    Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na hodnocení finanční výkonnosti průmyslového podniku. Cílem práce je zhodnotit finanční situaci v průmyslovém podniku za použití metod finanční analýzy. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy a představeny metody používané pro zhodnocení finanční situace, tj. horizontální a vertikální analýza, analýza pomocí poměrových ukazatelů a soustavy ukazatelů. Praktická část má podobu analýzy vybraného podniku za pomocí metod popsaných v teoretické části. Cílem je zhodnotit finanční situaci a navrhnout řešení pro zlepšení situace.This bachelor thesis is focused on the financial performance evaluation of an industrial company. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the financial situation in an industrial company using methods of financial analysis. In the theoretical part, basic terms are explained and methods for the evaluation of financial situation are presented, which is horizontal and vertical analysis, ratio analysis and systems of indicators. The empirical part has a form of analysis of the selected company using methods which are described in the theoretical part.     Evaluation of Investment Efficiency Using Dynamic Methods

    Tématem této diplomové práce je hodnocení efektivnosti investice pomocí dynamických metod. Cílem této práce je hodnocení efektivnosti investice do nového technologického zařízení podniku MARPOS s.r.o. za použití dynamických metod na základě kritického studia odborné literatury a následné doporučení týkající se investičního projektu. V práci byly použity dynamické metody hodnocení efektivnosti investic a to čistá současná hodnota, diskontovaná ekonomická přidaná hodnota, index ziskovosti, vnitřní výnosové procento, modifikované vnitřní výnosové procento a diskontovaná doba návratnosti. Na základě vypočtených dynamických metod bylo zjištěno že investice podniku do nového technologického zařízení je efektivní. Z tohoto důvodu jsou v práci uvedena doporučení týkající se snížení operačních rizik.The topic of this diploma thesis is the evaluation of investment efficiency using dynamic methods. The aim of this work is to evaluate the effectiveness of investment in new technological equipment of the company MARPOS s.r.o. using dynamic methods based on a critical study of the literature and subsequent recommendations regarding the investment project. Dynamic methods of evaluating the efficiency of investments were used in the work, namely net present value, discounted economic value added, profitability index, internal rate of return, modified internal rate of return and discounted payback period. Based on the calculated dynamic methods, it was found that the company's investment in new technological equipment is effective.     Catalogue of construction products containing secondary raw materials from different industries and municipal waste

    The building industry consumes a large amount of primary raw materials and also contributes significantly to the production of waste. Applying circular principles in this field to reduce resource consumption and waste production has been investigated in several projects considering the reuse or recycling of construction and demolition waste. However, consumption of primary raw materials can also be reduced by re-targetting waste from different industries and municipal waste to produce new construction products. Thus, opportunities for the recycling of industrial and municipal waste were investigated in this project. The main output is the catalogue, which provides an overview of products with recycled content and secondary materials with the potential to be used in the construction industry such as blast furnace slag, ash, and energy by-products. Also, it contains a list of valid requirements for the use of recycled materials under specific conditions of the Czech Republic. In addition, examples of good practice are presented to break the existing behavioral barriers to the use of secondary raw materials in the Czech construction industry. This contribution summarizes the findings in the field of industrial and municipal waste recycling and its further use as secondary raw materials in the construction industry

    REMEDIATION TECHNOLOGY OF CLOCHE REPLACEMENT FOR WW2 FORTIFICATION IN THE CZECH REPUBLIC

    Nowadays many parts of the Czechoslovak border fortification built in 1935 – 1938 have been sold to the private owners who want to reconstruct it. One of the biggest problems while reconstructing these objects is missing cloches. The aim of this study is to find solution of this problem. Authors wanted to offer the owners (usually clubs of military history) authentic design of the cloche for low cost, high durability and full functionality of the cloche that enables installation of original weapons.A result of the work was a development of a technical solution of the cloche consisting of a replica of the upper part made of reinforced concrete in combination with lower part made of concrete. This unique technical solution was confirmed as an utility model CZ32920(U1). Remediation measure was approved by the team at the pillbox T-S 20 in Červený Kostelec in 2019

    High-performance concrete containing waste vitrified tiles

    This contribution deals with the possibility to use waste vitrified tiles (VT) in high-performance concrete. Silica powder normally used in high-performance concrete is replaced by waste vitrified tiles in 25, 50, 75 and 100 %. The basic experiments are tested, such as water absorption, flexural strength and compressive strength. The durability is examined, freeze-thaw resistance is tested in 25, 50, 75 and 100 freeze cycles. The results are evaluated and compared with the reference high-performance concrete, containing silica powder. The recipe of concrete is optimized based on these results

    GLASS WASTE POWDER UTILIZATION IN HIGH PERFORMANCE CONCRETE

    This paper deals with investigation of high-performance concrete (HPC) with full replacement of the silica powder by the waste glass powder. The silica powder was replaced by two types of the waste glass powder, originated from different sources (waste glass powder from grinding jewelry and milling of municipal waste glass). The properties of the waste glass powder were examined and compared with the silica powder. The mechanical and durability properties of three HPC mixtures were experimentally verified. The bulk density, flexural strength, and compressive strength were tested on beams 40 × 40 × 160mm at age 28 and 60 days and after 0, 25, 50, 75 and 100 freeze-thaw cycles. There were observed slightly worse properties of mixtures with the waste glass powder in comparison with reference HPC

    Improvement of the Durability of Recycled Masonry Aggregate Concrete

    The use of recycled masonry aggregate for concrete is mostly limited by the worse properties in comparison with natural aggregate. For these reasons it is necessary to find ways to improve the quality of recycled masonry aggregate concrete and make it more durable. One possibility is utilization of crystalline admixture which was verified in this study by laboratory measurements of key material properties and durability. The positive influence of mineral admixture was proved for freeze-thaw resistance. The positive impact to carbonation resistance was not unambiguous. In conclusion, the laboratory evaluation shows how to improve the durability of recycled masonry aggregate concrete, however, it is necessary to investigate more about this topic
