    Sales is the purchase of an item from one party to another by getting money from that party, whether in the form of electronics, clothing, food and others. One of the businesses engaged in the business of selling clothing which includes clothes, pants, bags, shoes and others that are sold to customers is Jannah Boutique. the need for a media in the form of a system that integrates marketing, ordering and customer service into an online-based application that can manage the relationship between the company and its customers. The method used in this research is the concept of Electronic Customer Relationship Management (E-CRM) because it can be a company solution in company service management and can utilize customer databases and their complaints to be input and improvement of the company and can make it easier for customers to place orders (orders) and serve as as a promotional media for company products that can save the company's costs in promoting products to customers. This study resulted in E-CRM on fashion product sales at Jannah boutiques able to integrate existing functions within the company, namely marketing, product sales, information and can improve customer service. The conclusion obtained by E-CRM can improve store performance in service, sales and getting new customers

    Services that are said to be excellent are services provided by public service providers, namely the government in an effort to meet the needs of people who receive services and are carried out in accordance with the law. The low quality of services provided to the community certainly has an impact on decreasing public trust in the government. The purpose of this study is to build a decision support system using the Multi Factor Evaluation Process (MFEP) method to measure the level of public service satisfaction in the range sub-district area. In building this system, we apply the waterfall model with stages of analysis, design, implementation, and testing. Analysis is carried out to collect the needs in building this system and analysis using the MFEP method. The criteria used to measure service satisfaction are five criteria, namely certainty of time, comfort, loyalty, responsibility, and task completion. The design of the system we built, consists of use case diagrams and flowcharts. At the implementation stage, a system is made using the web-based MFEP method. Meanwhile, testing on this system uses a black-box to see the functionality of the product. Our findings are in the form of a system that can provide decisions to determine the level of public satisfaction. The results of the analysis showed that the service section was selected as an assessment of the level of public satisfaction with a value of 3,766. In addition, the results of black-box testing show that this system is functioning properly without any errors.

    Oil palm plantations are one of the largest natural resources in North Sumatra. Not a few people make it as an investment vehicle, for example at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III which is engaged in the management of oil palm and rubber latex plantations. However, to make the investment a success, superior seeds are chosen before planting. Superior seeds must take extra care, but there is one thing that is very detrimental in oil palm nurseries, namely pests that often attack the seedlings in the late afternoon and evening. Therefore, in the treatment of seedlings, spraying poison with a certain dose. If it is wrong in the dose of poison, the seeds will be further damaged by the poison. In this case, the idea was raised to create an automatic pest trap as an automatic trap instead of poison so as to minimize the problems that occur. In this study using Arduino uno, LDR sensors, relays, lights, solar panels, solar chargers, and 12v battery. Which is Arduino Uno as a microcontroller, LDR sensor as an ambient light reader, and relay as an automatic switch on the lamp. The source of electricity comes from solar panels and a solar charger to charge the battery. With this tool, it is hoped that it can help the work of plantation employees in caring for oil palm seedlings

    Human Development Index (HDI) is a comparative measurement of life expectancy, literacy, education. A country that is said to be advanced can be reflected if one of its reference is the Human Development Index (HDI), which of course explains how much human development in a country. Indonesia has human resources that can be explored and explored to show a significant index of human development. The Human Development Index (IPM) is a composite index that is influenced by health indicators represented by life expectancy (AHH), education indicators represented by the average school length (RLS) and economic indicators represented by public purchasing power (PPP) . Decentralization of Central Kalimantan Province is expected to make arrangements that can realize the life of the people of Central Kalimantan to be more prosperous and healthy. One of the elements in human development is to make the people to live longer and healthier lives. Data source used in this research is secondary data of HDI in Central Kalimantan obtained from Central Bureau of Statistics of Central Kalimantan Province 2014. Variable used in this research is endogenous variable (Y) and exogenous variable (X). Variable endogenus (Y) in the research that is HDI (percent) while the variable (X) in the study there are 3 that is Life Expectancy Numbers, Perkapita Revenue, Average Learning Length.Using OLS method and ROBUST method of both methods the best model that is on robotic methodKeywords: HDI, OLS, ROBUS
