The Analysis Of Financial Performance Factors Of Bank Bri Syariat

Training, Incentive, Supervision, Motivation,  Employee Performance This study aims to analyze the affect factors of BRI Syariah financial performance bank with quantitative approach. In quantitative research which data source secondary, the research method often used is associative causal. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression with SPSS as a statistical tool. The results show that BOPO has a negative and significant effect on ROA. While CAR has a negative but not significant impact on ROA. Then NPF and FDR has positive but not significant effect on ROA. The simultaneous results of CAR, NPF, BOPO, and FDR has significant effect on ROA with a contribution value of 32.8

Study of spread spectrum multiple access systems for satellite communications with overlay on current services

The feasibility of using spread spectrum techniques to provide a low-cost multiple access system for a very large number of low data terminals was investigated. Two applications of spread spectrum technology to very small aperture terminal (VSAT) satellite communication networks are presented. Two spread spectrum multiple access systems which use a form of noncoherent M-ary FSK (MFSK) as the primary modulation are described and the throughput analyzed. The analysis considers such factors as satellite power constraints and adjacent satellite interference. Also considered is the effect of on-board processing on the multiple access efficiency and the feasibility of overlaying low data rate spread spectrum signals on existing satellite traffic as a form of frequency reuse is investigated. The use of chirp is examined for spread spectrum communications. In a chirp communication system, each data bit is converted into one or more up or down sweeps of frequency, which spread the RF energy across a broad range of frequencies. Several different forms of chirp communication systems are considered, and a multiple-chirp coded system is proposed for overlay service. The mutual interference problem is examined in detail and a performance analysis undertaken for the case of a chirp data channel overlaid on a video channel

A User Perception Model Concerning Safety and Security of Paratransit Services in Bandung, Indonesia

Safety and security in public transportation, Angkutan Kota or paratransit included, are among the commonly poor aspects in Indonesia. The objective of this research is to describe user perception of safety and security aspects in paratransit operation and to develop a model to predict and explain user choice in the future when there is an improvement. Users stated that the conditions of safety and security could be categorized as fair to dangerous. Realizing the condition, users still want to use paratransit because they have no other mode and paratransit can easily be found. The main reason for safety problems was the low degree of awareness of the driver in operating the car, while the main reason for security problems was the low degree of law enforcement and limited number of policemen (security officers). Users stated that the most responsible stakeholder in safety and security was the operator (driver and owner) and the police. Each aspect has two models using binomial logistic regression, namely a model with and without experience of accidents or criminal incidents. All models seem quite appropriate ones, as shown by their statistical measurement. Incorporating user experience improved the model fitness and improved the model in describing traveler characteristics

Two different methods of generating spread spectrum signals for an overlay service are discussed, and the data rate and efficiency which can be achieved while maintaining low interference with existing traffic are examined

This study aims to discuss the illocutionary acts produced by Kate Reddy in “I don\u27t Know How She Does It” movie, in the business communication with her business partner (Jack Abelhammer) and her boss (Clark). To support this study, the writer uses the theory of speech act by Austin (1962) and Paltridge (2006), illocutionary keywords by Searle (1969,1975), and the theory of context by Gee (2005). This research is a descriptive qualitative research because it is used it to form a descriptive qualitative conclusion to describe the illocutionary act occures in the conversation in this movie. From the findings, the writer finds out that in order to make a sucessful business conversation, Kate produced four types of illocutionary acts to both her partner and her boss: representatives, directives, commissives, and expressives. Based on the findings, there are three similarities that the writer found: 1) the illocutionary act which is not used by Kate to her interlocutors is declarative, 2) the stage of illocutionary act produced by Kate to her interlocutors is the same to each other, and 3) there are the illocutionary act that is rejected by her interlocutors. Besides, the differences are also related to the use of various subtypes of Illocutionary act used by Kate to her partner and to her boss. Finally, the writer concludes that Illocutionary act plays an important role in Kate\u27s utterances since it helps Kate to state her intended meaning behind her utterances; to make a statement to convince, to give suggestions, to make request and many more, to her interlocutors in their business conversatio

This research explains about the export cooperation of mandailing coffee to South Korea in 2016. The demand, consumption and many coffee shop in South Korea become a change for Indonesian's coffee to be exported to that country for filling the coffee need. South Korea imports coffee from various countries of main coffee producers in the world such as Brazil, Colombia, Vietnam and Indonesia. The consumption trend of coffee drinking in South Korea that makes coffee is admired especially mandailing coffee that is exported to South Korea. The method that is used in this research is qualitative research. The datas come from book, journal, thesis, article, website and other sources that are involved with the research. This research focus is how the export process of mandailing coffee to South Korea happens. This research uses liberalism perspective and International cooperation theory. The export cooperation of Mandailing Arabica coffee to South Korea uses the facilitation of third country. The export cooperation of Mandheling Arabica coffee produces cooperation partnership in period of 3 years f2016-2019. The export cooperation partnership in 2016 with import value USD 1 Million. The export of Mandheling Arabica coffee is in the shape of green bean
