On equicontinuity of homeomorphisms with finite distortion in the plane

It is stated equicontinuity and normality of families FΦ\frak{F}^{\Phi} of the so--called homeomorphisms with finite distortion on conditions that Kf(z)K_{f}(z) has finite mean oscillation, singularities of logarithmic type or integral constraints of the type Φ(Kf(z))dxdy<\int\Phi\left(K_{f}(z)\right)dx\,dy<\infty in a domain D\subset{\C}. It is shown that the found conditions on the function Φ\Phi are not only sufficient but also necessary for equicontinuity and normality of such families of mappings.Comment: 18 page

    (1α,8β)-6β-Benzoyloxy-6-dehydroxyheteratisine from Aconitum zeravschanicum

The title compound, C29H37NO6, was isolated from Aconitum zeravschanicum and exhibits antiarhythmic activity. It is a derivative of the diterpenoid alkaloid heteratisine and as such the core framework of the molecule contains four six-membered, three seven-membered and one five-membered ring. The chair conformation of one of the methoxy-substituted six-membered rings is different from that observed in heteratisine hydrobromide monohydrate. In the latter case, this ring adopts a boat conformation due to a stabilizing intramolecular N—H⋯O hydrogen bond. In the crystal structure of the title compound, there is only one acidic H atom. This hydroxyl group forms an intermolecular O—H⋯O hydrogen bond that links molecules into infinite chains along the b axis

Influence of words in the sentence on the communicative function of a language (exemplified by the Russian and tajik languages)

A necessity in the development of the comparative grammar of the Russian and Tajik languages and a need in solving of many disputable issues of the syntactic knowledge, moreover, the lack of fundamental researches on comparative studying of the words order in Russian and Tajik allows to define our research as for actual. The objectives of the article are studying of the words order in Russian and Tajik within comparative and typological aspects formulization of peculiarities of interaction between the structural-grammar and actual aspects of studying of words order in sentences of the languages themselves. In order to achieve the objectives, the authors used a method of direct observation of word arrangement in texts when expressing the grammatical and logical base of the sentence; linguistic experiment the content whereof is various types of transformation; comparative method by means whereof differences are exposed in communicative structures of analyzed sentences, statements and types of words order in sentences and statements and descriptive method. Studying of variants of syntactic structures in the two languages expose national specificity of the semantics of the verbal execution of a statement in these consistencies/inconsistencies. The results allow expansion of theoretical knowledge of the role of words order and other means of actual articulation of a sentence in the Russian and Tajik languages as well as working out the theory of words order in sentences, the communicative structure of a sentence and functional grammar. © 2019, Slovenska Vzdelavacia Obstaravacia. Objective: to determine the problems of settling the overdue debts of banks in arbitration proceedings and ways to solve them. Methods: methods of vertical and horizontal time series analysis, correlation analysis, grouping methods, and abstract-logical method were used in the research. Results: the problem of collecting bad debts of banks within bankruptcy procedures has actually not been studied in the scientific literature. The paper considers the main aspects of modern research in the field of bankruptcy of physical and juridical persons, and emphasizes the need to systematize the practice of settling bank receivables in arbitration courts. The article presents the results of the analysis of the Bank of Russia statistics on the structure of overdue debts of the banking system, as well as the main results of bankruptcy procedures according to the Federal Register. The analysis of operations of one of the largest regional banks allowed identifying and systematizing the main problems of regulation and control of overdue debts, provision for impairment on loans and interest on loans, and stipulated a low efficiency of the bank’s participation in bankruptcy cases.Scientific novelty: the paper systematizes and analyzes the data on the practice of bankruptcy creditors’ participation in bankruptcy proceedings, and formulates the main directions for solving the problems of low efficiency and high costs of participation in such procedures.Practical significance: the research results can be used in the practical activities of banks for managing and settling accounts receivable, including on the basis of judicial recovery, as well as for developing the main directions of the monetary regulation of banking activity

Plastid DNA sequence diversity in wild grapevine samples (Vitis vinifera subsp. sylvestris) from the Caucasus region

DNA sequence diversity was investigated in three plastid regions (the trnH-psbA intergenic spacer, accDpsaI intergenic spacer and the rpl16 intron) in a group of 40 wild grape (Vitis vinifera subsp. sylvestris) samples from the South Caucasus. This group included 22 samples from Georgia, 9 samples from Azerbaijan, 2 samples from Armenia and 7 samples from Turkey. The South Caucasus region is widely believed to be the area in which grape domestication began, and the study of genetic diversity in this region is viewed as key to understanding grape domestication in general. Four plastid haplotypes are evident in the 40 samples, and are designated by their character states at each of the 4 polymorphic positions: AAAT – 22 samples, ATTT – 6 samples, GTAC – 1 sample, and ATAT – 11 samples. The AAAT haplotype is restricted to Georgia and Azerbaijan, the ATAT haplotype is distributed across the entire study area, the ATTT haplotype is distributed in the southern part of the study area from the Black Sea to the Caspian Sea. The single GTAC haplotype was only found in southwestern Georgia. The AAAT haplotype is restricted to both wild (V. vinifera subsp. sylvestris) and cultivated (V. vinifera subsp. vinifera) grape samples from the Caucasus. This observation and the presence of all other plastid haplotypes observed in a previous study of worldwide grape cultivars highlight both unique and high levels of genetic variation in wild grape (V. vinifera subsp. sylvestris) from the greater Caucasus region.
