    Management Information System (MIS) comes with sophisticated technology to offer solutions to existing issues. MIS itself governs the utilization of human resources, technology, procedures, and data designed to generate information for an institution or organization. The research method employed in this study is Qualitative. Data collection techniques utilized include Observation Technique (observation), Interview Technique, Documentation Technique, and Triangulation technique. The management information system is actively and continuously developed. Each user of the management information system is entitled to provide positive inputs based on their needs. The management of the Private Islamic Senior High School (Madrasah Aliyah Swasta) YPP Sukamiskin in Bandung City is actively and continuously developed. The collection of Educational Management Information System (EMIS) faces obstacles such as prolonged time, the requirement of an unstable network/internet, and data duplication. The effectiveness of EMIS management at MAS YPP Sukamiskin in Bandung City can be measured through the speed and accuracy of the required data processing

    The Influence of Limited Face-Face Learning on Student Learning Effectiveness in Fiqih Subjects

    The objectives of this study were: 1) to find out the reality of face-to-face learning limited to class VIII Fiqh subjects at MTs YPP Sukamiskin Bandung; 2) To find out the effectiveness of student learning in class VIII fiqh subjects at MTs YPP Sukamiskin Bandung. 3) Examine only the effectiveness of student learning in Fiqh Class VIII at MTs YPP Sukamiskin Bandung to determine the effect of face-to-face meetings on student learning.The method used in this research is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The techniques or methods of data collection used in this study were questionnaires, observation, and document studies. In taking the sample, we used purposive cluster random sampling. The data analysis technique used in this research is instrument analysis, the classic assumption test, descriptive statistics, and the t test for hypothesis testing. To find out the influence of the learning effectiveness variable on private madrasah tsanawiyah students when face-to-face learning is limited to student learning effectiveness, the researcher used a simple linear regression analysis. The results in this study are as follows: 1) The results of the descriptive statistical test on variable X get an average result of 53.90, with the most answers being "strongly agree." 2) The results of the descriptive statistical test on variable X give an average result of 57.80, with the most answers agreeing. 3) Based on the analysis conducted, the coefficient value of the independent variable is positive, which means that limited face-to-face learning has a positive effect on student learning effectiveness of 21.5% (very weak)

    Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar di jenjang Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA). Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMA Negeri 1 Plered dengan tujuan untuk memahami bagaimana kurikulum merdeka belajar diterapkan dan dampaknya terhadap proses pembelajaran di sekolah tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi kurikulum merdeka belajar di SMA Negeri 1 Plered telah memberikan manfaat dalam meningkatkan kreativitas dan motivasi belajar siswa. Selain itu, guru juga merasakan perubahan positif dalam pendekatan pembelajaran dan penilaian. Namun, masih terdapat beberapa kendala dalam implementasi kurikulum merdeka belajar, seperti keterbatasan sumber daya dan pemahaman yang belum merata di kalangan guru. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan upaya yang lebih lanjut untuk memperbaiki dan mengoptimalkan implementasi kurikulum merdeka belajar di jenjang SMA. Makalah ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan dan inspirasi bagi pembaca dalam mengembangkan pendekatan pembelajaran yang inovatif dan efektif di sekolah

    This research delves into the conceptualization of educational management within the Islamic framework, specifically through an exploration of the Sunnah or teaching traditions of Prophet Muhammad. The Sunnah of the Prophet inherently encapsulates profound wisdom and pedagogical principles that can aptly serve as a guiding framework for the construction of an efficacious educational system and administration. Fundamental concepts integral to educational management, including meticulous planning, systematic organization, rigorous oversight, visionary leadership, comprehensive evaluation, as well as the underpinning principles of justice and ethics, are discernable within the Sunnah of the Prophet. By means of this inquiry, we endeavor to elucidate the nuanced integration of the Prophet’s educational traditions into the contemporary milieu of Islamic educational management. Methodologically, this study embraces a qualitative paradigm, employing a comprehensive literature review as its primary methodology. Data acquisition is meticulously executed through a systematic documentation process. A compendious corpus of pertinent literature is collected and subsequently subjected to thematic coding, culminating in a comprehensive and holistic data analysis. The findings of this study underscore the imperative necessity of fortifying the foundations of Islamic educational management for the amelioration of educational practices and institutions within the Islamic context. This endeavor necessitates a prior comprehension of the most pertinent and judicious framework for the establishment of Islamic educational management, with a distinct emphasis on its alignment with the prophetic traditions or Sunnah.
