    Economic and Financial Literacy as Part of Managerial Skills of Graduates

    Currently, experts of different education and different professions enter management positions, which can result and often also results in not always adequate decisions and practices in the field of financial and economic management of enterprises. The paper analyses the importance and necessity of increasing economic and financial literacy as part of managerial skills. It focuses on the rationale of economic and financial literacy, particularly among graduates of different, non-management study programs who are in managerial positions, respectively who are in preparation process for managerial positions. It shows the fact that the economic and financial literacy is a complex managerial skill that in addition to training in management disciplines includes economic, legal, and socio-psychological knowledge and skills.     Changes in labour market that arise from the incoming new technological and economic development influence the workplace structure and also its content. Changes include mainly new technologies and new sophisticated production approaches. Changes have been materialized also into legislation amendments related to the working environment. Presented paper aims to analyse changes in the content and structure of workplaces after financial crisis. Content wise, it provides a follow-up to the current discussion in the area of personal marketing. This paper has been written within the research project VEGA 1/0662/15

    The need to effectively use the intellectual and physical potential of human resources increased especially in the phase of the fourth industrial revolution 4.0 and the onset of the fifth industrial revolution 5.0. At these stages the quality of human resources as well as their effective management create a basis for the very existence of the company and at the same time represent a "hatchery" of employees for the future development and competitiveness of the company. In these developmental stages sophisticated information on human resources, their management and leadership as well as on possible reserves in personnel processes gain great importance. This information can be provided to corporate management by a personnel audit. Based on the results of primary and secondary research, the aim of the paper is to give an overview of the use of personnel audit in companies operating in the Slovak Republic.
