Evaluation of a manufacturing task support system using the Task Technology Fit Model

This paper presents an exploratory study of a Task Support System (TSS) supporting manufacturing task operations. The study investigated the degree to which a TSS, in use in a company, actually supports the task of the shop floor personnel. The approach has been to adopt the Task-Technology Fit (TTF) instrument to measure the degree of fitness between the TSS and the associated task. The analysis gives an indication of the state of the TSS and the potential improvements that can be made. The study also shows that the instrument can be used as a foundation for the development of a hypermedia TSS and a benchmarking tool for a TSS

Analisis Pengenaan Pajak Final dan Non Final pada Perusahaan Jasa Konstruksi di Bei

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui perbedaan antara pengenaan pajak final dan pajak non final. Penelitian ini menggunakan data laporan keuangan yang telah dipublikasi selama kurun waktu 2010-2014 (lima tahun). Metode statistik dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, uji ANOVA, dan Uji Independent t-Test. Berdasarkan hasil analisis statistik bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara pengenaan pajak final dan pajak non final dalam menentukan besarnya pajak yang terutang. Pengenaan pajak final lebih besar secara signifikan dibandingkan dengan pengenaan pajak non final. Bagi pemerintah, pengenaan pajak secara final dinilai sangat menguntungkan karena dapat menambah sumber penerimaan dalam keuangan negara. Namun, disisi lain bagi wajib dinilai sangat merugikan karena pengenaan pajak secara final tidak memperhatikan biaya-biaya yang dikeluarkan dalam memperoleh penghasilan tersebut

Induksi Polifenol Mahkota Dewa dan Apoptosis Sel Kanker Paru Mencit Strain Balb/C: Analisis pada Up-Regulation Bax dan Down-Regulation Bcl-2

Mahkota Dewa polyphenol induction and apoptosis cell lung cancer in Balb/c strain mice analysis on up-regulation bax and downregulation Bcl-2Background: This research is aimed to prove the role of Mahkota Dewa polyphenol in the up-regulation Bax and down-regulation in strain Balb/c mice which inducted with benzo(a)pyrene (BaP).Method: Post test control group design with 30 strain Balb/c mice sample, aged 1-2 weeks, weighed 20-30 grams, healthy mice condition. All mice inducted with BaP and then randomized into 2 groups, which were the control group and the treatment group (polyphenol 50mg). The development of the lung carcinogenesis was observed by tissue surgery in the 8th, 17th and 26th week. The data collected include expression examination Bax and Bcl-2. The data analysis was conducted by Kruskal-Wallis, Mann-Whitneyand correlation test of Spearman's with significance degree of p<a (0.05).Result: The oral administration of Mahkota Dewa polyphenol of 50 mg were significantly decreased the occurance of lung carcinogenesis through decreasing of protein Bax and increasing Bcl-2 in treatment group in week 8, 17 and 26 (p=0.000). Protein Bax for the control group for week 8 were 4.04±0.22 and 1.92±0.10 in week 26, while the treatment group were 5.96±0.32 and 4.68±0.22 (p=0.000). Protein Bcl-2 for the control group for week 8 were 5.80±0.32 and 9.64±0.26 in week 26, while the treatmentgroup were 5.12±0.22 and 7.38±0.21 (p=0.000). The Spearman correlation for Bax and Bcl-2 with significancy value of (p=0.000).Conclusion: The administration of Mahkota Dewa polyphenol of 50 mg effectively increased Bax protein expression and decreased Bcl-2 protein expression in mice Balb/c

Pengaruh Hypnobirthing Terhadap Penurunan Tingkat Kecemasan, Tekanan Darah, Dan Denyut Nadi Pada Ibu Hamil Primigravida Trimester III

. Pregnant women who experience anxiety, if not taken seriously will have an impact and influence on the physical and psychic, both the mother and fetus. Pregnant women should maintain the balance of body and mind to create calm and comfortable mind so that both can work balance that will lead to pregnancy and childbirth calmly and happily. One way to create the calm conditions of the body,it can be done by means Hypnobirthing. Objective this study is to know the effect of Hypnobirthing in reducing anxiety levels, blood pressure and pulse rate in the third trimester primigravida mother. Methods: quasy experiments research used non-Equivalent Control Group. The sample of this research consisted of 36 people, the sampling technique used purposive sampling. Anxiety data collection used questionnaire (HRSA), the blood pressure used sphygmomanometer, mercury and pulse rate used palpation over the radial artery. Results: The analysis showed significant difference on anxiety mean in the intervention group (p =, 000), significant differences in blood pressure mean in the intervention group (p =, 000) and significant difference in heart rate mean in the intervention group (p =, 000 ). Kepemimpinan Transformasional Pada Organizational Citizenship Behavior Dan Komitmen Afektif

The aims of this study are to explore a number of antecedents that affect the organizational citizenship behavior. The antecedent of organizational citizenship behavior is transformational leadership while affective commitment serves as a mediation variable. The respondents in this research are lecturers at private universities in Special Province of Yogyakarta Province. The number of samples used is 145 respondents by using purposive sampling. The analytical technique used in this study is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Based on the analysis, the influence of transformational leadership on the behavior of organizational citizenship is positively significant while transformational leadership to the affective commitment has significant positive effects, and the same also for affective commitment to behavior organizational citizenship which has a significant positive effect. The results of this study explain the phenomenon of organizational citizenship behavior among the lecturers which is increasingly demanding profession. The role of transformational leadership and affective commitment of lecturers are also becoming increasingly important
