PEMBERDAYAAN UMKM PEDAGANG CAMPURAN BERBASIS PELATIHAN DAN PENDAMPINGAN PENCATATAN KEUANGAN DI KELURAHAN PAMMASE KECAMATAN TIROANG KABUPATEN PINRANG

UMKM memiliki peranan yang sangat penting dalam menopang perekonomian suatu daerah. Tetapi terkadang UMKM sendiri memiliki banyak sekali permasalahan yang dihadapi dalam proses perkembangannya terutama ketika UMKM tersebut diperhadapkan dengan pihak ketiga dalam hal ini adalah perbankan untuk menopang sektor permodalannya, tetapi terkadang hal tersebut tidak dapat terpenuhi dengan alasan bahwa UMKM tersebut tidak dapat menunjukkan laporan keuangan sesuai dengan kriteria yang diinginkan perbankan. UMKM pedagang campuran yang berada di Kelurahan Pammase Kecamatan Tiroang Kabupaten Pinrang masih menganggap remeh pencatatan keuangan dan belum melakukan pemisahan antara harta pribadi pemilik dengan harta usahanya. Dalam proses pengambilan keputusan keuangan, terkadang masing menggunakan perasaan dan pengalaman selama ini. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai pada kegiatan PKM ini adalah mengenalkan kepada pelaku UMKM pentingnya pengelolaan keuangan serta bagaimana melakukan pelatihan dan pendampingan penyusunan laporan keuangan dengan mengacu pada aturan dalam Standar Akuntansi yang berlaku sehingga permasalahan tersebut dapat diatasi. Metode yang akan dilakukan agar tujuan dapat tercapai diantaranya melalui tahapan kegiatan yang diawali dengan melakukan sosialisasi dalam bentuk FGD dengan mitra dan stakeholder, pelaksanaan workshop/Pelatihan/Penyuluhan untuk peningkatan kemampuan dalam pengelolaan keuangan serta melakukan pendampingan dan evaluasi pelaksanaan kegiatan

Faktor-faktor yang Berhubungan dengan Terjadinya Hipertensi pada Ibu Hamil di Wilayah Kerja Upt Puskesmas Wosu Kecamatan Bungku Barat Kabupaten Morowali

Hypertension in pregnancy is a gestational blood pressure of 140/90 mmHg or more during pregnancy, pregnant women who experience hypertension syringe 20 weeks gestation. Hypertension in pregnancy can cause morbidity / pain in pregnant women (including seizures, this study aims to see the relationship between history of hypertension, exposure to cigarette smoke, and pregnancy stress on pregnancy hypertension in pregnant women in the work area of ​​UPT Puskesmas Wosu, West Bungku Barat, Morowali Regency. This study used an observational study with a cross-sectional study design approach. The population in this study was 30 pregnant women. The sampling technique used was total sampling. Data collection was obtained using a questionnaire. Analysis of the relationship using the chi square test. The results showed that 30 respondents (100.0%) had hypertension. The results of statistical tests showed that age (p = 0.000), history of hypertension (p = 0.002), exposure to cigarette smoke (p = 0.000), and pregnancy stress (p = 0.001). So besides that there is a relationship between age, history of hypertension, exposure to cigarette smoke and pregnancy stress with the incidence of hypertension in pregnant women in the Wosu District UPT Puskesmas Work area. West Bungku District. Morowali. Thus, pregnant women who suffer from pregnancy hypertension are expected to continue to control their health, one of which is blood pressure that remains normal. The Effectiveness of Giving Moringa Oleifera Formulation to Increase Hemoglobin Levels in Pregnant Women

Pregnancy accompanied by anemia was still a public health problem in Indonesia in recent years. This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of the formulation of Moringa oleifera on increasing hemoglobin levels in pregnant women. This type of research was quasy experimental with the  One-Group Pre-Post test approach. The study was conducted for 6 months in Parepare City with a total sample of 33 pregnant women. Data was collected by measuring hemoglobin levels 2 times and filling out a questionnaire. Data analysis used paired sample t-test. The results showed that 33 subjects had hemoglobin levels of 10,86 mg/dl before treatment and after being given the formulation, the subjects' hemoglobin levels were 12,25 mg/dl with p value = 0,002. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the administration of Moringa leaf formulation is effective in preventing the incidence of anemia in pregnant women

Innovation of the Moringa Oleifera Formula for Stunting Prevention in Toddlers

The problem of stunting still threatens Indonesia, especially in toddlers. Innovations that can be applied to toddlers are brownies and roll cakes. The aim of the study was to determine the level of acceptance of mothers under five to innovation and to determine the effect of giving Moringa leaf innovation on increasing toddler weight. This type of research was quasi-experimental to determine the effectiveness of giving innovation to changes in toddler's weight, while to determine acceptability using organoleptic tests. The research was conducted from May to June 2023. The number of research subjects was 99 toddlers and mothers of toddlers. Data analysis to determine the level of acceptability used organoleptic tests, while to determine the effect of giving innovation after treatment used the Paired sample t-test. The results showed that the mother's assessment of the brownies, especially the color and aroma, quite liked it, while the texture and taste criteria liked and the assessment for the sponge rolls the criteria for liking the color, aroma and taste indicators, while the texture indicator the criteria really liked. The toddler's weight before giving the innovation was 8,7 kg and after the treatment the toddler's weight increased to 9,1 kg. The conclusion of the study is that the subject's acceptance of brownies, especially the texture and taste indicators, gets the criteria of liking and acceptance for the roll cake, the texture indicator gets the criteria of really liking it.
