Synthesis and cation-receptor properties of macrocyclic imines of anthraquinone

At the present study a series of crown-containing imines of 1-hydroxy-9,10-anthraquinone with donor and acceptor substituents at the anthraquinone nucleus were synthesized. Compounds were prepared photochemically from the corresponding photoactive 1-phenoxyanthraquinones and 4-aminobenzo-15-crown-5 ether. It was established spectrophotometrically that for crown-containing anthraquinone imines that are characterized by "imine-enamine" prototropic tautomerism, the insertion of acceptor substituents shifts the equilibrium to the "enamine" form. This shift leads to essential spectral changes in complexing chlor- and nitrocontaining macrocyclic imines of anthraquinone with alkali and alkaline-earth metal cations

GluK2-mediated excitability within the superficial layers of the entorhinal cortex

Research concerning this issue has focused mainly on the hippocampus. However, several studies point to a potential role of other parts of the hippocampal formation, in particular the entorhinal cortex, in the development of epileptic seizures. There is extensive cell death after such seizures in layer III of the medial entorhinal cortex (LIII mEC), making this region of special interest for investigation into related pathological conditions. We therefore characterized KAR mediated currents in LIII mEC pyramidal neurons by several different approaches. Using patch-clamp technique, in combination with glutamate uncaging in horizontal brain slices, we show that LIII mEC neurons exhibit KAR currents. Use of genetically modified mice reveal that these currents are mediated by GluK2 containing KARs. The IV curve indicates the predominant presence of a Ca2+ impermeable and edited form of the KAR. Improvement of the approaches to improve the health of the population in the regions of Russia

Significant differentiation of socio-economic indicators of the subjects of the Russian Federation indicates significant regional differences in the initial conditions of demographic development. The aim of the study is to develop measures to improve the policy in the field of public health at the regional level in Russia, taking into account the factors of formation of public health. We conducted a factor analysis of the socio-economic situation in the regions, followed by clustering on the basis of a list of selected statistical indicators, which allowed us to develop common approaches to improving health policy for each group of subjects of the Russian Federation, taking into account their main historical, geographical and socioeconomic characteristics

Комплекс геофизических исследований в открытом стволе скважины с целью оценки нефтегазоносности разрезов Крыловской структуры (Томская область)

На основе анализа ранее выполненных геолого-геофизических исследований, выполнен проект на проведение комплекса геофизических исследований скважин в открытом стволе скважины Крыловская 3 Крыловской структуры (Томская область). Самостоятельное исследование посвящено палеотемпературному моделированию и определению генерационного потенциала тогурской нефтематеринской свиты в структуре Бакчарской впадины. Результаты работ отражены в 8 публикациях.Based on the analysis of previously performed geoscience, a project was carried out to conduct a complex of well logging in an open hole of well Krylovskaya 3 of Krylov structure (Tomsk region). The independent research is devoted to paleotemperature modeling and the determination of the generation potential of the togura oil source suite in the structures of the Bakchar depression. Описана технологія виробництва сухого фосфоритового борошна, яка включає просівання, дрібне дроблення, термічну сушіння, кульове подрібнення в замкнутому циклі з контрольним сепарацією, пневмотранспорт фосфоритового борошна в силосу. Продуктив-ність технологічної лінії – 150 тис. т у рік. Крупность помолу становить 70% кл. 0,16 мм при вологості 1%.Описана технология сухого производства фосфоритовой муки, которая включает грохочение, мелкое дробление, термическую сушку, шаровое измельчение в замкнутом цикле с контрольным грохочением, пневмотранспорт фосфоритовой муки в силоса. Производительность технологической линии – 150 тыс. т в год. Крупность помола составляет 70% кл. 0,16 мм при влажности 1%

Целью работы было: изучить рынок автострахования России на примере компании "Коместра страхование".Основными задачами было:изучить сущность и структуру страхового рынка,дать характеристику участников страхового рынка,проанализировать состояние российского страхового рынка в части его динамики, масштабов, уровня оказываемых страховых услуг.
