Pengalaman Keagamaan dan Arti Pentingnya bagi Upaya Memperkokoh Kerukunan Hidup Antar Umat Beragama

Pengalaman keagamaan perlu diketahui dan dipahami oleh setiap umat beragama agar dapat dipergunakan sebagai dasar bagi upaya memperkokoh kerukunan hidup antar umat beragama. Untuk itu penelitian yang bersifat filosofis dilaksanakan. Cara-cara yang digunakan adalah dengan analisis, sintesis dan penarikan kesimpulan. Semua ini dilakukan untuk memperoleh hasil rumusan yang dapat dipertanggungjawabkan secara filosofis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengalaman keagamaan mempunyai keberadaan sendiri dalam bentuk pengalaman yang teratur, jauh dari bentuk perluasan emosi yang belum sempurna dan samar-samar. Pengalaman keagamaan tersebut mempunyai kriteria-kriteria khusu yang mengambarkan hubungan total antara manusia dengan Tuhan dan mengungkapkan diri dalam bentuk pemikiran, perilaku dan persekutuan. Dalam perspektif ini pengalaman keagamaan telah menyediakan kondisi yang kondusif bagi upaya memperkokoh kerukunan hidup antar umat beragama

Konsep Kekuasaan Menurut Pemikiran Barat Modern, Suatu Tinjauan Etika Politik

Tujuan pokok penelitian ini adalah untuk mengadakan inventarisasi konsep kekuasaan dalam sejarah filsafat Barat modern dan memahami maknanya secara filosofis. Tujuan lain adalah untuk memaparkan dasar-dasar moralitas dalam berbagai konsep kekuasaan menurut para filsuf serta evaluasi kritis untuk menunjukkan kelebihannya dan kekurangannya. Penelitian ini berbentuk studi kepustakaan deqgan bahan yapg mencakup buku buku sejarah filsafat Barat modern, karya para filsuf yang membicarakan konsep kekuasaan, dan buku-buku filsafat politik, termasuk etika politik. Pada tahap awal peneliti melakukan identifikasi dan klasifikasi data tentang konsep kekuasaan menurut para filsuf Barat modern. Berikutnya konsep-konsep kekuasaan tersebut dianalisis secara kualitatif dengan metoda hermeneutika yapg meliputi unsur-unsur metodik : interpretasi, induksi, deduksi, koherensi intern dan komparasi. Kekuasaan dalam konteks politik berbentuk hubungan antara yang memerintah dan yang diperintah, yang selalu ada unsur paksaan. Dalam sejarah filsafat Barat modern, konsep kekuasaan pada awalnya ditujukan untuk membela kekuasan raja yang absolut, seperti tampak dalam pemikiran Machiavelli dan Hobbes. Namun kemudian timbul pemikiran baru tentang kekuasaan yaqg membela hak-hak asasi manusia, khususnya hak rakyat yaqg berdaulat, dengan dorongan semangat liberalisme. Ide ini telah melahirkan teori pembagian kekuasaan dan perimbangannya dengan tokoh Locke sebqgai perintis dan kemudian disempurnakan oleh Montesquieu dan Rousseau. Teori pembagian kekuasaan ini sesuai deqgan pandangan bangsa Indonesia yang tertuang di dalam UUD 1945

OPTIMALISASI PERAN SATUAN LALU LINTAS DALAM MENCEGAH KECELAKAAN LALU LINTAS DAN IMPLIKASINYA TERHADAP KETAHANAN WILAYAH (Studi di Satuan Lalu Lintas Wilayah Jakarta Timur, DKI Jakarta)

