    VizsgĂĄlataink sorĂĄn a nyirokeringĂ©si zavarokhoz tĂĄrsulĂł betegsĂ©gek (nyiroködĂ©ma, lipödĂ©ma, krĂłnikus vĂ©nĂĄs keringĂ©si zavar) patofiziolĂłgiai Ă©s patolĂłgiai jellemzƑinek jobb megismerĂ©sĂ©t tƱztĂŒk ki cĂ©lul. A következƑ eredmĂ©nyeket kaptuk: 1. A kontrollhoz kĂ©pest a DC101 Ă©s a mF4-31C1 ellenanyagok gĂĄtoljĂĄk az akut sebgyĂłgyulĂĄst egerekben, ami a nyirokrendszer aktĂ­v rĂ©szvĂ©telĂ©t sugallja az akut sebgyĂłgyulĂĄsban is. 2. ElƑször Ă­rtuk le, hogy a kĂ©zi nyirokdrenĂĄzs kezelĂ©s alkalmazĂĄsa 10 nap hosszĂșsĂĄgĂș komplex ödĂ©macsökkentƑ terĂĄpia rĂ©szekĂ©nt mĂĄr szignifikĂĄnsan növelte (p=0.027) a vĂ©nĂĄs eredetƱ krĂłnikus sebek gyĂłgyulĂĄsi sebessĂ©gĂ©t a csak kompressziĂłs kezelĂ©sben rĂ©szesĂŒlƑ kontroll csoporthoz kĂ©pest. 3. A vĂ©nĂĄs keringĂ©si zavarban a TNF-alfa-308 A-G csere jelentƑsen növeli a lĂĄbszĂĄrfekĂ©lyre valĂł hajlamot (Nagy N Ă©s mtsai, 2010), illetve ugyanez az SNP (p=0.02), valamint a TGF-beta1 +869 T-C csere (p=0.042) a daganathoz tĂĄrsult mĂĄsodlagos nyiroködĂ©ma esetĂ©n összefĂŒggĂ©sben lehet a sĂșlyossĂĄgi fokozattal. 4. A komplex ödĂ©macsökkentƑ fizioterĂĄpiĂĄs kezelĂ©s szignifikĂĄnsan csökkenti a lipödĂ©mĂĄs vĂ©gtagok tĂ©rfogatĂĄt, a kapillĂĄrisok szakadĂ©konysĂĄgĂĄt, illetve a lipödĂ©mĂĄban tapasztalt fĂĄjdalomĂ©rzĂ©st. A lipödĂ©ma Ă©s az elhĂ­zĂĄs között a kapillĂĄrisok szakadĂ©konysĂĄgĂĄnak vizsgĂĄlata egy hasznos differenciĂĄldiagnosztikai eszköz lehet. ElsƑkĂ©nt figyeltĂŒk meg, hogy az aorta tĂĄgulĂ©konysĂĄga Ă©s feszĂŒlĂ©si indexe jelentƑsen eltĂ©r a lipödĂ©mĂĄs Ă©s nem lipödĂ©mĂĄs csoportok között. | We intended to aim a better understanding of the pathology and pathophysiology of lymphatic insufficiency-associated disorders (lymphoedema, lipoedema, chronic venous insufficiency). The following results were obtained: 1 Relative to control group, DC 101 and mF4-31C1 antibodies slowed down acute wound healing in mice suggesting the active role of lymphatic system in acute wound healing. 2 We give the first evidence that 10-day-course of supplementary manual lymph drainage caused a faster ulcer healing compared to control goup having compression treatment alone (p=0.027). 3 Tumor necrosis factor-alpha -308 polymorphism makes patients more susceptible for venous leg ulcer development. Tumor necrosis factor-alpha -308 and transforming growth factor-beta1 +869 polymorphisms are related to the more advanced stages of cancer-related secondary lymphoedema. 4 We firstly described that complex decongestive physiotherapy significantly decreased volume, capillary fragility and pain perception in lipoedema. Capillary fragility measurement may be a useful tool in differential diagnosis between obesity and lipoedema.     The expression of inflammatory cytokines, TAM tyrosine kinase receptors and their ligands is upregulated in venous leg ulcer patients: A novel insight into chronic wound immunity

    The systemic host defence mechanisms, especially innate immunity, in venous leg ulcer patients are poorly investigated. The aim of the current study was to measure Candida albicans killing activity and gene expressions of pro- and anti-inflammatory cytokines and innate immune response regulators, TAM receptors and ligands of peripheral blood mononuclear cells separated from 69 venous leg ulcer patients and 42 control probands. Leg ulcer patients were stratified into responder and non-responder groups on the basis of wound healing properties. No statistical differences were found in Candida killing among controls, responders and non-responders. Circulating blood mononuclear cells of patients overexpress pro-inflammatory (IL-1α, TNFα, CXCL-8) and anti-inflammatory (IL-10) cytokines as well as TAM receptors (Tyro, Axl, MerTK) and their ligands Gas6 and Protein S compared with those of control individuals. IL-1α is notably overexpressed in venous leg ulcer treatment non-responders; in contrast, Axl gene expression is robustly stronger among responders. These markers may be considered as candidates for the prediction of treatment response among venous leg ulcer patients. © 2015 Medicalhelplines.com Inc and John Wiley & Sons Ltd
