    Skin and mucous membranes lesions in systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) significantly impair the quality of life of patients, although they are not a formidable manifestation of the disease. Skin manifestations of SLE can occur both at the onset and on the late stage of the disease. Although skin and mucous membranes lesions are clearly grouped in the latest classification criteria for SLE, verification of the diagnosis requires a multidisciplinary approach. In the etiology of SLE, environmental factors, hormonal factors, and genetic predisposition play a role.     Skin lesions in systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) are not just a cosmetic defect, accompanied by a deterioration in the quality of life and psychological discomfort, but, possibly, the first sign of a systemic course of disease. Systemic involvement can develop in patients with almost any type of cutaneous lupus erythematosus (CLE), requiring the study of CLE in combination with SLE. Dermatologists are the first to face with skin manifestations of SLE, while other organs and systems affection leads the patient to a rheumatologist. It is important to understand that skin lesions do not cause irreversible organ damage, but continuity of therapeutic approaches between a dermatologist and a rheumatologist is necessary.     There are presented the results of multiyear research (2010, 2012 and 2015 and 2016) of aliphatic hydrocarbons and suspended matter in snow-ice cover of two regions of the White Sea: the Rugozerskaya bay (near the biological station of Moscow state University, the periphery of the Kandalaksha Bay) and the mouth of the Northern Dvina (near Archangelsk). Due to the atmospheric pollution in the heating season, hydrocarbon concentration increases, especially in the mouth of the Northern Dvina (up to 616 mg/l). In the ice, according to the conditions of ice formation, the concentration of the studied substances occurs in different parts of the core. In the top part of the ice the infl ow of hydrocarbons with snow infl uence hydrocarbon concentration and in the bottom part the main role plays the infl ow with under-ice water, in particular, a big role goes to the processes on the border ice-water.     This paper reports the results of the investigations of 2006-2007 on the distribution and migration forms of artificial radionuclides and chemical elements in the Ob-Irtysh water system. Three regions were studied. One of them is a local segment of the Ob River upstream from the confluence with the Irtysh River; its investigation allowed us to estimate the general radioecological state of the aquatic environment affected by the activity of the Tomsk 7 plant. The second region is a local segment of the Irtysh River upstream from its confluence with the Ob River, where the influence of emissions from the NPO Mayak could be estimated. The third region is the water area of the Ob River after its confluence with the Irtysh River. It characterizes the real level of radioactive and chemical contamination of the middle reaches of the Ob River. In order to explain horizontal variations in the distribution of radionuclides in the upper layer of bottom sediments collected at various sites, the results of sorption-kinetic experiments with radioactive tracers in the precipitate-solution system were used. The investigation of the migration forms of trace elements and radionuclides occurring in river water was based on the method of tangential-flow membrane filtration. Chemical element contents were determined in 400-ml water samples. A set of Millipore polysulfone membranes with pore sizes of 8, 1.2, 0.45, 0.1, and 0.025 Β΅m was employed. Taking into account the ultralow specific concentrations of radionuclides in the water, they were analyzed in 300-500 litre samples using Millipore polysulfone membranes with pore sizes of 0.45 Β΅m and 15 kDa. This allowed us to estimate the percentages of cesium-137 and plutonium-239, 240 in the suspended particulate fraction, colloids, and dissolved species
