Organizational and methodological approaches to development of accounting policy for formation of integrated accounting of interrelated agricultural companies

The purpose of the article is to determine advantages and drawbacks of existing organizational and methodological approaches to development of accounting policy and develop optimal approach to formation of integrated accounting of interrelated agricultural enterprises. For this purpose, the article uses methods of problem and comparative analysis, method of optimization, and methods of graphical presentation of information. The authors conduct comparative analysis of existing organizational and methodological approaches to development of accounting policy of enterprise and develop optimal approach to formation of integrated accounting of interrelated agricultural enterprises. As a result of the research, the authors come to the conclusion that Russian and international approach to development of accounting policy differ from each other, but neither of these approaches is optimal for formation of integrated accounting of interrelated agricultural enterprises. The developed optimal approach to formation of integrated accounting allows unifying the process of development of accounting policy of enterprise and thus is the best for interrelated agricultural enterprises. This approach is oriented at consumers, due to which it is able not only to simplify the process of formation of corporate accounting of interrelated agricultural enterprises but to turn it into the factor of their competitiveness.peer-reviewe

New insights from old cosmic rays: A novel analysis of archival KASCADE data

Cosmic ray data collected by the KASCADE air shower experiment are competitive in terms of quality and statistics with those of modern observatories. We present a novel mass composition analysis based on archival data acquired from 1998 to 2013 provided by the KASCADE Cosmic ray Data Center (KCDC). The analysis is based on modern machine learning techniques trained on simulation data provided by KCDC. We present spectra for individual groups of primary nuclei, the results of a search for anisotropies in the event arrival directions taking mass composition into account, and search for gamma-ray candidates in the PeV energy domain.Comment: Proceedings of the 37th International Cosmic Ray Conference (ICRC2021), 12-23 July 2021, Berlin, Germany - Onlin

Improving the components of health-saving technologies in a modern university

Nowadays, one of the important missions of higher educational institutions is the organisation and introducing students to a culture of health. The purpose of this study is to propose a strategy for the development of health-saving technologies by implementation of project activities into the educational process based on the Physical Education Department at the State University of Management for the formation of competencies in the chosen professional activity. The sociological survey was carried out among students at the State University of Management. The questionnaires included questions on students’ attitudes towards physical culture as an integral component of a healthy lifestyle. The degree of interest of the respondents in project activities in general and on the basis of the Department of Physical Education at the university, in particular, to improve the acquired professional competences was determined. The results of the study point to the need to modernise approaches to the formation of healthy lifestyle values, including the organisation of physical culture events, the development of a marketing plan to attract mass attention to the sports life of the university, where the main role is given to self-education and the realisation of the individual’s potential through active participation in university sporting life

Sensitizing Properties of Antigen Preparations Obtained from Brucella in S- and L-Forms

It is known that S-form Brucella causes allergic transformation in a macroorganism, which is manifested as delayed-type hypersensitivity reaction. This capacity in atypical variants (L-forms) is under-investigated. It is demonstrated that corpuscular antigen in B. abortus 19BA vaccine and thermoextract prepared from B. abortus I-206 in S-form when threefold administered cause marked sensibilization; while corpuscular antigen and thermoextract produced from Brucella in L-form, and thermoextract from Brucella in S-form in case of one time administration do not have such an effect on leucocytes of white mice

KLEINE–LEVIN SYNDROME AFTER USE OF RECREATIONAL DRUGS

Kleine–Levin syndrome (KLS) is characterized by sleep attacks lasting several hours or days with imperative onset and awakening difficulty. The syndrome belongs to rare and little studied diseases not only in our country, but also throughout the world. It was first described in 1786. The diagnostic criteria for KLS include: 1) complaints of excessive somnolence; 2) sleepiness episodes lasting at least 18 hours daily; 3) at least 1–2 annual hypersomnia episodes lasting 3 days to 3 weeks; 4) predominance generally in adolescent males; 5) characteristic changes at polysomnographic study; 6) no relationship of hypersomnia to other somatic or mental disorders, such as epilepsy or depression; 7) no association with other sleep disorders, such as narcolepsy, sleep apnea, or nocturnal myoclonus. The etiology of the syndrome remains unknown. The disease may occur in the presence of trauma, metabolic disturbances, and other diseases. The likely etiology is considered to be viral or postinfection autoimmune encephalitis involving chiefly the hypothalamus. No specific treatment for KLS has been developed at present.The authors consider the historical description of the syndrome, its presumed etiology, pathogenesis, and clinical manifestations, including the results of additional studies. The management of independent educational-cognitive activities of future specialists in the process of vocational training

