: Covid-19: the university to the test of telework. A fragmented organization
International audienceThis article presents the results of a collective and multidisciplinary survey on the effects of the sudden and massive telework imposed on the University due to the health crisis. Questionnaires assessing the impact on family life, MSDs, PSRs and including open questions were administered in June 2020. The results indicate a deterioration in working conditions for all categories of staff, administrative, teaching and research. Telework has been subject to local organisational regulations revealing incomplete coordination procedures and contrasting and contingent implementations.Cet article restitue les rĂ©sultats dâune enquĂȘte collective et pluridisciplinaire qui a portĂ© sur les effets du tĂ©lĂ©travail soudain et massif imposĂ© Ă lâUniversitĂ© en raison de la crise sanitaire.
