The Study of the Properties of Uranium Dioxide Pellets Depending on the Parameters of Pressing and Sintering

The paper presents dilatometric research of uranium dioxide pellets, fabricated by compaction at different pressure values. Temperature observed at sintering start is determined and it is pointed out that this temperature doesn’t depend on compaction pressure. ПРОФИЛАКТИКА СЕРДЕЧНОЙ НЕДОСТАТОЧНОСТИ В НЕКАРДИАЛЬНОЙ ХИРУРГИИ У ПАЦИЕНТОВ СО СНИЖЕННОЙ ФРАКЦИЕЙ ИЗГНАНИЯ ЛЕВОГО ЖЕЛУДОЧКА: ЛЕВОСИМЕНДАН ИЛИ АНЕСТЕТИЧЕСКАЯ КАРДИОПРОТЕКЦИЯ? (рандомизированное мультицентровое исследование)

Basing on the existing data about the positive impact of inhalation induction and anesthetic support (IIAS) and levosimendan it is planned to study and compare within framework of the coming study the impact of IIAS and pre-operative preparation through administration of levosimendan on the rates of myocardial contractility during intra and early post-operative periods, the need in inotropic agents, and 30-day and 1 year mortality of the patients with lower ejection fraction of left ventricular during surgery on infrarenal part of aorta. На основании уже имеющихся данных о положительных эффектах применения ингаляционной индукции и поддержания анестезии (ИИПА) и левосимендана в рамках предстоящего исследования планируется изучить и сравнить влияние ИИПА и предоперационной подготовки путем введения левосимендана на показатели сократимости миокарда в интра- и раннем послеоперационном периодах, потребность в применении инотропных препаратов, а также 30-дневную и годовую летальность у пациентов со сниженной фракцией изгнания левого желудочка (ФИЛЖ) при операциях на инфраренальном отделе аорты.

Feedback Instability in a Boundary‐Layer Flow Over Roughness

Linear stability of an incompressible triple-deck flow over a wall roughness is considered for disturbances of high frequency. The wall roughness consists of two relatively short obstacles placed far apart on an otherwise flat surface. It is shown that the flow is unstable to feedback or global mode disturbances. The feedback loop is formed by algebraically decaying disturbances propagating upstream and weakly growing Tollmien-Schlichting waves travelling downstream and as such represents an interaction between modes from continuous and discrete spectra of the corresponding parallel-flow problem. An example of growth rate calculation for a specific roughness is considered
