    Givu as Criminal Sanctions Tau Taa Wana Indigenous People and its Relevance to The National Criminal Justice Reform

    Givu are implemented in traditional law society Tau Taa Wana is customary reaction in order to create balance and harmony between the living world and the unseen world, between human groups and individuals, as well as the fellowship (community) and society at large. Givu is a nature of mind of the basis traditional and customary law community legal awareness Tau Taa Wana. Such ceremonies clean village (village) with the aim to restore balance and perceived disruptive magical powers such rituals in the criminal justice system palampa customary Tau Taa Wana. The basic ideas of the customary criminal sanctions have not been studied in depth and accommodated to the maximum in the national legislation. Indigenous groups implement criminal sanctions customary law is not merely to uphold the image of the customary criminal law and maintain social harmony, but also to show, that the indigenous peoples still exist with cultural pluralism, in particular legal pluralism.     Ungaran merupakan salah satu kota yang berada di pulau Jawa yang memiliki berbagai jenis makanan salah satunya yaitu tahu bakso. Tahu bakso yang sudah dikenal oleh masyarakat yaitu Tahu Baxo Ibu Pudji. UMKM memproduksi tahu dalam jumlah banyak setiap harinya dan selama proses sortir ditemukan tahu yang tidak memenuhi standar perusahaan yang kurang dimanfaatkan secara optimal banyak di UMKM sering ditemukan tahu yang tidak memenuhi standar perusahaan. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian di UMKM Tahu Baxo Ibu Pudji di Ungaran yaitu untuk memanfaatkan hasil samping (by product) tahu bakso menjadi produk diversifikasi yang bernilai jual tinggi sehingga dapat meningkatkan pendapatan bagi UMKM. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini yaitu survei pasar, perencanaan kegiatan, pelaksanaan kegiatan, evaluasi, dan pelaporan hasil. Hasil samping (by product) tahu bakso dapat dimanfaatkan menjadi bahan baku pembuatan produk diversifikasi seperti hiwan tahu untuk meningkatkan nilai ekonomi. Pembuatan hiwan tahu dinilai memiliki inovasi, kreatif, dan aman dikonsumsi oleh seluruh masyarakat.     Stunting is a condition of malnutrition associated with chronic nutritional insufficiency. The stunting rate in Central Java Province was recorded at 20.9%. Then in 2022 it will drop to 20.8%. However, this figure still needs to be reduced to the lowest number. According to UNICEF Indonesia, the cause of stunting is the practice of parenting and feeding children who are inadequate, causing high rates of malnutrition. The nutritional intake needed by toddlers and pregnant women can be in the form of folic acid, vitamins, minerals, iron, calcium, fiber to protein. One of the foodstuffs that have a high nutritional content is latoh. This service aims to provide counseling or education about the importance of nutrition in children to prevent stunting. In addition, it can educate the public about the processing techniques of Latoh seaweed as a healthy snack. This service activity method begins with preparation, delivery of material, and trying to make processed products made from latoh together. Results from the activities carried out there were 50% of respondents who consumed latoh on counseling days. In addition, nutrition is important for children by consuming healthy latoh preparations.     Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk mengetahui upaya pemerintah dalam memberikan informasi kesehatan lingkungan kepada nelayan dan upaya yang dilakukan nelayan dalam memenuhi kebutuhan informasi tentang kesehatan lingkungan. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa upaya yang dilakukan pemerintah berupa program Sanitasi Berbasis Masyarakat (STBM) untuk mewujudkan perilaku masyarakat yang higienis, saniter dan meningkatkan kesehatan masyarakat yang tinggi. Sehingga penyakit yang diderita nelayan seperti masuk angin, penyakit kulit, stroke dan HIV akan berkurang.
