A Novel Method to Improve the Resolution of Envelope Spectrum for Bearing Fault Diagnosis Based on a Wireless Sensor Node
In this paper, an accurate envelope analysis algorithm is developed for a wireless sensor node. Since envelope signals employed in condition monitoring often have narrow frequency bandwidth, the proposed algorithm down-samples and cascades the analyzed envelope signals to construct a relatively long one. Thus, a relatively higher frequency resolution can be obtained by calculating the spectrum of the cascaded signal. In addition, a 50 % overlapping scheme is applied to avoid the distortions caused by Hilbert transform based envelope calculation. The proposed method is implemented on a wireless sensor node and tested successfully for detecting an outer race fault of a rolling bearing. The results show that the frequency resolution of the envelope spectrum is improved by 8 times while the data transmission remains at a low rate
Research on Key Technologies of Infrastructure Digitalization based on Multimodal Spatial Data
Since NASA put forward the concept of the digital twin in 2010, many
industries have put forward the dynamic goal of digital development, and the
transportation industry is also among them. With more and more companies laying
out on this virgin land, the digital twin transportation industry has grown
rapidly and gradually formed a complete scientific research system. However,
under the largely mature framework, there are still many loophole problems that
need to be solved. In the process of constructing a road network with point
cloud information, we summarize several major features of the point cloud
collected by laser scanners and analyze the potential problems of constructing
the network, such as misjudging the feature points as ground points and grid
voids. On this basis, we reviewed relevant literature and proposed targeted
solutions, such as building a point cloud pyramid modeled after the image
pyramid, expanding the virtual grid, etc., applying CSF for ground-point cloud
extraction, and constructing a road network model using the PTD (progressive
density-based filter) algorithm. For the problem of road sign detection, we
optimize the remote sensing data in the ground point cloud by enhancing the
information density using edge detection, improving the data quality by
removing the low intensity points, and achieving 90% accuracy of road text
recognition using PaddleOCR and Densenet. As for the real-time digital twin
traffic, we design the P2PRN network using the backbone of MPR-GAN for 2D
feature generation and SuperGlue for 2D feature matching, rendering the
viewpoints according to the matching optimization points, completing the
multimodal matching task after several iterations, and successfully calculating
the road camera position with 10{\deg} and 15m accuracy.Comment: 20 pages, in Chinese language, 12 figure
Misalignment diagnosis of a planetary gearbox based on vibration analysis
As a critical power transmission system, planetary gearbox is widely used in many industrial important machines such as wind turbines, aircraft turbine engines, helicopters. Early fault detection and diagnosis of the gearbox will help to prevent unexpected breakdowns of this important equip-ment. Misalignment is one of the major operating problems in the planetary gearbox which may be caused by inadequate system integration, variable operating conditions and differences of elastic deformations in the system. In this paper, the effect of varying degrees of installation misalignment of planetary gearbox are investigated based on vibration measurements using spectrum analysis and modulation signal bispectrum (MSB) analysis. It has shown that the misalignment can be diagnosed in the low frequency range in which the adverse effect due to co-occurrence of amplitude modula-tion and frequency modulation (AM-FM) effect is low compared with the components around meshing frequencies. Moreover, MSB produces a more accurate and reliable diagnosis in that it gives correct indication of the fault severity and location for all operating conditions. In contrast, spectrum can produce correct results for some of the operating conditions. Keywords: Planetary gearbox, Condition Monitoring, Misalignment, Modulation signal bispectrum
Overexpression of an isoform of AML1 in acute leukemia and its potential role in leukemogenesis
AML1/RUNX1 is a critical transcription factor in hematopoietic cell differentiation and proliferation. From the _AML1_ gene, at least three isoforms, _AML1a_, _AML1b_ and _AML1c_, are produced through alternative splicing. AML1a interferes with the function of AML1b/1c, which are often called AML1. In the current study, we found a higher expression level of _AML1a_ in ALL patients in comparison to the controls. Additionally, AML1a represses transcription from promotor of macrophage-colony simulating factor receptor (M-CSFR) mediated by AML1b, indicating that AML1a antagonized the effect of AML1b. In order to investigate the role of _AML1a_ in hematopoiesis and leukemogenesis _in vivo_, bone marrow mononuclear cells (BMMNCs) from mice were transduced with AML1a and transplanted into lethally irradiated mice, which develop lymphoblastic leukemia after transplantation. Taken together, these results indicate that overexpression of AML1a may be an important contributing factor to leukemogenesis
Integrating View Conditions for Image Synthesis
In the field of image processing, applying intricate semantic modifications
within existing images remains an enduring challenge. This paper introduces a
pioneering framework that integrates viewpoint information to enhance the
control of image editing tasks. By surveying existing object editing
methodologies, we distill three essential criteria, consistency,
controllability, and harmony, that should be met for an image editing method.
In contrast to previous approaches, our method takes the lead in satisfying all
three requirements for addressing the challenge of image synthesis. Through
comprehensive experiments, encompassing both quantitative assessments and
qualitative comparisons with contemporary state-of-the-art methods, we present
compelling evidence of our framework's superior performance across multiple
dimensions. This work establishes a promising avenue for advancing image
synthesis techniques and empowering precise object modifications while
preserving the visual coherence of the entire composition
Soft-sediment deformation structures related to volcanic earthquakes of the Lower Cretaceous Qingshan Group in Lingshan Island, Shandong Province, East China
Abstract The study on soft-sediment deformation structures (SSDS) of Lingshan Island has been one of the hot topics of sedimentology researches in China in recent years, and SSDS developed in turbidite system in the Laiyang Group are widely known by domestic researchers. However, few studies were conducted on the SSDS in fan delta system in the Qingshan Group, Lingshan Island. This study analyzes the classification and characteristics of SSDS especially their lithofacies association and lithologic characteristics through field outcrops investigation and thin section analysis as well. A conclusion was acquired that the paleoenvironment was a fan delta system with occurrence of several volcanic eruptions, where the water became gradually shallower. The SSDS types in the Qingshan Group includes load and flame structure, ball and pillow structure, water-escape structure, hydroplastic deformation structure, plastic sandstone breccia structure, volcanic drop stone and V-shaped ground fissure mainly caused by volcanic earthquakes of three types: (1) seismic waves, (2) gravity and inertia effect of pyroclastic flows, (3) instant differential air pressure; which is different from slumping and tectonic earthquakes occurred in the Laiyang Group. In addition, with the lithofacies association analysis between pyroclastic flow and SSDS beds, a distribution model of SSDS related to volcanic earthquakes can be established: SSDS types changed gradually with their distance further away from the volcanic activity core. Brittle deformation which was common in the proximal zone disappeared gradually; liquefied and plastic SSDS continued to dominate in the medial zone; and slightly liquefied SSDS were developed in the distal zone. Meanwhile, the scale and size of SSDS is negatively correlated with the distance of SSDS depositional locations from the volcanic vent
