Undirected urban development has a negative impact on the quality of the urban environment. The impact of this development is the conversion of green open land so that it makes its existence less and less. This study has the objectives of 1) analyzing the classification and distribution of green open space in Surakarta City in 2021; 2) analyzing oxygen demand in Surakarta City in 2020 and predicting oxygen demand in 2030; 3) analyze the area of open green space needed to meet oxygen demand in Surakarta City. The research method used is a visual interpretation and the Gerarchic method. The results of processing the availability of green open space in the city of Surakarta in 2021 are 1131 ha or reaching 24% of the total area where 12.95% is public green open space and 11.06% for private green open space. The total oxygen demand for Surakarta City in 2020 is 2,168,587 kg/day, while the predicted oxygen demand for Surakarta City in 2030 is 2,632,268 kg/day. The results of calculating the area of green open space based on oxygen demand in 2020 are 2,142 ha. Based on the calculation results, an additional 1,011 ha of land is needed to meet the required green open space

    – Management of data and information about maintenance is an important factor in supporting the preventive maintenance of support facilities BTS device. There are difficulties to gathering information and processing data related to preventive maintenance, because the system using filing and archiving with the use of paper as a medium. Design for six sigma approach performed as a method to determine user needs and accommodate these needs into the information system of preventive maintenance as a solution arising from the system of filing and archiving. The development of information technology allows for the development of information systems to support preventive maintenance. The results showed with the implementation of preventive maintenance information system, occurs an increase will ease the management of data and information in support of preventive maintenance support device BTS facilities. This is indicated by the user's perception associated with filing and archiving system preventive maintenance which was originally 53.3% using paper documents to 84.4% after using a system of preventive maintenance information. Security system using camera for monitoring usually called CCTV are in common use lately. The goal is to do monitoring surroundings from another place directly and easily. But it spend a lot of money for applying the system, according to hardware also installation service. And the system usually just doing offline monitoring at the local area. On the other side, improvement of technologies for mobile devices are very rapid. Many people using it just like smartphone and tablet. And also availability of cheap internet connection make those devices become urgently to be owned, because the necessity of accurate information and communications are important to support their daily activities in advance of information technologies era. To reduce the problem, it is necessary to build mobile monitoring application which can accessed from another place where ever and whenever by using internet connections such Wi-Fi or even from mobile packet data.Mobile Monitoring application was built on client-server model. On the server side had a desktop application which it developed by Delphi programming language. The desktop application have features, there were such motion detector, record on motion and capture image. Meanwhile, mobile application was on the client side. This mobile application was developed by java programming language for android mobile device, which it did remote toward desktop application located inside webserver. Mobile application acts as a direct interface for user on monitoring situation using internet network connections. This research had more focused on discussing about Android Mobile Monitoring application and how it worked. This Android Mobile Monitoring application capable to do streaming video using RTSP protocol, recording video, record on motion capturing image, browsing image and video databases also showing alert notifications when motions were detected

Kaji Eksperimen Output Energi Termoelektrik TEG-SP1848-27145SA dengan Sumber Panas dari Solar Parabolic Trough

Solar energy is the energy that is most easily obtained in the conditions of our country which is in an area that is crossed by the equator. Energy that can be in the form of sunlight and heat from the sun can certainly be used as alternative energy to produce electrical energy. One technology that is able to utilize solar thermal energy is a solar parabolic trough system as a solar thermal collector. From the heat source produced, it is expected to be able to produce electrical energy generated by thermoelectric, where the thermoelectric heat side is obtained from the heat source in the solar parabolic trough. By conducting experiments to manufacture a power plant that utilizes a solar parabolic trough which is integrated with a thermoelectric type TEG-SP1848-27145SA as many as seven pieces, then the experimental data is taken from the device capable of producing electrical energy output. The output of electrical energy in the form of electrical voltage produced is strongly influenced by the difference in temperature on the hot and cold side of the thermoelectric, the greater the temperature difference, the greater the energy output that can be generated. From the experimental results, the highest temperature difference produced is 20.7oC with a current value of 85.93 mA and a voltage of 2.51 volts in the direction facing north, and the highest temperature difference produced is 11.5oC with a current value of 77.63 mA and a voltage of 2.15 volts in the direction facing east to west. The highest thermoelectric efficiency is 14.996% with the direction of the solar parabolic trough facing east to west
