Influence lines for horizontally curved fixed-end beams of circular-arc plan
"October 10, 1947.""The Second of a Series of Bulletins on Horizontally Curved Beams.""The objects of this investigation are: [1] to provide a means for computing the influence line ordinates for moments and shears in the case of horizontally curved fixed-end beams of circular-arc plan, [2] to present such influence lines for a series of beams, and [3] to study the effect of the elastic constants on the ordinates of the influence lines."--Page 5

Report presenting a general solution for the determination of loads carried by individual bolts in symmetrical butt joints. Testing was conducted on test specimens made of 24S-T aluminum-alloy plates fastened by two or three 1/4-inch alloy-steel bolts with the bolts in a single line in line with the applied load. Results regarding the determination of bolt loads and deflections from test data, curves of joint load against bolt load, and curves of bolt load against deflection are provided
