In this changing economic environment, the search for new sources of concurrency advantage often determines the survival and development of an enterprise. Żywność funkcjonalna i nutraceutyki w profilaktyce chorób cywilizacyjnych

Prevention is a key element of existence societies and quality of life. In this the most important role played health oriented foods, especially functional foods and nutraceuticals. Functional food is a food with a conventional form, which has been proven beneficial effect on the improvement of the health and improve the well-being and / or reduction of risk of diseases. Nutraceuticals are biologically active ingredients, which have a document-ed health benefits through their participation in metabolic processes.The essential value of nutraceuticals is their natural origin. Thus, nutraceuticals are biosubstances or their preparations deriving from raw materials of animal, plant and biotechnological products, which have been prepared (isolated) using innovative technologies. Among the most commonly used and most recognized raw materials for the production of nutraceutical may be mentioned including: eggs, colostrum, apiculture products, extracts of plants, including herbs, fruits, etc.Nutraceuticals market is developing very dynamically. Among many Polish products may be mentioned: Colostrynin (bio-peptides extract of colostrum) used in the prevention of Alzheimer’s disease, Ovophospholipids from yolk rich in n-3 fatty acids and vitamins used in the development of natural immunity and preventing many diseases, aronia prepa-rations (used in the prevention of heart disease) and also a range of herbal preparations.Zdrowie publiczne, w tym profilaktyka, staje się kluczowym elementem egzystencji spo-łeczeństw i jakości życia. Najważniejszą rolę odgrywa żywność prozdrowotna, zwłaszcza żywność funkcjonalna i nutraceutyki. Żywność funkcjonalna jest to żywność o postaci konwencjonalnej, której udowodnio-no korzystny wpływ na: poprawę stanu zdrowia, poprawę samopoczucia i/lub zmniejszenie ryzyka chorób. Może obniżać ryzyko choroby, wpływając na poprawę jakości życia. Nutraceutyki są to składniki biologicznie aktywne, które mogą występować w żywności funkcjonalnej lub oddzielnie, wywierające udokumentowany i korzystny wpływ na zdrowie poprzez ich udział w procesach metabolicznych. Zasadniczą cechą nutraceutyków jest ich naturalne pochodzenie. Zatem, nutraceutyki to biosubstancje lub ich preparaty wywodzące się z surowców pochodzenia zwierzęcego, roślinnego i biotechnologicznego, które zostały wytworzone (wyizolowane) z zastosowaniem innowacyjnych technologii. Wśród najczęściej stosowanych i najbardziej rozpoznanych surowców do wytwarzania nutraceutyków można wymienić m.in.: jaja, siarę, produkty pszczelarskie, ekstrakty roślin, w tym zioła, owoce itp. Rynek nutraceutyków rozwija się bardzo dynamicznie. Wśród szerokiej palety polskich nutraceutyków można wymienić: colostryninę (ekstrakt biopeptydów siary), stosowaneą w profilaktyce choroby Alzheimera, ovofosfolipidy żółtka bogate w n-3 kwasy tłuszczo-we i witaminy stosowane w rozwijaniu naturalnej odporności i regeneracji organizmu po przebytych chorobach, preparaty aroniowe stosowane w profilaktyce chorób serca oraz całą gamę preparatów ziołowych. Celem pracy jest analiza zasadności wprowadzenia kart pracy wśród pracowników realizujących swoje zlecenie poza biurem. W pracy postawiono tezę, że korzystanie z tej formy kontroli wypełniania obowiązków pracowniczych poza siedzibą przedsiębiorstwa, wpływa pozytywnie na ocenę jakości pracy wykonywanej zdalnie. Analizie poddano bieżący stan polskiego rynku pracy, zdefiniowano pojęcie karty pracy i sformułowano korzyści płynące z jej zastosowania. Autor pracy pt. „Karta pracy w modelu teleworkingu” zwrócił uwagę na znaczenie motywowania pracowników wykonujących swoje obowiązki zdalnie. Udowodnił, że nadeszła era pracy zdalnej, będącej efektem zmian, do których doszło w otoczeniu biznesowym, technologicznym i kulturo-wym. Nowy trend wiąże się z koncepcją work management, która polega na wykorzystaniu mo-bilności w koordynacji projektów realizowanych na odległość. Badania polegające głównie na obserwacji dowiodły, że połączenie telepracy ze skutecznym systemem oceny i kontroli pozwala na wytypowanie osób posiadających predyspozycje do realizacji kolejnych zadań w trybie zdalnym oraz zarządzanie pracownikami w zgodzie z ich osobistymi uwarunkowaniami i preferencjami. Autor pracy doszedł do wniosku, że kontakt pracodawcy z pracownikiem za pośrednictwem Internetu i telefonu to za mało, aby uzyskać wszystkie informacje dotyczące przebiegu realizowanych zadań. Karty pracy zapobiegają zmniejszaniu rzeczywistego czasu pracy i spadku wydajności w porównaniu z pracownikami biurowymi. W związku z tym prowadzenie kart pracy to rozwiązanie będące motywatorem do wypełniania obowiązków w należyty sposób. Korzyścią dla pracodawcy jest przede wszystkim możliwość rozliczenia zatrudnionej osoby na podstawie zapisów zawartych w kartach pracy.The aim of this work is to analyze the justification for introducing time sheets for employees working outside the headquarters. We posit that the use of such form of control positively influences the quality of fieldwork. We analyze the current state of affairs in the Polish job market, define the notion of a time sheet and describe the benefits of introducing time sheets as a form of work control. The author of the publication “Time sheets in teleworking” emphasizes the importance of constant motivation in the case of employees fulfilling their responsibilities remotely. It is shown that as the result of the changes occurring in the business, technological and cultural environments, the time now is ripe for a broader introduction of remote working possibilities. This emerging trend is related to the notion of work management as based on the use of mobility in coordinating work performed remotely. The observation-based research showed that teleworking coupled with an efficient method of evaluation and control allows the identification of individuals suitable for working remotely and the management of employees, taking into account their person-al characteristics and preferences. We conclude that Internet- and phone-based contact between the employer and an employee is not sufficient to obtain the full view of the tasks being realized. Time sheets prevent the decrease in work time and quality in comparison with the office workers. Hence, the introduction of time sheets motivates employees to retain the satisfactory level of work ethics when performing their duties. The employers benefit mainly by being able to compensate their employees on the basis of time sheets for the work they performed