Specialists who not only have an excellent command of their profession, are actively involved in the improvement of production, but also seek to improve their skills, master related professions are still in demand. This leads to new targets of professional training of future specialists, including the formation of readiness for independent educational cognitive activities. The purpose of this paper is to define the peculiarities of the management of independent educational-cognitive activities of future specialists in the process of vocational training. The leading approaches to the study are the system approach that allows considering of the management of independent educational-cognitive activities of future specialists as a continuous purposeful process, and an integrative approach allowing to organize the process of formation of future specialists’ readiness for independent educational-cognitive activities on different logical grounds. The article reveals the methods and functions of self-educational-cognitive activities of future specialists; defines the content of future specialists’ readiness for independent educational-cognitive activities; presents the mechanism and pedagogical conditions of formation of future specialists’ readiness for independent educational cognitive activities in the process of vocational training. The paper submissions may be useful for scientific and pedagogical workers of educational institutions; employees of the centers of advanced training and retraining of personnel in the selection and structuring of the content for the training of scientific and pedagogical staff

CHANGE OF INDICATORS CYTOKINE PROFILE IN ADOLESCENTS DEPENDING ON THE CHARACTERISTICS OF FOOD

The analysis of cytokine status indicators in adolescents indigenous and migrant populations Khabarovsk Territory has revealed differences in their content depending on the power of quantitative and qualitative composition of the daily diet. Established ethnic characteristics cytokine profile associated primarily with the content of interferon's. Significantly higher concentration of cytokines IL-1β, IL-2, IL-4 and TNF-α and IFN-α was detected in peripheral blood serum of adolescents who are inmates of the orphanage in both ethnic groups, compared with adolescents living in a family environment. Correlations were defined between the content of proteins, fats, carbohydrates, vitamin C in diet and indicators of cytokines

Condition of the excretory function of pancreas and microbiocenosis of a large intestine in patients with chronic pancreatitis in the dependence of severity of the course of the disease

The aim of the research is the analysis of the excretory function of pancreas and microbiocenosis of a large intestine in patients with alcoholic and biliary chronic pancreatitis in the dependence of severity of the course of the disease. 96 patients were examined during the research work. Traditional clinical laboratory methods were used, and the excretory function and the microbiocenosis of the intestine were studied. According of the M-ANNHEIM mark scale, patients with alcoholic chronic pancreatitis had a moderate and medium severity degree of the disease, patients with biliary chronic pancreatitis had a minimal severity. The decrease of the level of elastase-1 in the feces and the amylase in the urine were in patients with severe course of the disease. The invert moderate correlation was set between the severity degree and the level of elastase-1 and the moderate direct connection was established between the severity degree and the level of the amylase in the urine. Disbiotic disorders were revealed in 92,3 % of patients. The results of bacteriologic research coincided with the data of gas-liquid chromatography test. Disbiotic disorders were more apparent in patients with the severe course of the disease.Цель исследования - анализ экскреторной функции поджелудочной железы и микробиоценоза толстой кишки у больных алкогольным и билиарнозависимым хроническим панкреатитом в зависимости от степени тяжести заболевания. Проведено комплексное обследование 96 больных. Использованы традиционные клинико-лабораторные методы, изучена также экскреторная функция и микробиоценоз кишечника. В соответствии с бальной шкалой оценки M-ANNHEIM у больных алкогольным хроническим панкреатитом преобладали умеренная и средняя степени тяжести заболевания, с билиарнозависимым - минимальная. Снижение уровня эластазы-1 в кале и повышение - амилазы в моче чаще наблюдали при тяжелом течении. Дисбиотические нарушения выявили в 92,3% случаев. Результаты бактериологического обследования как правило совпадали с данными газожидкостной хроматографии. Алкогольная форма хронического панкреатита отличалась более тяжелым течением. Между степенью тяжести и уровнем эластазы-1 установлена обратная умеренная коррелятивная связь, - амилазы в моче - умеренная прямая. Дисбиотические нарушения более выражены на фоне тяжелого течения
