© 2019 IOP Publishing Ltd. All rights reserved. An artificial neural multi-layer network has been developed for predicting the mass transfer coefficients in the liquid and gas phases for the gas absorption (CO2) from the air using an absorbent - water. For the development of neural network the unobservable parameters of the packed absorber were calculated. The obtained results can be used to model an extensive class of chemical engineering processes with the possibility of formalizing the calculation procedures

In this paper, we consider the feasibility of optimizing the air treatment system for gas turbine plant by using modern technical solutions for air filtration that have a uniform filtration potential. The analysis of the overlooked benefits of combined heat plant, related to emergency shutdowns due to the destruction of the axial compressor, "lost"profit associated with underperformance development of electric energy and capacity at a deviation of technical and economic parameters of the gas turbine unit from nominal values in the pollution of the axial compressor. An assessment of the impact of unscheduled flushing and replacement of the integrated air purifier's filter elements to restore the gas turbine unit's electric power was carried out. An economic analysis of the optimization of the working environment preparation system for gas turbine plant was performed. The actual payback period of the optimized filtration system was 0.3 months, and the annual costs of the station decreased by 2.5 million rubles

This paper considers the feasibility of using filtering elements that have uniform filtration potential to replace the regular system of filtration of gas turbine plants for Kazan CHP. The "missed"benefit of the CHP associated with emergency stops due to the destruction of the flowing part of the axial compressor, "under-receiving"profit related to the lack of electricity and power due to the deviation of the technical and economic indicators of the gas turbine plant from nominal values when the flowing part of the axial compressor deviated. An assessment of the impact of unscheduled washing and replacement of the integrated air-cleaning device's filtering element to restore the electrical power of the gas turbine plant has been carried out. A method for evaluating the efficiency of replacing filter elements in the air treatment system for gas turbine installations is proposed. The main dependences and factors affecting the efficiency of the air filtration system in complex air purification devices of gas turbine plants are considered
