This research uses the “Participating Observation Method” to observe the interaction between manufacturer and distributor negotiation strategies, determine the preference and expectation of participants, and establish a framework for this type of research. Then it sets up the “analysis framework of negotiation strategies” between the manufacturer and the distributor based on an analysis of the respective conditions, advantages, and disadvantages of the manufacturer and distributor. Thirdly, this study sets up a reward matrix of the strategy action game between the manufacturer and the distributor. Then establishes a set of feasible “negotiation models” based on the reward matrix of the strategy game between the both parties to observe how the manufacturer and the distributor make their own bargaining decisions in the situation of information asymmetry or exterior opportunity/threat. Finally, this study establishes a “multi-agent strategy game protocol system model” to solve the conflict resulting from the self-strategizing of both parties for their own interests, and to achieve the utmost efficiency in the negotiation

Based on the Big Five personality trait dimensions of non-cognitive ability measures, the CFPS 2020 database was used as the basis, The self-answered questionnaires and messages were collected from the people under the age of 18. And information on physical activity were selected as the study sample from the total 28590 samples in this database, among which 1562 valid samples were used as the study subjects. And the corresponding options and answers were selected as the dependent variables related to the Big Five personality like responsibility, agreeableness, extraversion, and neuroticism. After constructing a model with logit regression and calculating the marginal effects, it empirically demonstrated that increasing the frequency of physical exercises (frequency) had positive effects on promoting or improving adolescents' sense of responsibility, agreeableness, extraversion, and neuroticism, the frequency of physical exercise (frequency) in the past 12 months was used as the dependent variable, the effects were different between urban and rural areas, age, and gender. There were differences between urban and rural areas, age and gender

This study employed ethnographical and phenomenological methods to explore the lived experiences and career of a Hong Kong secondary school physical education (PE) teacher (Wharton) in order to embody his versatile roles through phenomenological description of a lived body itself and the lived world. The central research question is “How does a male secondary school PE teacher manage his work life and the embodiment of his professional roles?” Data collection techniques were in-depth interviewing, participant observation and field notes, participant’s reflection documentation and visual elicitation. Concepts of “play to learn,” “professional development” and “political empowerment” were used to examine Wharton’s lived experiences and career. Themes such as Static Gestalt, Dynamic Gestalt, Style Gestalt and Reversibility Gestalt were identified. This study may inform literature on sociological perspectives and the life histories of PE teachers and applicable to other teachers as they adapt to environmental changes in other settings
