    Application of projects for formation of primary students informative activity

    In the article on the basis of modern scientific and methodical literature analysis educational projects’ place in modern school education has been studied. The role of project-based learning in the formation and development of younger students’ research curiosity has been revealed. Methodological expediency of the method in elementary school with the aim of students’ familiarity with scientific activities has been proved. Based on practical experience the most possible and favorable options for project activities have been revealed. The basic measures to avoid the most common mistakes when using project methods in elementary school have been grounded.     Spectroscopy of high proper motion stars in the ground--based UV

    Based on high quality spectral data (spectral resolution R>60000) within the wavelength range of 3550-5000 AA we determined main parameters (effective temperature, surface gravity, microturbulent velocity, and chemical element abundances including heavy metals from Sr to Dy) for 14 metal-deficient G-K stars with large proper motions. The stars we studied have a wide range of metallicity: [Fe/H]=-0.3 \div -2.9. Abundances of Mg, Al, Sr and Ba were calculated with non-LTE line-formation effects accounted for. Abundances both of the radioactive element Th and r-process element Eu were determined using synthetic spectrum calculations. We selected stars that belong to different galactic populations according to the kinematical criterion and parameters determined by us. We found that the studied stars with large proper motions refer to different components of the Galaxy: thin, thick disks and halo. The chemical composition of the star BD+80 245 located far from the galactic plane agrees with its belonging to the accreted halo. For the giant HD115444 we obtained [Fe/H]=-2.91, underabundance of Mn, overabundance of heavy metals from Ba to Dy, and, especially high excess of the r-process element Europium: [Eu/Fe]=+1.26. Contrary to its chemical composition typical for halo stars, HD115444 belongs to the disc population according to its kinematic parameters.Comment: 16 pages, 4 figures, 5 tables, "UV Universe-2010 (2nd NUVA Symposium) conference

    State and prospects of the linac of nuclear-physics complex with energy of electrons up to 100 MeV

    The paper describes the results of the work on improvement of electron linac LUE-40. This linac has been designed for nuclear physics research in the electron energy range 40…100 MeV. The main purpose is to reduce the energy spread, emittance and long-term instability of the beam characteristics. For this purpose the system of klystron high voltage stabilization and the beam loading compensation system have been developed. The improved injector has been put into operation. A new DC power supply system of the magnetic spectrometer has been installed and tested.Приведено описание результатов работы по усовершенствованию линейного ускорителя ЛУЭ-40, предназначенного для проведения ядерно-физических исследований в диапазоне энергий электронов 40…100 МэВ. Основной целью работы является уменьшение энергетического разброса, эмиттанса и долговременной нестабильности характеристик пучка. Для этого установлен и введен в эксплуатацию более совершенный инжектор. Разработаны системы стабилизации высокого напряжения клистронов и схема компенсации энергетического разброса, вызываемого токовой нагрузкой секции. Разработана и испытана новая система питания магнитного спектрометра.Наведено опис результатів роботи з удосконалення лінійного прискорювача електронів ЛУЕ-40, призначеного для проведення ядерно-фізичних досліджень у діапазоні енергій електронів 40…100 МеВ. Основною метою роботи є зменшення енергетичного розкиду, еміттансу і довготривалої нестабільності характеристик пучка. Для цього встановлено та введено в експлуатацію більш досконалий інжектор. Розроблені системи стабілізації високої напруги клістронів і схема компенсації енергетичного розкиду, що спричиняється струмовим навантаженням секції. Розроблена і випробувана нова система живлення магнітного спектрометра

    The issue on the use of information and communication technologies in the work of the territorial Roszdravnadzor

    Objective: to identify ways to use ICT in some areas of work of the territorial authority of Roszdravnadzor. Materials and Methods. We used a questionnaire survey of 50 employees of territorial bodies of Roszdravnadzor, 50 employees of the licensing bodies of the three subjects of the Russian Federation (the Republic of Tatarstan, Samara and Saratov region), 50 license applicants in the territory of the Samara region (a total of 150 respondents). For statistical processing of the results we used the criterion ("Chi-square") K. Pearson. Results. The analysis of the survey results reliably indicates a broad support for the subjects of licensing relations the introduction of modern ICT in the work of the relevant public authority. Conclusion. The study results of the views of the staff of the licensing authorities and applicants of licenses for medical activities on introduction of modern information and communication technologies in the work of the licensing authority have been presented. As possible methods it has been suggested the use of special (special programmes) and general (content site) groups.</p