Research titled \"Optimizing the traffic unit role in preventing traffic accidents and their implications for resistance area (the study of the Police east region Jakarta)\" aims to determine the role of the Regional Traffic Unit in East Jakarta prevent traffic accidents, obstacles the challenges that emerged traffic Unit in preventing traffic accidents, and the implications of the role of Regional traffic Unit in East Jakarta to prevent traffic accidents in retention area. This study uses qualitative analysis. Qualitative analysis is used to describe the role played by the Regional Traffic Unit East Jakarta in preventing traffic accidents and describe the role of implementation constraints and describe the implications of the role of the resistance region. Results of research conducted showed that : The Role of Force in East Jakarta Traffic Police in preventing traffic accidents conducted by performing several steps : first, assesment. The assesment carried out on accident blackspots and went straight to certain spots in the area of East Jakarta. Second, Registration/Driver and Vehicle Identification (Driver and Vehicle Identification). Third, Traffic Law Enforcement (Law Enforcement Police traffic ). Enforcement by the Traffic Police include preventive and repressive. Fourth, Operational management and traffic engineering (Police Traffic Engineering). Fifth, public education about traffic (Traffic Police Education). Education conducted on both two-wheeler riders and four wheels. Driver's education was intensified by the Regional Traffic Unit Jaktim in certain spots. Constraints implementation role in East Jakarta Metro Police traffic cop is the availability of human resources , facilities and infrastructure and the lack of community support. Implications Optimizing the role of Regional Traffic Unit East Jakarta in preventing traffic accidents in retention areas can be summarized as follows : optimization needs to be done by the East Jakarta Metro Police Traffic Unit is to intensify law enforcement/raids in anticipation of the riders who are not orderly. In addition, it is also necessary to revitalize the road traffic signs, strengthening cooperation with various stakeholders associated with the activities and road traffic. Traffic accidents directly affect the security area. In the study it was found that the implications for the resilience of the region on the politic,economic and social aspects of the victims and their families as well as the political and security areas in East Jakarta

HAK ULAYAT MASYARAKAT ADAT DALAM PEMANFAATAN HUTAN DI INDONESIA (SEBUAH TINJAUAN ETIKA POLITIK JOHN LOCKE)

The research entitle \"The communal title of indigenous in Indonesia's Forest Utilization (A Review of John Locke's Political Ethics)\" is taking customary rights of indigenous people in forest utilization in Indonesia as a material object along with John Locke�s political ethics as a formal object. This is considered to be normatively interesting since communal title of indigenous people have been set out in article 3 UUPA, but because of the various policies and legal products by the government, state has been unfair and undemocratic by overtaking the original rights, the rights of indigenous territories, the rights to enforce customs, and the economic and political rights. In this final paper, the researcher will outline the recognition and the protection of indigenous people in Indonesia normatively, and analyze it critically from the perspective of John Locke's political ethics. This research is a literature based. The data of this research are written resources in the form of printed or digital data related to communal title of indigenous people in Indonesia and John Locke's political ethics. The method of this study is interpretation, description, and idealization. The results of this study are: indigenous people as the indigenous tribes who have different condition in terms of socio-cultural and economy from other community groups in a country, and its status as a part or a whole, is ruled by the ways or tradition, by law, or by the rule of their own specialty. Based on the customary law, indigenous people claim that the forest land surrounding the area is the part of communal title under the community authority of customary law related to land, included its contents, i.e. water, plants and animals in the region as a source of life and livelihood. John Locke's ideas about natural rights held through a social contract, the protection of the inalienable rights was given to the country. A country is an embodiment of political power, which institutionalize basic rights, especially the freehold (liberty, life, and property). The state is obliged to promote respect, protection, and fulfillment of human rights related to communal title of indigenous in Indonesia contained in various rules of law which provided that all still there. Through the theory of natural rights, then the existence of individual rights, which is pre-positive, get a strong plea in a social contract called the constitution

Education for Sustainability as a teaching strategy for resolving community challenges through formal, informal, or non-formal education is expected to benefit from various community service best practices by academics, researchers, and students. The 3rd ICCEESD has “Strengthening Education for Sustainability Towards Better Community Engagement” as its theme this year.
