    Purpose.To present a clinical case of Bloch Sulzberger syndrome. Material and methods. The examinations were performed to diagnose the disease: Π° visual examination of the skin, cytological analysis of the gallbladder fluid, general and biochemical blood tests, genetic research. Results.During a visual examination of the skin, a differential diagnosis was made with infectious dermatitis, toxic-allergic dermatitis, epidermolysis bullosa and linear IgA-dependent dermatosis in children. Crucial in the diagnosis belonged to a genetic study, after which a deletion of exons 410 of the IKBKG gene was detected, which confirmed Bloch Sulzberger syndrome. Conclusion.Newborns with vesicle-bullous rashes entering the neonatal pathology department and observed by neonatologists require a thorough examination, a mandatory consultation of a dermatologist inorder to determine further management tactics.ЦСль.ΠŸΡ€Π΅Π΄ΡΡ‚Π°Π²ΠΈΡ‚ΡŒ клиничСский случай синдрома Π‘Π»ΠΎΡ…Π°Π‘ΡƒΠ»ΡŒΡ†Π±Π΅Ρ€Π³Π΅Ρ€Π°.     We suggest the most model-independent and simple description of the γγ→ππ\gamma\gamma\rightarrow\pi\pi process near threshold in framework of S-matrix approach. The amplitudes contain the pion polarizabilities and rather restricted information about ππ\pi \pi interaction. Application of these formulae for description of MARK-II \cite{M2} and Crystal Ball \cite{CB} data gives: (Ξ±βˆ’Ξ²)C=(6.0Β±1.2)β‹…10βˆ’42cm3(\alpha-\beta)^{C}=(6.0\pm 1.2)\cdot 10^{-42} {\rm cm}^{3}, (Ξ±βˆ’Ξ²)N=(βˆ’1.4Β±2.1)β‹…10βˆ’42cm3(\alpha-\beta)^{N}=(-1.4\pm 2.1)\cdot 10^{-42} cm^3 (in units system e2=4παe^2 = 4 \pi \alpha) at the experimental values of ππ\pi \pi scattering lengths.     Comparative study of chitosan wound healing properties and its synthesized derivatives in MC-100 gel was carried out using the model of experimental full thickness skin wounds. It was determined that N-sulfosuccinoyl chitosan derivatives added into the gel in a concentration of 0. 05% possess the higher wound healing activity in comparison with other chitosan derivatives and decrease the half-healing period of wounds 2-3 times in comparison with the control.
