PROJECT MANAGEMENT ISSUES IN THE FIELD OF ECOLOGY: RATIONAL NATURE USE AND RESOURCE SAVING

The largest environmental issues in Russia have been considered in the article, their relationship with the development trends of the country’s economy and the legacy of the Soviet period has been traced, the directions of projects in the field of ecology, as well as the problems of their implementation have been reviewed, these issues have been compared with the practice of environmental projects in developed countries. Today, as we see, the issue of ecology is not in last place. The negative impact of humanity on the environment has reached an alarming level. There is a constant update, as well as the development of new technologies and techniques to prevent environmental problems in the country. Successful implementation of environmental projects directly depends on the level of education and the involvement of the population in solving environmental issues

Labour relations in research of socio-economic systems

The article is concerned with the study of the theoretical and methodological patterns of the genesis of labour relations during evolution of socio-economic systems. The approach developed by the authors makes it possible to single out the basic blocks of the labour relations system, considering the actors and objects of the relations. Adopted as a basis, such an approach makes it possible to describe the labour relations of any economic system. The allocation of mandatory elements (objects) and subjects in the structure of labour relations makes it possible to disclose the content of the category “labour relations”. The relevance of theoretical studies of the characteristics of the economy at a substantial level, the increased interest in the methodology and theory of economic knowledge is due to the inconsistency and alternativeness of the current stage of development of the world economy and global society. Influence of social factors on the reproduction of human capital

Purpose: Exploring the problems of human capital formation at the present stage of development of the Russian economy, the authors consider it expedient to analyze the theory and practice of the influence of socio-economic factors on the formation of personnel potential. Design/Methodology/Approach: The following methods were used by the authors: historical, statistical-economic, monographic. Findings: The authors revealed that the quality of life and income level is more reflected in the desire of the population to choose as a permanent place of residence - rural areas. Practical implications: The analysis of incomes as a fundamental factor influencing the formation of human capital indicates that considerable human capital has been formed in the agricultural sector, which is not fully utilized due to the low material interest of the rural population. Originality/Value: The article discusses a number of factors influencing the formation of human capital in agriculture. The authors indicated that the level of wages depends on the geographical distance of the regions from the federal center and climatic conditions.peer-reviewe

Directions to improve economic efficiency of regional production

The paper provides theoretical grounding and the directions for improving the economic efficiency of the regional feedstuff production. The study develops a conceptual model of distributing management functions of feedstuff production between the regional authorities of state sectoral and economic management and the district level. The authors suggest the methodology for calculating potential capacity of intraregional feedstuff market, considering the demands of all categories of agricultural manufacturers. The study examines possibilities for implementing the strategy of diversified growth and development of the intraregional feedstuff market, including the terms of interaction between the large and micro-business inside the industry and cooperation of micro-business feedstuff manufacturers with agricultural production. The authors have developed the methodology for assessing the efficiency of feedstuff production, based on the aggregate estimation of the management organization, conditions for the development of feedstuff production and changes in the feedstuff production and livestock breeding industry.peer-reviewe

Formation and development of the processing industry in the AIC of the region

The theoretical grounding of the management system of animal feedingstuff milling of the region was performed. The facilities of animal feedingstuff milling are divided according to the degree of independence of business conducting and directions of sales of the products manufactured. The factors of the internal and external environment of the animal feedingstuff milling of the region were considered. The analysis was performed and the tendencies in the development of animal feedingstuff milling of the region and the system of its management were revealed; the directions of the development of animal feedingstuff milling of the agrarian region were grounded. The potential capacity of the regional market of animal feedingstuff for livestock breeding of the region was calculated. It was offered to form the body of economic management in the form of an independent legal entity bearing the responsibility for execution of the functions imposed on it to develop and implement the plan of development of animal feedingstuff milling – JSC Animal Feedingstuff Cluster of the Altai Territory.peer-reviewe

Differential diagnostic search in dermatologic practice and its effect on quality of medical care: Clinical cases

Introduction. A differential diagnostic search is a crucial method for making a final clinical diagnosis. Lack of clinical thinking leads to tactical errors, both in making a diagnosis and in choosing a therapy algorithm. The problem of iatrogeneses especially often arises at the initial stages of patient management.Case descriptions. The paper demonstrates the difficulties of verifying the diagnosis of patients with dermatological pathology on the example of clinical cases. The stages of differential diagnostic search are covered in detail. Practicing physicians stress the importance of timely correct diagnosis and, consequently, the choice of therapy. The study involved a detailed analysis of clinical cases and mistakes causing a delay in diagnosis and wrong choice of therapeutic tactics at the outpatient stage. A clinical case with designated diagnosis is presented and analyzed as an illustrative example. Special attention was given to a complex evaluation of subjective, objective and diagnostic data, the significance of analyzing the development of dermatoses.Conclusion. Careful adherence to diagnostic algorithms will avoid iatrogenic errors and thereby improve the quality of medical care and the quality of life of dermatological patients

Escalation as a way to resolve conflicts and contradictions

The domestic and foreign practice of project conflict management and resolution is analysed. The concepts of “conflict” and “contradiction” are differentiated. The modern point of view on the essence of the conflict is revealed, suggesting that the conflict does not always have negative consequences. In some cases, it is necessary to increase the effectiveness of the project implementation, so sometimes managers are required to stimulate its development (escalation of the conflict). The specific features of the escalation of the conflict and its relevance in a particular conflict situation are determined. The psychological features of the conflict escalation are analysed, which are manifested in the reluctance of domestic leaders to take the problem higher because of the fear of not being able to cope with the management of the conflict. Strategies for managing project conflicts are highlighted, and a conceptual model for managing them is proposed
