The Effect of Substitution of Coarse and Fine Aggregates with Shells of Blood Clams and Cement With Fly Ash and The Additional of Superplasticizer Against The Compressive Test
Concrete generally composed of four main constituent materials namely portland cement, fine aggregate (sand), coarse aggregate (gravel), and water. The large amount of use of concrete in construction results in an increase in the demand for concrete materials, thus triggering the mining of concrete materials on a large scale which caused the decline in natural resources in Indonesia for the need for concrete material. If needed, substitute materials can be created in such a way as to change certain properties of concrete to function better, economically, and environmentally friendly. The waste of fly ash and shells of blood clams can be used as a substitute for cement, coarse aggregates and fine aggregates. The purpose of this research is to determine the compressive strength of the variation of the percentage of fly ash substitution with cement and shells of blood clams with coarse and fine aggregates and the addition of superplasticizer to the compressive strength of concrete. The research is using experimental methods, test specimen samples will be tested for workability, density, and compressive strength. Variable in the research are (1) related variables : density and compressive strength, (2) independent variable : variation of 0%, 5%, 10%, and 15% of blood clam shell needs of the total weight of coarse aggregate. Based on the results of the research concluded that (1) Slump value of the samples 0%, 5%, 10%, and 15% consecutive is 97mm, 89mm, 151mm, 149mm. (2) density of concrete with substitution of blood clam shells with coarse aggregate with samples 0%, 5%, 10%, and 15% consecutive is 2284 Kg/m3, 2308 Kg/m3, 2297 Kg/m3, and 2293 Kg/m3. (3) Testing of concrete compressive strength at 28 days with substitution of blood clam shells with coarse aggregate with samples 0%, 5%, 10%, and 15% consecutive is 21.44 Mpa, 24.38 Mpa, 19.02 Mpa, and 19.34 Mpa. The composition of substitution of blood clam shells with coarse aggregate of 5% has a higher compressive strength than other compositions
FEASIBILITY STUDY OF A RAILWAY CONSTRUCTION PROJECT AS INTERMODAL TRANSPORTATION IN TANJUNG PERAK PORT
The growth of container flows that is not supported by infrastructure needs has caused goods congestion at Tanjung Perak Port. The situation has an impact on the flow of goods and makes container mobilization stop flowing. Railway infrastructure construction is expected to overcome the problem of goods congestion, especially because this project will be integrated with other transportation at the Port in an intermodal transportation system. The Delphi method is used as an approach to get the dominant aspect to be analyzed in a feasibility study of a railway construction project at the Port of Tanjung Perak. Delphi method results show that the financial aspect and market aspect are the dominant parameters to be analyzed in the feasibility study of a railway construction project. The results of the market feasibility analysis showed that 87.67% of stakeholders agreed with the railway development project plan, with a target market of 19.99% of the number of containers and absorption of around 84% of the target market. The results of the financial feasibility analysis are obtained, the Net Present Value (NPV) is 1,184,370> 0 (profitable project), the Benefit-Cost Ratio (BCR) is 1.39 ≥ 1 (the project is feasible), and the value of the Internal Rate of Return (IRR) is 13%> MARR, (investment is feasible). From the results of the financial feasibility analysis, the railway construction project is categorized as possible. Meanwhile, the break-even point for this project is in the 12th year with the results of a profit-loss analysis showing that in the fourth year, the railway operational activities have shown a positive trend/profit

Comparation Study of the Use Naftalena from Coal Tar Waste with Camper Napthtalene as Concrete Admixture
Concrete is a mixture of Portland cement or other hydraulic cement, fine aggregate, coarse aggregate, and water, with or without additives (admixture).
The naphthalene superplasticizer used comes from distillation of coal tar and a little from the rest of petroleum, but there is also camphor naphthalene. Where camphor grains contain 250-500 mg of naphthalene. Naphthalene is mostly produced from coal tar distillation, and a little from the rest of the fractionation of petroleum, by the molecular formula (C10H8) and in the form of two unified benzene rings. This compound is volatile, volatile even in the form of solids. The vapor produced is flammable.
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the use of naphthalene from coal tar waste with camphor naphthalene as concrete admixture, and determine the effect of naphthalene from coal tar waste with camphor naphthalene on concrete toughness, density, water absorption, of concrete compressive strength. It is expected that the use of naphthalene can reduce the use of cement, and reduce water use. But it does not reduce the strength of the concrete so as to reduce costs in making concrete. The variations in the use of camphor naphthalene and coal tar naphthalene are 20%, 30%, 40%

Study of Behavioral of Vertical Irregular Building Structure by Applying Column Variation Due to Earthquake using Dynamic Analysis
The development of high-rise buildings in Indonesia is now increasingly diverse. The need for increasingly narrow land functions affects the shape of the building which tends to be irregular. Irregularity in the building requires structural planners to build buildings that are safe against earthquakes but also do not forget the aspect of user comfort. In this study, an analysis of the dynamics of earthquakes was carried out in buildings that have vertical geometric irregularities by varying the dimensions and reinforcement of the columns. The behavior of the building structure produces structural responses in the form of base shear, fundamental period, displacement and story drift. Analysis of earthquake using dynamic analysis of response spectrum based on SNI 1726 2019 with the help of ETABS software version 9.7.4. The results of this research indicate that the variation of column dimensions and column reinforcement in buildings with irregular vertical geometry reduces the stiffness of the building thereby reducing the forces in the structure, increasing the fundamental period, reducing the base shear force, increasing the displacement and the story drift
