
