医療用ビニール手袋異食による消化管通過障害に対し、術前に診断し得て摘出した１例

京都府立医科大学附属北部医療センター外科Surgery, Kyoto Prefectural University of Medicine North Medical Center異食症は精神疾患を有する患者等に認められるが、手術に至る例は比較的少ない。今回、胃内・回腸末端異物を同時に摘出した。症例は精神発達遅滞がある45 才男性。嘔吐等の主訴で受診。CT で胃内と十二指腸水平脚に異物を認めた。上部消化管内視鏡検査で胃内に変性したビニール様の異物が確認されたが回収困難であった。再検CT で、初診時に十二指腸に存在した異物は回腸末端に移動。小開腹で摘出。ビニール手袋であった

Anisakiasis is commonly found in the stomach (93.2%), and occurs in the colon in a frequency as low as 1.1%. Furthermore, appendix anisakiasis appears to be very rare.
